103. THE TOUCH BEHIND THE CURTAIN

Melody was by the pool watching Niko swimming. Since then the girl just sat in a lounge chair made of wood that was on the edge of the indoor pool.

"What time is it?" Niko asked who walked up to Melody after coming out of the pool while opening her glasses and headgear, also lowering a bit of her long swimsuit zipper off her chest.

"Six o'clock in the afternoon." Answer Melody. "What's wrong? Why have you been asking the clock? Is there something you're waiting for?"

"Nothing." Reply Niko took her phone and focused herself on the phone screen for a moment. Then put the phone back into the chair was up it opened the sleeve swimsuit. "We'll eat, I'll take a shower and change, wait for me at the dinner table."

After saying so Niko immediately rushed out. Melody sees Niko forgetting to bring her phone, and Melody immediately picks it up to take her to the dinner table. But Niko's phone has not been locked making Melody a little curious and want to see something on the phone.

Melody noticed the change in expression when Niko looked at her phone earlier. Plus Niko always asks about the time while swimming. Melody immediately opened Niko's phone and opened the last message she got. A friend of Niko sent him a video.

There is doubt in Melody whether she should play the video or not. Without thinking again Melody played the video and saw Lion standing opposite her brother, Aramis. Suddenly Niko snatched the phone from Melody.

"What's wrong? What's with the video?" Melody asked confusedly.

"There's nothing." Niko was about to walk away again.

"Everything feels weird. You asked me to come and want me to keep you company until tonight, it looks like something is going on and you don't want me to know. You always ask what time it was and your expression changed when you saw the message. In the video Lion with brother Ars. What are they doing?"

Niko walked over to Melody. "There's nothing."

"Sooner or later I'll know too, Niko. Tell me now." Excited Melody. "Are they both fighting? Lion rolled up his hands with a cloth, uncle Ron was always like that when he was about to beat up Ars' brother."

Niko was silent because Melody was right. Melody takes the phone in her bag to contact Lion or her brother but Niko holds her phone.

"Yes, they're fighting." Answer Niko. "And it's done. They're fighting life and death."

"What?" Melody was surprised to hear that. "Life and death? What does that mean?"

"The fight stops when one dies." Obviously Niko. "And the fight between the two of them is over."

A few minutes ago

David walks towards the crowd of his friends who are watching the Lion and Aramis fight. The current state of silence. David saw Aramis who gripped the neck of Lion very strongly using his right hand, Lion's face already looked very red. All of them who were watching felt that the fight was about to end.

But suddenly Lion held Aramis' right hand with both hands and pulled her to remove the strangulation from her neck, then slammed Aramis by curling his neck with both feet and pulling him until it spun to the ground and then stood up because the pain in his neck made it difficult to breathe.

"Ars didn't really strangle him, if he really did, he would use his left hand." David muttered making the others look at him. "Don't you guys know he's left-handed?"

Aramis wakes up as Lion coughs and manages to catch his breath after Aramis chokes at him. Aramis laughed at him.

"Your movement just got better with the Lion, like Rey Mysterio's." Aramis. "It turns out your progress has been quite rapid."

Lion was still busy adjusting his breathing with pain in his neck.

"Do you understand how the pain is? Are you serious about continuing until you're really dead?"

"Yes, let's finish this, Ars!!" Lion cried after being able to breathe a little better.

"All right, now I'm not gonna mess around." Look at Aramis very seriously. "I'll end it with one punch. Go ahead, attack me as you can."

Lion lunged at Aramis with a kick that hit Aramis' chest. The advancing Lion pulled Aramis and hit her many times in his stomach. But again Aramis was able to survive by slamming Lion's head to his knee again.

"I'll end it, Lion." Aramis spoke to the helpless Lion after receiving a hard blow to Aramis' knee.

Aramis clasped the Lion's shirt and clenched his right hand, then with his powerful fists landed on the Lion's left temple. The Lion fell helpless.

Lion's friends who watched were very surprised when they saw the Lion had already sprawled motionless after receiving Aramis' very loud fist. They all seem very worried.

"Look down, he just fainted." Aramis exclaimed at all of Lion's friends. "Just like you, I don't want him to die either. But I have to serve him to make him satisfied. Quickly take him to the hospital before this silly boy comes to his senses. He will not accept the outcome of this fight. Let's just say I'm the loser, and he's no longer my friend, from now on I'll serve whoever's looking for me."

After saying so Aramis walked away from the place. Ivan and other Lion friends approached the unconscious Lion on the ground to immediately take him to the hospital.

"I think this is the best." David told Aramis. "You finished it very well, Ars."

"You're not wearing your left hand at all. I wonder who can beat you." David laughed in wonder. "Niko won't be able to beat you again. You really are an invincible monster."

"I wish this was my last fight, Anna asked me not to fight anymore. But it seems impossible, I just challenged them all."

"Just relax, after what you've done, they'll all respect you." David Said. "If anyone challenges you again, I'll come forward for you, kind-hearted upperclassman."

Aramis walked away with a laugh after hearing David's rant.

"Send my regards to Anna." David Excited.

Aramis simply held out his middle finger without looking back or stopping walking.

Melody got out of the car with Niko when she got in front of the hospital. The girl immediately rushed into the hospital where currently the place was filled with Lion friends who were in every place and corner of the hospital. They all saw the arrival of Melody who looked anxious at Lion's condition, Niko walking behind the girl.

Niko could feel that at this moment they were all staring at her presence with an unpleasant gaze but she did not pay attention to it.

Melody walked into the IGD room where Lion was still unconscious. Ivan with some of Lion's friends who were there directly came out when he saw Melody coming.

Lion was still unconscious with a face full of wounds that had been plastered. And an oxygen device is also attached to cover his nose and mouth to help him breathe because Aramis chuckle makes Lion's breath has not fully returned to normal.

Melody approached the Lion and held the Lion's arm wiggling it for the young man to wake up.

"Lion, awake..." Pinta Melody's. "You shouldn't fight Ars, only uncle can beat him. You won't do it, fool."

Melody saw how Lion's neck looked extremely flushed. Lion must have been having a hard time breathing after his brother choked him so tightly. The girl noticed Lion's lips behind the oxygen aid.

With a slight hesitation Melody lowered the device and brought her face closer to kiss the young man she liked. I don't know what she was thinking at the moment, Melody touched Lion's lips with hers.

The girl kissed the unconscious young man.

Unbeknownst to him, the young man who was about to become engaged to himself saw his actions behind the closed curtain.
