SHEET 4.8: UNREAL MEETING

The point where there are many rabbits is located in the Northern part of this mountain. It took me about an hour to reach it and I finally arrived at a grass plain that was quite concave, surrounded by trees all around.

The sunken grass plains had quite a number of holes on their edges, I approached one of those holes and brought my face closer to look a little further inside.

It was quite dark but I could hear some scraping sounds from inside.

At first I thought this was a Snake hole but surely the Snake would not make this many holes in the same place. The only thing possible to occupy this hole is—

"Alright, maybe I can try this way to lure him out."

I took a match in my pocket, took out a stick and swiped it on the edge of the matchbox, created a small flame and immediately blew on it, spewing some smoke from the matchstick.

Before the smoke disappeared I threw it in one of the holes, doing it a few times until something came out of it.

It's a rabbit, especially a kid. Without the slightest doubt I immediately jumped up and caught it, picked it up and took it somewhere.

"It's really lucky to get it at the first opportunity. Then just go straight to start the observation, maybe this won't take too much time."

I looked for an empty plain and sat there, holding the little white rabbit in his left hand and noting a few things with his right hand, he photographed it and put it in one of the prepared containers.

"The previous master said we don't need to bring animal samples, to avoid disturbing the mountain ecosystem but I don't think one rabbit will have a big impact ... Aren't you? Should I just let it go?"

Maybe the first option would be safer for me. I don't need to bring it if the teacher has banned it, surely the people in charge of caring for the mountain ask him to convey it to the students.

I let go of the white rabbit and let it out of the container. The rabbit finally jumped but after a few meters away, the rabbit turned around and looked at me.

"Hm? Is there anything? He looked at me ..."

The rabbit tilted his head, I followed him and tilted my head as well. Then he flipped his body again and walked a few meters, turned to me and tilted his head.

There are some differences such as the appearance of moss on a fairly thick stone and some other plants are foreign but most still look not so different daei before.

I looked in the direction where the rabbit was before but he had disappeared.

It was the scream of a girl. His voice was carried away by the wind and was a little unclear when he heard it. I had to go into the forest and find a place with a weaker wind.

"Basic is useless!! How dare you still be in this forest?! Go!!"

"This forest doesn't need a useless creature like you!! Stay away and find another place that can accommodate you!! You are useless!!"

"Keep—!! Don't bother me—!!"

Good, his voice is clearer.

But there was another voice that collided with the voice of the girl, she was together with someone else? The girl looked like trouble. I need to get to him and see what's going on there.

Focus ... Focus ... Listen carefully and find the source of the sound.

Gawat, the source of his voice is deep in the forest. I hope I don't meet dangerous spirits when Master isn't with me. Geez, I should have brought that cat.

"Master will definitely nag if anything happens to me, let's avoid that."

I accelerated my footsteps and approached the source of the voice, to the point where there were no more echoes from it. I've reached the bushes, behind this must be the source.

One had the appearance of a horseman with gray skin and the other looked like a bullman with brown skin.

The two Spirits raised their hands tightly, hitting the wooden stick they held with all their might on the girl's body. The girl could only hold on, cross her arms and scream in pain.

"Huh? The two spirits ... Torturing humans? Moreover, a weak little girl ... Was she kidnapped? How dare they do something like that."

Without waiting for anything, I immediately jumped on the bush, raised my right hand and drained the Energy to resist the movements of the two Spirits.

"No, no!! I felt a presence in the back!! There's something in there!!"

I strengthened the Energy that flowed and made the two Spirits seem to be wrapped very strongly by a rope. They whined, screamed in pain and could do nothing.

The first to notice my presence was the girl. He looked at me with a look of caution and fear but did nothing.

Ignoring that, I walked past those two Spirits and faced them. The two spirits looked at me, with their faces filled with pain and shock.

"A human child?! What is a human child doing here?!"

"More Energy of this magnitude ... How could a human child have it!!"

I amplified the pressure of Energy to silence those two Spirits. Looking one after another at them and nodding slowly.

"You guys, get out of here. I'll forgive for the first time, but not the second time. Don't repeat it again. Don't open your mouth and answer with a nod, do you understand?"

The two spirits immediately nodded very quickly. I released the Energy pressure and they fell limp on the grass.

"Good, then don't forget about it and go!! If I see you guys doing something like this again ..."

I pointed my right hand at the two Spirits, making them flinch and immediately ran, jumping on the bushes.

"Punish us!!"

"Punish us!!"

It didn't take long for their footsteps to disappear.

"Cumo ... Fortunately, they understood."

I flipped my body, facing the girl who was still sitting on the grass. His gaze at me still had not changed, showing the vigilance and fear within it ... Huh uh?

And at the same time, I also narrowed my eyes.

Seeing the girl closer in some parts. I didn't realize this because I was too focused on those two Spirits before but it seemed some pretty obvious difference to this girl.

Long white ears protruding from the top of his head, claw-like fingernails and faint white clothing that would be impossible for a human to wear.

"This girl ... The Spirit?"

And also, I remember his face.

This girl is the Spirit I saw in the previous dream.
