ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO
SHEET 4.6: STARTING OBSERVATIONS

A few minutes later, I arrived at school. Unlike the original plan, there were only a few students who had already arrived at the school. I didn't even see any of the kids from my class.

The plan is we will leave at half-six in the morning and now it is ten minutes more than usual, maybe it will retreat half or an hour from the previous schedule.

Well, organizing dozens of children from three different classes is no easy task, nothing can be done with it. Retreating half an hour from the initial schedule is common when discussing school holidays.

"I belong to the late child, there is no room for protest."

I immediately put a large bag containing clothes and some basic necessities in the storage area next to the bus. For a smaller bag, I brought it with me.

There's a Master in it anyway, where I might leave it in storage. That cat would probably curse me if I really did.

There was nothing I had to do outside in the cold, I went straight into the bus where my group was and looked for a shared seat.

Inside can each seat is divided into three parts, for that one group can sit side by side. I took out a number paper and matched it to every row of seats that were inside could.

And on the fifth right row seat, I found a match on the seat number. As I was planning to sit down, I felt a presence and looked there.

There was already someone in my group who arrived and sat down first.

The boy also noticed me and nodded with an awkward smile, shifting his seat towards the window.

"You're coming pretty fast, Mona."

"T-No, I was here about five minutes ago so I'm a late kid too. But there's still a lot of kids who haven't come, maybe it'll be a little while until we leave."

"That's how it is, maybe in about an hour we'll be leaving. By the way Mona, I want to ask you something."

Mona turned to me and tilted her head. If you look closely, she is also quite sweet.

Well no need to look closer is also quite clear if she belongs to a beautiful girl. Rather than her bald father, perhaps she looked more like her mother? I've never seen his mother.

"Yes?"

Unknowingly, I looked the other way as I explained.

"Look, since my relationship with Ella is bad enough, it might be better if you sit between us and act as a barrier. I'd be very helpful if you'd do it"

After hearing that, Mona tilted her face for a moment as if she did not understand what I was saying and instantly widened her eyes.

"ah! Right too, sorry that I didn't offer it and made you say it. I was too excited about this trip and didn't think about it at all."

"No, it's not a problem. I'm pretty excited about this trip anyway."

Mona immediately came out of the row of seats and instead, I sat by the window with Mona on the left, separating myself from one other seat.

After I sat down, there was some turmoil on the bag and in order for Mona to not notice it, I put it downstairs and tried not to open it at all inside the bus.

Accompanied by the tension of the possibility that the Master would come out by force and be discovered, making time go by quite quickly for me and thirty minutes until in an instant.

After the teacher finished confirming each student's presence on the bus and making sure that no one was left behind, we set off while singing a march from the school that I don't remember at all.

By the way, there was a little bit of debate when Ella got on the bus because of her strong desire to sit by the window, which made her try to kick me out.

But since I had already taken it, there was not a single intention to budge and let the woman take it.

Geez, it's really troublesome.

____________________________________

The journey took about three hours, we finally reached the foot of the mountains where the task of observation would be done.

After parking the bus next to a traditional inn and doing absenteeism then took our bags after. We went straight into the room we were given.

Of course, each room will be divided into two parts, a room containing boys and girls. Despite being one group, it is still not allowed to occupy the same room with different sexes.

Gender ... Is it possible that I described it as too rude, huh? Perhaps it is more appropriate to call it a different genre? No, it's more unclear than before.

Putting that aside, I immediately put all the items in the room and changed into a sports shirt with trousers. Then gather in the field behind the inn to get some briefing on the observation tasks to be done.

It took about thirty minutes until the briefing was completed and we were given each one a book with a writing set. Then each child is also given two bottles of drink and three bread for provisions when making observations later.

The observation time was six hours, each group was already divided into the types of plants or animals they had to observe. All children are also herded in places where there are many plants and animals that they must look for to facilitate the task.

After all the troublesome things were done, the time to make observations began.

I with Mona and Ella immediately walked into the mountains and forests with the other children, towards each of the locations that had been given to us before.

For our group, the observations we had to make were about the life of a rabbit and some medicinal plant information scattered across some point of this mountain.

Although I call it observation, this is not something quite as serious as that. After all, the real purpose of this trip is just the ultimate vacation.

The word task and observation were just the formalities that the teachers showed and the six hours for this observation was actually also a time that we could use to have fun by surrounding the many beautiful spots on the mountain and forestland.

Even so, not knowing where to start, in the end I along with Mona and Ella decided to finish the task first while surrounding the mountains.

In some parts, I saw the spirits running and walking past us, complaining about the many human children who came to the mountain today without any offerings they brought.

Hm? Speaking of the Spirit ... I still left Master in the tightly sealed bag.

"Do I have to go back, okay?"

"Hm? Aciel, is something bothering you?"

"No, it's nothing."

"Mona, forget about him. Let's quickly finish this and relax at the inn."

Oh, and one more thing. I began to realize that Mona couldn't seem to see a Spirit of considerable size.

All he could see was a Spirit that was about the size of a tennis ball, to a Spirit greater than that it seemed like he saw like a puff of shadow or himself that could only sense their presence.

So that was the reason why he could see a small Spirit, but not a Spirit with a larger body. I think it has something to do with how big the Energy Stream Mona has and the Spirits have.

It was really surprising when I found out. But, yeah ... I'm quite grateful. There's not gonna be anything good you get if you get involved in something like this any further.

Relieve, huh?
