CHAPTER 56 | Hill of Death – Bloodthirsty Qiongqi

General Wume was surprised to see one of his commanders Niu Ji die so easily in Xiaozi's hands, as did the red witch and Lan Me.

The Red Witch then unleashed her mid-level magic power to increase the power of the monster army including Lan Me power by using her magic wand.

“Cih, just raising one stage just” Xiaozi sneered at Lan Me's strength which increased to Gold level 3

Lan Me charged towards Xiaozi whom she considered to be at the 2nd level of Gold since defeating Niu Ji in one move earlier. He took out his double sword in his right and left hand then crossed it in his chest slashing towards Xiaozi.

The wind of slashing two Gold-ranked level 3-strength swords was aimed at Xiaozi. Seeing the attack Xiaozi simply smiled at Lan Me. “You are too rash” shouted Xiaozi

Xiaozi increased his strength again to a level 1 Jade stage then resisted the double sword attack with his hand. Lan Me's eyes twitched looking at Xiaozi's strength which was now increasing again.

“Sialang. You purposely hid your strength” shouted Lan Me who stopped and felt terrified.

The red magician also shuddered knowing the strength of Xiaozi who had been at the Jade level 1. He thought hard to figure out how to defeat Xiaozi with his magic.

“Hongmin, let that Xiaozi be my opponent. I'll crush it” said General Wume gritting his teeth.

Hearing General Wume himself about to intervene against Xiaozi, Lan Me became relieved. He immediately charged towards Qiongqi to help the red wolf. But suddenly three secret weapons of knives lead to him.

TRANGS...TRANGS...TRANGS!

The three blades were driven away by Lan Me with both swords. His eyes turned towards the direction the knife came from. Two women emerged from a spirit shrine with a monk using his wand.

He Xian had used high-level magic to raise Shan Mui and Chen Yan's cultivation one stage above him. So Shan Mui was now at the 2nd level of Gold and Chen Yan at the 1st level of Gold.

The two of them immediately charged towards Lan Me according to the strategy plan from Xiaozi that had been drawn up beforehand. He Xian then shouted to Wuya, “Wuya, we attack the red witch together” He Xian shouted

Hearing He Xian's cry, Wuya turned to the red witch and charged towards her. He Xian had also gathered strength in his magic wand preparing to attack the Red Witch.

Xiaozi smiled seeing that everything was going according to plan, the monster army was still muddled by the Spirit Hunter Sword and the flock of crows.

“General Wume, now it's your turn. I'll pick up your death” shouted Xiaozi who immediately charged towards General Wume.

Hearing Xiaozi's shout, General Wume's face darkened, he then exerted his maximum strength which was at the Jade level 2. And come forward to welcome Xiaozi's attack.

Meanwhile, Qiongqi's battle with the red wolf had already run dozens of moves. It looked as if the red wolf had already injured several bites of Qiongqi all over its body. However Qiongqi did not sustain any injuries. Clearly Qiongqi's strength was far above Lang Huo's red wolf strength.

Lang Huo was panting and enduring the pain all over his body, Qiongqi grinned seeing his prey had run out of steam. “Now accept your death” cried Qiongqi attacked ferociously.

GGRROOOAR!

Lang Huo who had not had time to catch his breath felt terrified seeing Qiongqi's ferocious attack. He immediately fled but the speed of Qiongqi that was above him immediately chased after Lang Huo by flying over Lang Huo's running body, then swooping down to bite down Lang Huo's neck.

Lang Huo's eyes bulged as he felt his neck veins being severed by the ferocious bite from Qiongqi.

YOOOOOO!

Lang Huo died with his neck almost broken, then Qiongqi flicked her hands tore the wolf's body to death.

Qiongqi then looked at his surroundings, he noticed the battle between Shan Mui and Chen Yan that was fighting Lan Me was unfolding in balance. He walked towards them and turned his body into a human figure again.

Lan Me's eyes twitched to see Qiongqi walking towards him and saw Lang Huo's body being killed horribly by Qiongqi. Cold sweat ran all over Lan Me. He intended to escape, yet both the women Shan Mui and Chen Yan closed off all of Lan Me's movements to escape.

Lan Me could only attack the two women with a face of despair. Although Qiongqi did not attack him, Qiongqi's ferocious eye gaze made Lan Me unable to concentrate out of fear.

“Cih, although dead. I'll take one of you” cried desperate Lan Me.

He knew Chen Yan had weaker strength and only attacked him from a distance with a secret weapon. Lan Me immediately moved towards Chen Yan using her double sword slash.

“Chen Yan, beware!” shan Mui shouted who saw that.

Chen Yan's eyes were surprised to know Lan Me was attacking towards him, he could not dodge the attack. At a critical moment, Qiongqi who had been observing their fight had now moved to save Chen Yan.

Qiongqi stood in front of Chen Yan, with the armor worn by Qiongqi the dual sword slash Lan Me could not injure him.

GGRROOAHARR!

Qiongqi became angry to feel Lan Me's attack damage her little armor “Fuck woman, you broke my armor” cried Qiongqi

Lan Me's eyes twitched looking at Qiongqi's armor that was not damaged at all, so too Shan Mui and Chen Yan were shocked. The still intact armor was spelled out to be damaged by Qiongqi.

“Damn it! It seems like this creature is just looking for an excuse to be able to retaliate my attack” grumbled Lan Me.

Justright. On the grounds that his armor was being tampered with, Qiongqi charged towards Lan Me ferociously. Qiongqi's strength was deployed on both of his claws. Lan Me tried to block the attack by using both of her swords.

TRANGG... THE TRANGGANG!

Lan Me's double sword broke into four pieces exposed to Qiongqi's claw strength. Then ferociously Qiongqi attacked Lanme with her claws and tore off the woman's body and made her miserable without a whole body like that red wolf.

“Qiongqi this is so ferocious. It's lucky he's on our side” muttered Shan Mui with twitching eyes. Likewise Chen Yan, he felt grateful to have been saved by Qiongqi.

The three of them were now looking at He Xian's fight against the red magician who was also in progress.

The red witch has realized all her friends have died, only remaining herself and General Wume. “Sial, I have to escape from this place” murmured in his heart while looking around him to find a gap to run.

“Don't think to run. We will not let you betray the clan and serve the monster” cried He Xian who was ashamed as a fellow human mage.
