160. THE LION IS ASLEEP

Niko stopped her car in the parking lot of a tourist spot. Actually, he did not have a good idea about where he took Melody to go today, only that place was thought of by him and because of the possibility that Melody would not mind if she went to that place with him.

"Animal garden?" Melody was shocked to see that she did not expect that Niko would take her away today to the place.

"To be honest, there's no place I can think of. And it seems like only this place doesn't matter to you." Answer Niko.

Melody could only stare at Niko in confusion but her feelings thought that the young man only wanted to spend time with her. He becomes understanding and intends to enjoy this day with Niko.

Liam was sitting on the chair with his legs on the table where Lion's computer PC was, his body leaned back into the chair casually and he was currently holding a mobile phone. But it is not his mobile phone but his cousin's cell phone.

Liam is busy opening something on Lion's phone to find out what he wants to know.

Leo sat in a chair that was intended for fishing activities. His grasp there is a fishing rod whose hook has dangled into the river. To his right was a young man who was his eldest son sitting with him, also with a fishing rod.

Athos joined Leo after his father asked him to accompany him in fishing yesterday. They both often go fishing together, but for more than a year now they have not gone together because of their respective activities.

Athos laughed, shaking his head. He did not want to respond to his father's words.

"Sometimes there's something we can't get no matter how hard we try to get it. That's what we call impossible." Leo sat back in his chair and spoke like that with a serious gaze pointing towards the river.

Hearing his father's words made Athos chuckle because he remembered the words of one of his twin, Prothus.

You should know, there are things you can't get even if you're desperate to achieve them. That's called the impossible.

The phrase Prothus once said when Prothus was angry at Athos for being in contact with Tasya despite knowing that the girl was engaged. And the words of his father just now are exactly the same as those of Prothus. This made Athos feel funny and made him laugh.

"Why are you laughing??" Leo looked puzzled looking at Athos.

"It turns out Oto's nagging is down from you, dad." Athos answered withholding his laughter after which he took a breath and slammed it from the nose. "For me nothing is impossible. The word impossible is only used for you pessimists. You knew?"

"Geez, you're still so arrogant when what you're going through right now you should feel miserable." Leo was visibly upset at Athos' words.

"Do you know where I was fishing at the time?" Athos looked at his father. "At sea. That's why it took me three hours just to fish one fish. Fishing in the sea is harder than in the river. I don't like things that are too easy, Dad. Everything that is impossible for anyone is not impossible for me. Didn't you tell me yourself, when I want something and it's hard to get it, go fishing then I'll understand the meaning of patience?"

Athos develops a smile by snorting arrogantly to his father.

"Why are you saying something different now? If I have to wait to get what I want, then I will wait to do everything I can. You also told the three of us, when we waited and we felt it was too long, not that thing too long but we who can't wait for it. When we try, we will get everything and everything will happen at the right time. I told you I only needed your support not the words Oto had ever spoken to me."

"You're not my son, Ato." Exclaimed Leo. "You and all your brothers are just your mother's children."

"Bring me some special food there, Mona." Melody was on the phone with Mona.

At this time the girl and Niko were standing in front of a lion cage where there was a pair of lions sleeping.

Melody was receiving a call from Mona while Niko who was wearing sunglasses just stood still watching the lions in her distant cage.

"You're at home? Your brother and I are going straight to the shoot because the streets are so jammed today. Likely to be home tonight." Said Mona who was driving.

"I was with Niko, we went to the zoo." Answer Melody.

"Animal garden? Geez, it's so hot today why are you there? Wear a hat so that your face doesn't burn." Mona Excited.

Melody just smiled hearing Mona's words on the other end of the phone.

"All right then. Don't come home too late, yeah. If it's before dark, go home." Mona hung up her phone.

Prothus who was sitting in the back seat holding his laughter heard Mona's words to his sister. She did not expect that the girl would quickly get close to Melody who initially disliked her.

"Why are you laughing?" Mona looks into the rearview on Prothos.

"You forbid Melo to come home tonight but you're alone spending the night with a guy at the hotel." Prothos. "Ck! you baby."

"Shut up!!" Mona's yelling pissed.

Melody who hung up the phone turned to Niko who was just waiting for her to end her phone without doing anything.

"I'm sorry, I talked on the phone for too long. Mona always says a lot when she calls me." Melody.

"No problem." Niko smiled.

"Why do the lions sleep? It's daytime." Melody looked towards the sleeping lion.

"Although not included in the nocturnal animals lions do always sleep during the day. They're more active at night." Answer Niko. "A day they need more than ten hours of sleep, it can even reach twenty hours."

"really? Why do you know that Niko?" Look Melody astonished.

"I know the animal very well, even I've been monitoring its movements for a long time." Niko opened her glasses and turned to Melody who was standing on her left.

"You guys are here too?"

Suddenly someone's voice was behind them. Melody and Niko turned their heads and were surprised to see the presence of two people they knew there.

"It's a total coincidence." Liam.

Lion who was just walking while watching his phone raised his head. The young man was just as shocked as he looked at Melody and Niko.
