ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO

ACIEL'S DIARY : INDIGO
CHAPTER 2.14: TRUST & THANKS

After the feast was over, I immediately encountered the Spirits who were trying to join Frouya and introduce themselves to them. There were some conspicuous Spirits but all of them did have a pretty good aura to me.

I'm glad the gathering I made grew bigger but it's still too soon, only one day Frouya was formed and there's been an extra twenty new Spirits. Maybe in the future I will select them as a form of eligibility?

No, I don't think that's a very fitting idea.

It's good to talk about this with Rune and Wasa later. I could ask for some of their opinions on that.

Next turning to the release of the leaves that wrapped around my body, I was initially quite scared when the leaves were hard to remove because it took out a root that instilled itself in the scar of my chest but it seemed like a normal thing.

The rune immediately cleared the roots left on my chest with a knife, the scar itself left behind an uneven circular shape, I thought it would disappear but it didn't.

Then there's my uniform. It was hollowed out from the previous attack but Wasa had already taken the others so everything was fine. There's nothing I'm watching anymore for now, I can leave the rest to them.

"All right, then I'll go first. Thank you for your treatment for these two days."

I reached out to the rune that was in front of me, she immediately greeted it with a face that let out a smile. Despite smiling, the raccoon's face was indeed frightening.

"No no, it's natural to take care of our masters and rescuers. Mr. Aciel, you can stop by here whenever you like, we'll look forward to it."

"Are you really looking forward to my arrival?"

The runes widened his black eyes, then he immediately smiled back.

"You are indeed quite ignorant. Of course I will be the one who is looking forward to it. This forest will always be open for you."

"Is that so? I'm glad to hear that. For Wasa I will tell her myself later, you do not need to send the Spirit to convey this to her. I want to surprise him."

"You are indeed quite ignorant. But yeah, I can understand that feeling."

We immediately giggled softly and the sound of the ground being hit was heard. It comes from the Master whipping his tail on the ground.

"Until when are you gonna talk and make me wait? Quickly finish."

"Master, why are you in such a hurry? It's all been a long time because I had to wait for you to wake up from a hangover first, you know?"

"Are you stupid? It's all been a long time since you were hurt by that stupid attack from the sneak. If you hadn't been exposed, I wouldn't have waited long and the scar on your chest would have ruined the look of my food. Your body is my food, don't you dare ruin it."

"What's? You protest? You're waiting drunk anyway and having fun, aren't you? Then this is my body, I have the highest right to use it."

"What's? You dare to repay me?"

Master walked over and stuck out his tongue, licking my face.

"I'm sorry, I got too carried away."

"There's no second chance for a stupid boy like you."

"ah! Wait up!!"

The master bit my uniform and then lifted my body and threw it, I fell on his back and drowned among the black feathers. A pretty dangerous landing.

"Get a tight hold, we'll fly."

"Wait first!! The rune!! Bye bye!! I'll come by next time!!"

"All right!! We'll be waiting for him!!"

The master whipped his tail on the ground, jumping and running between the skies with his feet which gave rise to pieces of black-colored clouds at each step. While waving at Rune and the other Spirits, we went to visit the next place.

After finding a large enough empty plain, the Master lowered his speed and altitude, jumping as a landing and creating a slight wave of dust as his feet touched the ground.

I'll be down soon after.

"Of course, you don't have to ask that."

The master changed his form back into a cat and jumped on my shoulder. I walked through some trees before I got in front of Uncle Gen's house, and knocked on his wooden fence.

"Excuse me?! Is there anyone?!"

"Yes!! Please wait a minute!!"

There was an immediate answer from within, it was the voice of Grandma Lunius. Moments later, Grandma appeared with a broom in her hand.

I don't know why but it seems that Master changed his intention to come along, he jumped off my shoulder and walked away from home. Is it possible because of the Energy that surrounds this house?

That must have made him nauseous.

Putting that aside, Grandma greeted with a smile, a hint of sweat running down her forehead that contained a few wrinkles with white hair sticking up.

"Well, son Aciel! What's coming so early to our house? And that uniform, aren't you in school today? Ditching is not good."

"Ah no, school came home pretty fast today because there was a replay held. By the way Grandma, is Uncle Gen there? I want to talk to him about a few things for a minute."

"Oh, son? He exists. Come in first, I'll call him for you."

"Thank you very much."

Grandma immediately opened the fence and I went inside, we went into the same living room as before.

While allowing myself to sit down, Grandma brought some biscuits with a teacup as her companion.

"You can eat and drink while you wait for Gen to arrive. He's in the back garden, today we're planting some cassava."

"Oh that? Fine, I'll wait for him here. Thanks, grandma."

Grandma left after that. A few minutes passed and Uncle Gen finally appeared. He immediately sat down on the chair with a smile on his sweat-filled face.

"It seems like planting cassava is quite tiring."

"Hm? Did you hear it from mom? Yes, it requires a lot of energy when doing it at this age. Put that aside, did something happen?"

"No, there's nothing special. I'm just here to report that the spirit that escaped from the jug has been overcome. With this everything is safe, uncle need not worry."

"Eh? Done already? It took you about two days to finish, huh?"

No, actually just a few minutes ... Or seconds? It took me two days to get here because I had to wake myself up from the injuries caused by my carelessness. How could I possibly say that, right?

Not happening anything in particular is the best answer.

"Yes. Though I find it a little difficult to prove it because the Spirit leaves nothing to be a sign that he is gone."

"Evidence? I don't need anything like that. Take it easy, Aciel, because I will definitely trust you. Then there's nothing I need to worry about, huh? Thank you very much."

For a moment, I was pensive when I listened to her words.

Trust and thank you, huh?

I didn't know if hearing those two short sentences would make my heart feel this light. It felt like something warm filled me, making a smile a little hard to hold back.

"Hm? What's the matter, Aciel?"

"No, it's nothing. The one who should be grateful is me."

Really, I'm so grateful to have done it.
