ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO

ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO
SUPPLEMENTARY SHEET: FLAME IV PIECES

The scenery I saw changed so quickly once again, displaying the look of a forest of fire. But the color of the fire itself is not reddish-yellow, but a blue-colored flame.

The blue colored flames devoured a large part of the forest. Even so there was not a single tree in the burning forest, not a single animal was running around, as if the blue fire itself was an illusion. If you look further, not a single smoke produced by the blue fire.

But there was a scream filled with panic and fear, filling parts of the forest. As I looked closer, there were so many spirits of varying sizes running around directionlessly putting on desperate expressions on their faces.

Is it a fire that only burns the spirits?

The blue flame spread widely throughout the entire passage through one tree to another and made the situation inside the forest even more chaotic. No one can explain the details of the situation to me, what is going on here?

Swingg—!! The sight in my eyes changed.

Re-displays the temple that I saw a while before and a fox with nine tails with nine heads.

It's Nebi.

The forest around the temple was violently burned by the enormous blue flames, leaving the temple in the center. The temple seemed to be protected by some kind of barrier wall, making the blue flames unable to approach any further.

"What's going on here?!"

Nebi shouted at the spirits who were running to enter and take refuge inside the temple. But not a single Spirit could answer him because of the fear they had.

"Quick explain, what's going on here?!"

"Miss Nebi!!"

A voice came from the other direction, I saw a fox with seven tails and a running head approaching towards Nebi. Is that Sen? No, both the sound and the aura are different. Maybe it was one of Sen's colleagues or brothers.

"Thio!! Quickly explain the situation!!"

"All right!! I also did not know the details of the situation but at least there were currently around fifty humans setting foot in the huge forest. They are the perpetrators who committed this massive arson!! They are walking towards this place right now!!"

Nebi widened her eyes, doubt vividly reflected in every expression on her face.

"Man, you say?! What are the humans doing in the forest?! And they are the culprits who spread this blue abi?! Then what is the status of the agreement they have agreed on?! Damn, there are so many unknown things."

"Miss Nebi, what should we do?!"

Nebi snorted and set her gaze on the fox named Chio.

"To now summon those ten apprentice foxes and command them to arrange these keroco Spirits so that they can enter the Temple smoothly, then meet your brothers and sisters afterwards. Sen is in the back mountain and Lin is in the east mountain, you can find the rest by yourself!! My four sisters and the God are outside right now, I am the one who will guard this place!! Quickly go!!"

"All right!! Thanks so much!!"

Chio lowered a slight corner of his head on Nebi and jumped high up towards the sky, then his body split into seven pieces. Each had one head and a tail and spread out in all different directions.

A similar ability to the Shadow-eater.

"Man, huh? Really, what's really going on here?"

Nebi looked far away at the blue-colored giant blaze that engulfed most of the forest, muttering as she sharpened her eyes.

Swingg—!! The view I saw changed.

Showing the same place as before, with Nebi gnashing her black fangs towards the group of humans wearing a black cloak with a hood to cover their heads, except for one person with a face covered in bandages.

"Man, what does all this mean?" nebi asked, spreading an aura of greater threat.

Although most of the people in black robes were a little panicked, it did not affect the men with bandage faces at all. No doubt, he seems to be their leader.

The man raised his hand to calm the follower behind him, then answered a question from Nebi.

"First, let me introduce myself first. I am Yan Zalsa, the first head of the Zalsa Clan, an Organization established specifically to eradicate the Spirits that interfere with the lives of humans. Great Spirit Fox, I'll be glad if you remember my name."

The man with the bandage slightly lowered his head and bowed. But it seemed to have provoked Nebi's fury even further, his nine tails beginning to spiral out of control.

"It's a pity but I have absolutely no intention of remembering the name of a lowly human like you. Rather than that, quickly answer my question. Man, what is the meaning of all this?"

"Is that so? Too bad. Despite having a very grand depiction of being and being, in the end Spirits like you are nothing more than beasts. Indeed there are some who have higher intelligence than others, although most can easily lose control and end up harming humans."

"Huh?"

"No, it was just a meaningless mutter from me. In the end, the best option that Spirits like you can use is to be our tool and let humans maximize your potential."

Just as the bandage man finished his words, a wisp of light wrapped around the giant body of Nebi and covered his form. What appeared to him at this moment was just an extremely ferocious blaze of light with the form of a raging fox.

"Human, this is your third chance, and your last chance to speak. What does all this mean?"

Breaths of fire came out from his nine mouths, making the temperature around him extremely hot and revealing a mirage.

It made everyone other than the bandage man, look in pain with their bodies that let out a lot of steam and sweat.

So this is Nebi's form when angry, huh? Pretty cool.

"It's about a fox with the same appearance as you, named Kitsu. You probably know him, right?"

"uh? Kitsu?"

Although his face was covered by the light from the embers, it was obvious that Nebi felt further confusion due to Kitsu's name suddenly appearing. It also made me quite curious when I heard it.

Why did that person suddenly mention Kitsu's name? If it's not wrong, it's the name of the Fox with the same nine heads and tails as Nebi, right?

And also, how could that person know his name? Names are very important to the Spirit. It's a little impossible if they tell humans. I get this from experience.

But all those questions will be answered soon, as the man with the bandage speaks once more.

"Yes. This all happened because Miss Kitsu, who is a fox like you, disguised herself as a human girl and seduced my son, she said, make her fall in love with Miss Kitsu and the relationship gives birth to a half-Spirit human descendant."

Silence is created, which is certainly caused by the speech of the man.

But before Nebi and I could digest all of his words, the man with the bandage continued talking again.

"When I learned that, I asked my son to kill his son and also exterminate Miss Kitsu as a form of responsibility. But it made my son, who was the sole heir to what I was about to leave behind, forget all his responsibilities and prefer the fox. He escaped from us by bringing the two creatures along with him."

The voice from the man hardened, painting deep pent-up anger on him.

"I searched and searched after it, but found nothing. Until a month ago, I finally found a clue about his possible whereabouts. It took me to this forest and the temple behind you."

The man raised his bandage-filled hand, pointing at the direction of the temple.

"He must be there, right? Please step aside, don't hinder me. All I want is for my son to come back and fulfill all his responsibilities, nothing else but that."

Eh? In other words ... How am I saying this?

Kitsu and the child of this bandage ... Huh huh? Spirit and man have a body relationship? Then Kitsu gave birth to a half-Spirit human? Is that the right way? Damn, the dimensions of the conversation are too high for an average brain like me.

As I began to waver due to this various information streak, Nebi let out a slow snort and chuckled.

"A boring story, how long does it take you to put it all together?"

His speech made the aura around the bandage man strengthen, with his voice becoming heavier than before.

"The lowly Fox Fundamentals, do you really think that your existence is superior to humans? Know your position."

"Bas stupid, that's my word."

That way, the dense atmosphere created finally broke.

Bringing in battle scenarios, using numerous incantation circles that cast hundreds of iron spears and purplish glowing chains on the human side, as well as giant golden fireballs that adorned every tail of Nebi.

The two sides also clashed, producing a bright light that was extremely dazzling.
