Fadli's black sedan, which was taking me to the hospital, is now being driven at high speed. Sister Maryam who always had a calm attitude, now looks so tense and worried. And it was obvious when both of his eyes were looking at me.

"Prophe Ayesha, we'll be in the hospital soon." Said brother Fadli.

Alhamdulillah after a trip that almost took 1 hour and fifteen minutes, now the black sedan car stopped in front of the hospital entrance.

Fadli immediately carried Aisyah and moved on top of the banker. Maryam oun deftly showed her attitude as a doctor. Calling the sisters to help her bring Aisyah into the room of the ER.

"How's doctor Maryam, the obstetrician on leave." Said one of the sisters.

Yes, it just so happened that night was takbir night. Most doctors are on leave. But Maryam did not give up. He called the doctor he knew. One of them is an obstetrician who always handles Aisyah.

After several times calling the doctor Sari, finally the phone was connected and picked up by the sari doctor.

"Assalamu'alaikum doctor sari. Mavaf is disrupting your time. But it's a real emergency. Because Aisyah had a very intense contraction. And he is now unconscious. So I beg you to come to the hospital immediately." Maryam explained.

"Wa'alaikumsalam doctor Maryam. Well then doctor Maryam, I'll be right to the hospital." Reply doctor sari.

Aisyah and Yulian's extended family have now arrived at the hospital. They rushed to meet Fadli, Maryam and Juna.

"How is Fadli-Maryam, the state of Ayesha?" Tanya Bu Laila who as Aisyah's birth mother.

"Mother calm down, yes, we're still waiting for the doctor to come." Maryam answered, hiding her incongruity.

Maryam felt that something bad was being hidden by Aisyah all this time. Where is the problem that causes Aisyah to have a severe contraction.

"What's? So now we have to how do doc?" Ask Maryam.

"We need to get the operation done. There's no other choice. Either later among Ayesha or baby Ayesha will survive, because the most important thing now we are working to save the baby who is in the womb Ayesha." Answer doctor Sari firmly.

After hearing the explanation from doctor Sari, Maryam rushed to help prepare the media tools needed during the operation.

After finishing preparing all the medical equipment, Aisyah was encouraged to enter the operating room. And tension, anxiety and worry have coalesced into one in the great families of Aisha and Yulian.
