For one year Shu En spent meditation in full without eating or drinking, and he did not even leave his place to meditate. Shu En's body now defies nature because he is an Immortal Race, but Shu En also inherited the power of Demon God Mao Ruyue and is now trained by Jing Yang the Sun God.
