MELODY MUSKETEERS (M911 & TTM)
155. TAKE BACK YOUR HEART

Melody who was walking towards the school gate along with Niko saw Lion who got into the car. The girl noticed the blonde-haired young man who was inside the car that Lion had entered. Somehow he became a no-no because of Lion's confession that said he was a same-sex person."

"William?" Said Niko when she saw Liam and Lion in the car that had gone.

Melody stopped her steps and turned to look at Niko. He felt familiar when he heard the name.

"He's Lion's cousin." Niko answered Melody who was looking at her. "Do you believe Lion is gay?"

Nothing Melody said, the girl continued her way to the gate where Aramis was waiting for her in the car. Niko followed him, even the young man opened the door for Melody.

"Ars." Call Niko who walks towards the door where Aramis is sitting on the steering wheel.

Aramis opened the window of her car without looking at Niko. Melody who was sitting next to him noticed what Niko was about to say to her brother.

"Did you know William was coming?" Ask Niko.

"It doesn't seem like anything would happen if I knew it or not." Aramis answered and ran the car.

On the way Melody became thinking about the person who was with Lion earlier. He was no stranger to the name of the man. William's?

"Sir Ars, did the person Niko asked me about before ever come? I'm no stranger to his name and face." Melody hoped to get an answer from her brother.

"What's wrong? Why do you want to know?" Asked Aramis with a fierce tone.

"At school Lion admitted he was gay." Melody's words made Aramis turn to her.

"That boy is really ridiculous." Aramis was upset.

"It looks like when that guy William came to pick her up, everybody thought they were a gay couple."

"Then do you believe that silly boy is gay?" Ask Aramis.

"Oh, that could be true." Answer Melody. "That's when you said he was gay, right?"

"He's not gay!! If he's gay, I've killed him!!" Aramis exclaimed in annoyance.

Aramis's annoyance made Melody become looking at her brother with a strange look. He understood because his brother was almost every day staying at the Lion's house, if the gay Lion means the same assumption also regarding Aramis. Unknowingly Melody let out a small laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" Aramis Upset.

"If Lion's gay means you're gay too, brother." Melody held back her laughter by covering her mouth with her hands. "Everybody at school must think the same way I think of you."

"Don't laugh at me!! I'm not gay!!" Grumpy Aramis.

"No woman will like you because you're gay, brother." Said Melody again mocked her brother.

But the words of Melody make Aramis eliminate his sense of regret. The young man thought that it was not a bad thing because it would not have any effect on him who did not intend to like any woman anymore. He will continue to wait for Anna even though the girl will not return to him.

Seeing Aramis change in expression, Melody knew what her brother was thinking. She became sorry after teasing her brother.

"Sister, how's the painting, is it done?" Melody asked trying to divert the conversation.

"It's gonna be soon." Answer Aramis.

"I have a painting assignment, you're the one who made it for me." Melody. "I'll give you whatever you want."

"No, your teacher will know if it's not your work." Aramis looked at Melody.

"Then I'll ask you to make it for me." Melody.

"No problem, I don't think there'd be anything weird if I could paint like you and Dad" too." Melody held her smile on Aramis.

...***...

Mona opened her eyes in a bit of confusion as the car was currently stopping by the roadside. He looked to his side but did not see Prothus there.

For a moment he looked around where he was. Only a stretch of ocean is visible along the road where his car is parked. His car stopped on the shoulder of a road not far from the beach. There's no one there. The area was so quiet that it made the girl a little afraid to be alone in the car.

Mona looks at her watch, time is almost six in the afternoon. The sun was also almost down so the sky dimmed a little. He reached his cellphone which was still in the holder and immediately the girl checked the maps.

The destination is still 100 meters ahead. Soon Mona moves to the steering wheel and restarts her car slowly while looking for where Prothos is.

Only half way Mona stopped her car because the next road was too narrow if it had to be passed by a car. The girl immediately got out of the car and continued on foot.

The road was a little uphill until he became a little difficult to walk, but his steps stopped when he saw Prothos standing ten meters away from him.

Mona sees Prothus watching a house that is slightly downhill from the street where they both stand. A house with a large courtyard where a girl was sitting with a young man in a chair made of wood, in the middle of the courtyard.

Prothos looked at the girl he still loved with a gloomy looking gaze, especially Widia was currently sitting with a young man whose appearance looked ordinary. Widia occasionally smiled at the young man as the two of them spoke.

With a very sad feeling Prothos had to accept the fact that the girl he loved seemed to have forgotten him very quickly. That made him undo the intention to meet Widia. He did not want to disturb the girl's happiness with his presence there. It would also probably make her heart feel even more sad if Widia saw him again.

His legs felt heavy as Prothus tried to turn around and leave the place. He saw Mona standing up watching him. For a moment they both stared at each other.

Mona knew how Prothos was feeling right now but before this the young man told her he would follow all his words. Mona wants Prothos to come to Widia and tell her heart to the girl she still loves.

Mona quickly stepped closer to Prothos and was about to pass the young man to approach Widia, but Prothos restrained his arm from doing so.

"Please don't do anything." Pinta Prothos then walked away from the place.

For a moment Mona stood still watching Widia with the young man. The girl felt a little annoyance because again Prothos avoided the things he had to face. But he also understands how it feels to see someone he loves look happier with others.

Mona unknowingly tears up from remembering about herself a few months ago who saw her lover with another girl who was the lover of the man she loved.

Mona immediately walked away from there while wiping away her own tears. Prothos is not in the car at the moment, it makes Mona confused. The sun was already starting to sink and they had to go home soon.

While looking around, Mona drives her car. The girl stopped when she saw Prothos standing by the beach. For a moment Mona just silently watched the young man who was just standing on his back at a considerable distance.

Prothos is trying to hold back all his sadness at the moment. Her eyes were teary but she did not want to cry. He should be happy to see the girl he loves happy. But still the sadness that was there could not be detained.

"...even when some relationships don't work out, the memory of a loved one still remains." Mona stood behind Prothos at a distance of five meters. "It doesn't matter if you keep remembering it, but don't punish yourself constantly. Everyone deserves to be happy as well as you."

"He told me that all he needed was a dim light that gave him warmth, not sunlight that made him burn until nothing was left of him. It hurts so much to know. It's the same as saying that he's never been happy with me." Prothos.

"Then what are you gonna do? Are you going to keep punishing yourself?"

"You're right." Prothus said after that turned to face Mona. "Well, I've made the second choice of what you said." Prothos answered Mona in the penthouse the other day. Prothos walked right past Mona to the car.

You said he went to take your heart, right? Then you have two choices to make. Bring him back to you or take back your heart.
