L.O.S.E 19 - Final Wish, Yang Yufeng.

ARC 1 - Fall to Rise

Shu En's healing process is quick and doesn't take long. The old grandfather named Yang Yufeng who was the grandfather of Yang Ruan was able to open his eyes again, right after the Vast Grasshopper Poison vanished from his body.

After Yang Yufeng came to a realization, Yang Ruan explained the situation that was happening in the Yang Empire to her grandfather. Clearly Yang Yufeng looked shocked to find out her son and daughter-in-law were dead, especially the real traitor figure was Xu Wang.

But amidst all the calamities, Yang Yufeng was grateful that there were figures of Shu En and Tang Xia who helped them. Seeing that Shu En was a reliable person, Yang Yufeng wanted to know him more deeply.

Amidst the sorrowful atmosphere that still enveloped the Yang Empire, Yang Yufeng returned the tense situation back to being calm.

For those few days Shu En and Tang Xia stayed over at Yang Palace. Both were treated very warmly there.

When he finished the dinner banquet, Yang Yufeng took Shu En, Tang Xia and Yang Ruan to a basement room in Yang Palace. The room with the Phoenix ornament was filled with some sort of mysterious Qi.

“Defender En, Miss Xia, this basement is the hidden room of the Yang family. Here our ancestors keep the Phoenix Art Scroll..”.

Yang Yufeng explained to Shu En that this matter should be known to a successor to the throne of the Yang Empire.

“That grandfather, for a thing of this size why did grandfather tell us?” Shu En asked and made Yang Yufeng smile.

“My life is no longer..”

With a shady gaze Yang Yufeng looked at Shu En and Tang Xia. Yang Yufeng sensed that these two people could give changes to the Blue Moon Continent.

“Before I leave, I want you to know all this and take care of my beloved grandson.”.

“What?” Tang Xia was the first to react.

“Do grandfathers want to match him with the Princess?” Tang Xia asked to be sure.

Yang Yufeng smiled and nodded her head. Shu En and Yang Ruan also seemed to be in disbelief. The two of them looked at each other with complicated expressions.

“Grandpa's not joking, right?” Shu En looked at Yang Yufeng and thought the old geezer was joking.

Tang Xia who was near Shu En also whispered softly, “Adik Shu, this is a good opportunity for you. You can get a high level of knowledge in the scroll, as well as get a beautiful wife.”

“Are you not jealous, Big Brother Xia?” Shu En asked back and made Tang Xia speechless.

“Of course not!”

Seeing Tang Xia's annoyed expression made Shu En smile. The young man walked up to the mysterious scroll and looked like someone praying.

Before long a red and blue colored aura was visible in the air. The two auras circled Shu En's body and were absorbed in his left arm.

Seeing this event Yang Yufeng smiled because she did not expect the miracle. Yang Yufeng had once listened to the story from his late grandfather, if one day there would be someone who inherited the ability.

But Yang Yufeng did not expect that at the end of his life, the one who would inherit the Phoenix ability that his family ancestor cared for was Shu En.

“Pendekar En, what do you promise when you swear?” yang Yufeng asked out of curiosity.

Not only was Yang Yufeng curious, even Yang Ruan and Tang Xia were also very curious.

'‘I promise to restore peace in Yang Empire, Shu Empire and Tang Empire. I also swear I will take care of Tang Xia and Yang Ruan,” Shu En said making Yang Ruan and Tang Xia's faces like boiled crabs.

“Not just the two of them. I also vowed to protect Big Brother Zhang and Aunt Hong.”

Seeing Shu En's serious expression made Tang Xia smile in embarrassment.
