We finally arrived in the city of Medan. The city I miss in every way. Although I myself still want to feel like living longer in Edinburgh, but it is not possible. Because there are Ahtar and also my Father-in-law who are still faithful waiting for our presence in Medan. Besides they are still waiting for my return, which is some staff from Aisyah Galery.
"Assalamu'alaikum." There were words of greeting from Papa and Ahtar who approached our entourage.
Arriving at Kualanamu International Airport warm welcome from papa Adhi and Ahtar have greeted us all. As always, I did not forget to kiss the back of my hand when I first met, and the same thing was done by Yulian, Arjuna and the Light. And vice versa, Ahtar kissed the back of my hand and also Yulian as his parents.
"How are Papa and Ahtar here?" ask Yulian.
"Well, Bi. No need to ask if it's all right, it looks like we're all right." Sahut Ahtar with her candanya facial expression.
"Ahtar, Abi you mean about ... Ahtar who is not recalcitrant, Ahtar who is not annoying and Ahtar who does not always whine while staying at home only with Grandpa. Ahtar's not like that, is it?"
"Mother,"
A moment of laughter accompanied our meeting back when we were still at Kaulanamu International Airport. And I give a warm hug to Ahtar who loves to be spoiled to me. Why does Ahtar look sad even shed tears from the end of his eye patch? Did something happen to him? Or it was just the tears of his longing for me and the others while we were still separated by distance and time.
"Ahwr. Hey, you crying?"
"Ahtar misses our togetherness every day, Umi. And today we are together again." Ahtar answered her tears.
"Sir, but there's no need to cry!"
"She's just happy, Bang. Because previously only Abi who often left, not all. And surely after this Abi will also go again. Isn't that right, Bi?"
All eyes immediately turned towards Yulian, looking at him to give an answer to Ahtar who was still disappointed at his frequent separation from Yulian. After understanding our gazes, Yulian approached Ahtar and chatted with him for a while. I don't know what they're talking about, because I have to take a call to my phone number.
"Assalamu'alaikum, Arumi." I say hello after pressing the receive button.
"Waalaikumsalam, Aisha."
Arumi answered my greetings eloquently, though I knew she was not a Muslim, but almost. Yes, today you could say he is still Jewish, but he also studied Islam. And if it is ready, Arumi and Tristan will soon convert to Islam together.
That night at 02:30 p.m., Arumi called me to just ask the news of all of us after a long trip, between the city of Edinburgh to the city of Medan. And thank God, gratitude never stopped from my lips because it has been launched in every journey we all by Allah SWT.
"Alhamdulillah, me and the group just arrived at Kualanamu International Airport, Arumi. How's yours?"
"Thank God, Aisha. Tristan and I are still in the city of Tarim. We decided to stay here the next few months until we were able to study Islam well." Obviously Arumi was excited.
"Thank God, if that is your decision, then I am happy. And I can only pray that you will be waged in all that business." Reply to me who is happy.
"Thank you, Ayesha. Looks like we should end our conversation right now, because I still have some business. Give my regards to your family, Aisyah!"
"Good, Arumi. I'll give you my regards to all of them." I nodded slowly at Arumi's request. Then, we turned off each other's phone calls with greetings.
"How's your vacation going? Was fun?"
"Alhamdulillah Pa, we are all very happy. Thanks for everything, Pa." For a moment I looked at my in-laws face deeply.
"Yes, Cake. Juna is very grateful for what Grandpa Adhi has given to Juna and also the Light." Said Arjuna while holding the fingers of Light.
The topic of our conversation during the trip was none other than covering the city of Edinburgh when I, Yulian, Arjuna and Cahaya vacationed there. It was so fun and even every romantic moment created for me along with Yulian felt stuck in my memory. The chosen hijrah of love makes this self stronger in surviving all things, unless death will separate me from Julian forever.
About an hour later we finally arrived at our beloved home. And the car was parked neatly in the garage that was already in this house. After that, we were busy dropping off some of the luggage we had brought with us while in Edinburgh. Not only that, we also brought some souvenirs from there for us to share with my family and also some of my employees.
"Yes, you guys just take a break! It's still night." Pinta papa Adhi after staring at the wall clock attached to the wall.
We all followed Papa Adhi's orders. So Juna and Light immediately returned to his room. Same thing with me, where I climbed the stairs to get to the room and immediately rested. And not long after, Yulian finally caught up with me while carrying our suitcase.
"Have a rest, Ayesha!"
"Aren't Mas Yulian taking a break?"
"Later on, there's still work to be done tonight before I leave tomorrow." Julian took out his laptop.
"Go? Where is Mas Yulian going?"
For a moment Yulian sighed softly. Who was originally about to sit on the sofa in our room now it did not do it, instead he stepped towards where I was about to lay down my body that felt sleepy since then. After being in front of me then, Yulian sat down and said, "I'm sorry Aisha, I didn't tell you about this before. Tomorrow I have to go to Surabaya because there is work to be discussed with the company there. And I hope you're not angry about this."
Yulian looked at me deeply, as if her eyes were guilty of having to leave and a farewell had to come back between us. For a moment I was silent with a thousand words, trying to digest every word that Yulian had uttered as his explanation. And our love hijrah must return to the test when distance and time have separated us.
"No, Mas. It has become your duty as a head of the family to make a living for your family. And that has also become your duty as the company leader, so why am I angry just because we will separate again. The most important thing is just one, do not leave your duty as a Muslim, Mas." With a blinded heart and a sincere heart, I let go of Yulian in making a living for the family.
"Thank you, Aisyah!"
Instantly Yulian kissed my forehead gently. Sometimes he also rubbed my cheeks and hair slowly. It was as if he was pampering me before the farewell happened. As well as me, I enjoyed every swipe and strand of my husband. And I had to really learn to be a better human being in my hijrah, especially when my husband went out of town to fulfill his job. Although in my heart for a moment terbesit feeling unwilling if will separate again. But this is a life we never know how to live.
"Yes, I will accompany Mas Yulian until Mas's work is done." I held onto Yulian's burly arm.
"If you are sleepy, you better sleep. Don't go along and don't sleep!"
"No, my mom. I want to accompany Mas Yulian, the point of no comma." I also whistled to accompany Yulian in completing his work.
Yulian also agreed to my wish, until finally I was the winner. And about an hour later Yulian's job was finally over. After that, we do not immediately lay our bodies on a soft bed that always provides comfort when we feel tired, instead we are preoccupied with other things.
