HIJRAH LOVE
Two Years Ago

Seen a middle-aged lung man wearing simple clothes from behind the door. Well, that's none other than my father-in-law, Papa Yulian. This morning I got a big surprise for his presence that far before did not tell us to come to visit.

"Father!" yulian was surprised.

"Assalamu'alaikum" said my father-in-law's greeting.

"Wa'alaikumsalam warahmatullahi wabarokatuh," I replied in conjunction with Yulian.

After that, Yulian and I asked Papa to immediately go inside the house to rest. Arriving in the living room Papa also relieve fatigue by sitting on a soft sofa. Begutupun with Yulian, he sat there and accompanied Papa to relax. As for me, I was again preoccupied with the battle in the kitchen which had not been cleaned the rest of the dishes and other equipment that Yulian had used for cooking earlier.

"Bik Inem, please make Mr. Adhi warm coffee! Oh yes, same to Mr. Yulian. When you're done please take you to the living room!" my door to Bik Inem.

After cleaning the kitchen, I immediately headed to Arjuna's room and continued to Ahtar's room to inform them that his grandfather had arrived, and invited them to have breakfast together, because the clock is showing at 06:30. Although not yet active in doing activities as usual, but the breakfast hour has arrived. So I had to immediately prepare all the food that had been cooked perfectly by Yulian on the dining table.

I knocked slowly on Arjuna's room door. And soon my eldest son came out from behind the door in the morning clothes he always wore. Shirt with peci that always stick on top of his head in the morning. And it always makes me feel proud of him, smart in teaching and maintaining his ethics.

"Umi just wanted to tell you, that Grandpa Adhi has just arrived. And all of us have breakfast together" I explained to Arjuna.

"Grandpa Adhi came to our house, Umi?" ask Arjuna to make sure.

I nodded slowly too to say yes. And after hearing the answer from me, it was clear Arjuna's face that looked so happy to hear that his grandfather had come to visit. Arjuna felt the same way as me, the matchless joy of going back to meet the old man who was the only one in my life.

"Alright, Umi! Then I will tell the Light first! After that we'll meet in the dining room." Arjuna said full of enthusiasm.

"All right! Then Umi meet your Adek first!" my reply.

I went and left Arjuna's room, and set foot slowly to climb up the stairs to Ahtar's room. Arriving at the door of his room, do not forget for me always knocking on the door. And soon Ahtar came out from behind the door of his room in a different dress than Arjuna. Plain white t-shirt combined with a plaid patterned sarong and do not forget the pecans. And that is the clothes that are often worn to my two sons when it is still morning before doing daily activities.

"immies? What's up?" asked Ahtar with her face so innocent.

"No. Umi just wanted to tell you about how to make baby dedek correctly." My answer is holding back laughter.

"Eye!" Ahtar said that his eyes were wide.

That expression was really funny as I tried to tease Ahtar. Which makes me laugh at once on my candlestick against Ahtar who likes to be ignorant. And this is how I get close to my two sons, not necessarily forbidding whenever I want to go out with friends, not necessarily giving advice or even getting angry when I make mistakes. So that they feel comfortable when pouring their hearts out to me.

"Why are you so serious, Ahtar? Umi was just kidding!"

"Yes end ... Umi even wants to fulgar to me. Kan, I was serious!"

"No dong, honey. Cook yes, Umi want to teach you something like that? Look, Umi just wanted to tell you that Grandpa Adhi is downstairs. We had breakfast together,"

"Grandfather Adhi's coming, Mi? Umi's not lying, is she?" ask Ahtar who made sure.

"certain. It's true Ahtar darling, your grandfather is already downstairs. Meet him!" I answered smiling thinly.

"Arjuna and Light haven't been here yet?" many ensure.

"No, honey. Maybe there's still business, let's just wait!" answer Yulian.

"Maybe Arjuna bang and Kak Cahaya still make adak, tuh!" chirps Ahtar.

"Hust! Ahtar, Umi think you already understand which words you should say or not. So, Umi asked for help not to say anything impolite. Especially in front of Adhi's grandfather, it's not polite for your age to talk about such a thing!"

"Emm, okay! Forgive Ahtar for everything!"

"But you can't frown so, dong! Which smile is for all of us?"

It did not take long to persuade Ahtar, so he immediately painted a smile from his lips after he understood what I had given him as a gentle mother's speech to her son. However, the two couples we were waiting for were not visible to their noses. It makes me feel worried when something happens.

"I tried to check them first in the room huh, Mas!"

Yulian nodded slowly to say yes. And I immediately rushed to Arjuna's room to ascertain what was going on between them, so as not to come to the dining room and gather together. Arriving at Arjuna's doorstep, I knocked on the door first.

"Darling, why not follow soon? The food will be cold!"

"Emm, but ... Shame to meet Adhi's grandfather, Umi. Though I had told him that Adhi's grandfather was a good man, there was no way that he would refuse or even make fun of the Light that could not walk normally." Arjuna was doubtful.

I nodded slowly, then immediately Arjuna ran to meet his beloved grandfather. As for me, I must try to be patient in strengthening myself to always try to give understanding to the Light. I took a slow step, then I approached the Light sitting on his wheelchair while staring at the window.

The Light instantly directed its gaze towards the direction where I was still behind him. After that, Light greeted me warmly even he kissed the back of my hand. However, he again showed a sad, grim face and a lack of confidence again enveloped him.

"Light, did Umi never tell you not to shy away from family members. Out there is Adhi's grandfather, your Abi father. So, meet him because it's the same as a grandfather for you!"

"But Light is ashamed, Umi. I am a disabled woman! And I don't want to embarrass my husband's extended family with the disability I have." The light that returns sheds tears.

"Just calm down, there's definitely not going to be anything going on when you meet Adhi's grandfather. Because he was a very good person, even so good and always had great affection with his family. After quite nearly taking about fifteen minutes already I was finally able to coax back the Light. Where I am currently walking is pushing the Light wheelchair towards the dining room and eating breakfast together.
