Not Shu En by name nor did he interrogate the three military higher-ups of the Tang Empire. But just as Shu En was about to get close to the three, he felt a deadly aura so great before the bodies of Commander Fujun, General Song Guan and General Lu Xuhen exploded.

The two make an unexpected journey knowing Shu En will pose a terrible threat to the Black Dragon Path.

On the other hand Shu En asked Fire Phoenix Zhuan to heal Tang Xia and Yang Ruan. Surely not only the two girls, but all the survivors in the Xudong battle were healed using the Phoenix flames.

Yang Ruan smiled gently and looked at Shu En's face which looked not as bright as usual.

“My condition is starting to improve thanks to you. Are you thinking of something? Your forehead has wrinkles,” said Yang Ruan.

Shu En smiled faintly because Yang Ruan was really considerate of her.

“There's something I want to talk to you about. This is about the trust Grandpa Yang gave me,” Shu En said seriously.

Yang Ruan's heart skipped a beat as he suddenly saw Shu En's serious expression. His face reddened and made the three people who were guarding him look at each other.
