CHAPTER 82 | Mermaid Island – Free the mermaids

Xie Ling's mind went awry she didn't believe it. His body trembled with anger at him leaving his friends behind.

Xie Ling was surprised, she did not expect Xiaozi to have found out about her. It was only fitting that he was not affected by his teasing yesterday.

“Master, is he bia trusted?” wuya asked back with a wary face

Xiaozi looked towards Xie Ling, “I've already defeated her once. If he dares to fight me again. I can kill him easily” Xiaozi said with a sharp look at Xie Ling

Xie Ling's heart thumped at Xiaozi's gaze, she felt frightened by it. “A-I won't dare”

“Nona Xie, tell me where General Junme locked the dugongs and his friends” Xiaozi asked later

Xie Ling looked at Xiaozi, she had only realized her goal of letting herself stay alive. As he pondered, there were only two options for him, to cooperate or to die.

“Alright, I'll take you there. That place only me and General Junme know. You guys are lucky I can drive you to that place” said Xie Ling

Xie Ling then escorted Xiaozi and his friends to the east side of the island which was filled with steep corals and no one else was in the place.

“This place has never been visited by islanders here because they are afraid of sea monsters here” said Xie Ling.

Xiaozi's eyes looked around the place which was indeed filled with steep corals and also the waves were very high. Xie Ling then escorted them to a cave hidden behind a thicket that was not visible to the naked eye.

“Who is it?” shouted the two monster guards guarding the place

“I” said Xie Ling who then approached the two guards.

“Ah, Xie” commander forgive us said the two guards while saluting

Xie Ling knocked the two guards unconscious. Xie Ling then called Xiaozi and the others to enter the cave.

Seeming after descending into that hidden cave, the place inside was vast. Xiaozi looking around him “Who is it?” suddenly some guards came to meet them but Qiongqi and Wuya had already made a move first silencing them all.

In the corner of the cave, monster general Junme was meditating while around him were seen some mermaids and fish-men who were locked up by him.

Xiaozi's eyes twitched to see Princess Mieren lying beside the monster General Junme unconscious.

General Junme was surprised to see Xiaozi coming with his friends. His eyes were also red looking at Xie Ling being among them.

“Xie Ling, do you also mean to betray me?” shouted General Junme. Hearing that shout, Xie Ling did not know what to answer if she became nervous and trembled at it.

The enraged General Junme instantly charged towards Xie Ling who was betraying him. However Xiaozi immediately resisted his attack with his strength. While Qiongqi and Wuya were guarding Xie Ling to protect and simultaneously watch over her.

“I fight you General” Xiaozi told General Junme

“Cih, little boy like you. I'll kill you in one jurus” said general Junme with a dark face.

General Junme immediately took out his spear weapon. The spear had 3 eyes, also called the trident. Xiaozi also directly took out his Spirit Hunter Sword.

They were preparing to exert all of the peak strength for that fight. General Junme mustered the power of his level 1 Diamond stage which he had just mastered. While Xiaozi was exerting his level 2 Diamond stage strength.

General Junme's eyes were shocked to feel Xiaozi's power that turned out to be on top of him.

“Sial, this brat is stronger than I thought” muttered in an upset heart

Xiaozi also did not want to linger, he felt anxious about Princess Mieren's unconscious state. Soon Xiaozi attacked General Junme with his Sword Intent, but General Junme's spear game was not weak.

Trident general Junme's spearmanship was fierce, his attacks were like the waves of the sea coming in turn. But that did not scare Xiaozi. He was even more eager to avenge the attack from General Junme.

Ten years have passed, the fight continues. Xie Ling's face tensed up watching the fight. He hoped that Xiaozi would win the fight, because otherwise, his fate would be even worse for daring to betray General Junme.

Dozens of moves had passed, finally Xiaozi took out the peak of the Sword Path to end this fight.

General Junme too, he took out his Sky Spear pinnacle stance to restrain and attack Xiaozi even though he knew his cultivation strength was inferior to Xiaozi but his combat experience was higher than his.

Xiaozi raised the Sword of the Spirit Hunter and pointed towards General Junme, while general Junme raised his spear perpendicular to the top and then turned it around. The whirlwind was created from the spin of the spear and it made a terrible sound.

However Xiaozi looked calm, he calmed himself down and set his breath to let out the Sword Path and attack effectively at his opponent.

Then General Junme jumped up and attacked Xiaozi, and Xiaozi jumped forward and attacked General Junme

Explosions rang out, Xiaozi stood on his back to general Junme who was standing wide-eyed. General Junme did not expect him to be defeated by Xiaozi's little boy. From the mouth of General Junme splashed fresh blood, then red lines appeared on his body and spurted blood from all over his body.

Xiaozi walked regardless of general Junme's condition towards Princess Mieren to check on her condition. After seeing that he had only fainted from exhaustion, Xiaozi then took out recovery medicine to treat the fatigue and restore princess Mieren's stamina.

General Junme's body collapsed lifelessly as Xiaozi gave Princess Mieren medicine. Xiaozi's friends immediately released Princess Mieren's friends and saw them happily return to the middle of the ocean.

The conscious Princess Mieren was very happy to see Xiaozi and his friends who had been free. He happily jumped into the ocean to join his friends.

“Thank you Xiaozi” shouted Princess Mieren happily playing with their friends again.

Xiaozi was very happy to finally be able to release all of them to return to the ocean. “Master, then what about what we are looking for?” wuya asked, reminding Xiaozi

“Ah, I forgot to ask her mermaid tears” Xiaozi looks grim because of it.

Since there was nothing else, they returned from the cave to go to the village where they had lived before
