ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO
CHAPTER 4.18: UNCERTAIN NEWS

Tapping his beak several times, opening it shut, Sarv swallowed his saliva. With her dark yellow eyes lit up, she repeated the words she heard from Leore.

"That human child with you, she is the child of Miss Anella? Anella you mean that ... That's right, Princess of the Moon, right?"

"Who else am I referring to? That's really his son."

"Are you sure about that?"

"You can tell for yourself when you sniff the smell. She has a slightly unique smell but there are indeed several smells of Anella among them. Sarv, you must still not have forgotten the smell of Anella, right? Even if a bird like you doesn't have a nose."

Leore giggled a little with the dry joke he threw, he hoped it would make the atmosphere soften a little for Sarv but did not. His red crow face was increasingly seen losing its color, with his eyeballs narrowed.

"Non Anella's child ... Why can't I know anything about that at all? He didn't tell me at all, even when we met last time eighteen years ago ... Right, how old is that kid with you?"

"I don't know, I never asked."

"Geez, why can't you know that? You've been with him all this time, haven't you? What the hell are you thinking about not asking something so important, you fucking cat?"

"Whisper, damn bird. I'm just not interested in her age. Although ... True as well, at least the boy still hasn't touched twenty years. Maybe the fur is still not growing in some places, right?"

"Fur? Ah, my goodness ... You are ..."

Sarv could only wrap his face with his wings to cover up the headache that was attacking him. Although the feeling of wanting to scream really controlled him, but at the same time he also really understood the personality of the black cat spirit named Leore who was in front of him.

Therefore he could also overcome some things for this. That is by breathing in, getting rid of all the things that need not be thought about and letting everything pass.

He realized because in the end, everything still did not change at all.

"Well, forget about that. But since she is the child of Miss Anella, surely the same talent and grace flowed in her veins, right? Or maybe it's getting bigger?"

"Gift and talent, huh? The child did have an enormous Spiritual Energy on his body but that was it. He couldn't even use a Spell or any other technique."

"That's more than enough. At least he has a good foundation, for the rest you just need to train him, right? Do you really think that Miss Anella mastered all the Spells or Techniques without practicing?"

"What's? Isn't she? When I first met her, she was even able to hold myself back while in her third form. It was a huge humiliation and from then on I was eyeing him to eat his body."

"A humiliation, huh? You did plan to kill Miss Anella at first because she defeated you. Well, even though it makes you his follower too. Putting that aside, Miss Anella also had to initially practice to master the Spell or Technique."

"Hm ... Who gave the girl training and made her so strong?"

"Well, I don't know about that either. Miss Anella only mentioned that she had a teacher who trained her for all those Spells and Techniques."

Sarv walked up to the table and took some wine with both wings, putting it all in and the stalk. On the other hand Leore also started picking up some new bottles of wine with her forked tail.

"Don't know, huh? There were indeed so many things that the girl was hiding."

"Well, isn't it natural for a girl to seem to have a lot of secrets? That's not something weird."

"Pwahhh—!!! Hwah ... Damn, this wine is really good."

"Leore, do you hear me? Be sure to train the child and make him strong. To the point where he can protect himself without you around him. She is Miss Anella's child, training her is not a waste."

Leore smashed his empty bottle once again. With one hiccup, he looked straight at the crow that was in front of him.

Leore raised another bottle with her tail and drank it all in one gulp, ignoring Sarv who was looking at her in surprise. The feathers on Sarv's body trembled, with a loud laughter coming from it.

"I can't hide it, can I?"

"That's clearly visible from the face of the crow that gives off a suspicious scent, anyone will know your plan. I never really trusted you from the beginning. What do you want to do by bringing that stupid kid to your side?"

"Geez, you're so mean. I don't plan to risk his life, after all he's still Miss Anella's son."

"Sad, I might believe you. I'll warn you, the boy is my prey. If you damage his body just a little bit, I'll make sure to turn this temple into ruins, burn it and make you a raven burn on the fire."

"You're kidding me, right?"

"Just do it and see for yourself what I'm saying is a joke."

Even so, Sarv knew that if it was not a joke, at least what the black cat said contained the truth in eighty percent of its parts. Therefore taking rash action when dealing with Leore was not the thing to do.

One move bothered him and Leore would definitely avenge him with total annihilation. That is how much of a threat Sarv poses to Leore, the canine of fog.

Therefore upon hearing if the cat in front of him was serving someone a second time, it was something very surprising. But after hearing the name of the person he served, it was something natural.

Although Sarv still intends to withdraw the child served by Leore, it will wait until the moment Sarv meets him face to face and assesses him personally when they meet.

If that time comes, Sarv really hopes that the boy has nothing in common with his mother. All is for the glory of the Spirit.

Sarv's thoughts were immediately blown away with Leore's voice slamming the bottle on the table and directing the sound at him.

"So, we've discussed quite a lot of unimportant things and you still haven't answered the questions I've been asking. Sarv, why did you invite me to this party? Surely not just as a congratulatory warning, right?"

Sarv wanted to answer if it was the truth but Leore would definitely not believe it. It was completely laughable as he looked at his history of being known as an honest crow.

Well, besides, it's the past. The action that Leore made was something that made sense. After all, there was a crow who invited him to a party, of course it was something suspicious.

After knowing that much, it can really be grateful if Leore has come here without bringing any ill intentions.

Leore picked up a few fruits with her three wings, stuffed them all on an enlarged black beak and swallowed all of them at once. Drowning the beak with his tongue, he began to open up the main topic he had to carry.

"I just wanted to tell you. Two of the three great clans of the Spirit Exterminator, the Zalsa clan and the Gaoqi clan made a slightly suspicious move."

Hearing that, for a moment Leore's face revealed ignorance, as if he had never heard those names. But a piece of memory came at him, making his instincts sharpen.

"What are the trash doing this time?"

"I still don't have any information for it but daei moves that they do, it seems that they are looking for something big."

"Something big?"

Sarv nodded his crow's head, widening his two wings.

"Yes, maybe they found a seal that holds a high-level Spirit within it? I don't know either."
