CHAPTER 26 | Kingdom Clan Snake – Small city outer region

After listening to the explanation from Old Snake Grandfather, Xiaozi then pondered before deciding.

“What should I do cake?” ask Xiaozi

“Go to the Snake Kingdom and grab the Mustika Snake to restore my true form. Ssshhh...” sahut Old Grandpa Snake

After all, this grandfather was the only person from his home world that was encountered to date in this monster world. So Xiaozi promised to help her.

“Where is the Snake Kingdom a cake?” ask Xiaozi

“The Serpent Kingdom is in the central region across the Yingze river just below Mount Lushan. Sshhh... “ sahut Old Grandpa Snake.

“Thank you son. Ssshh... Bring some of this stuff of mine for your reward for helping me, after all these things are no longer useful to me. Sshhh...” Old Grandpa Snake said as he gave his storage ring to Xiaozi.

Inside the ring were some gold, clothes and scrolls from his native world.

Xiaozi then took the scroll and was surprised to read it.

“Universal Book of Sites?”

“Hahaha..it's one of the moves I've learned in our world. I haven't mastered the whole thing yet but I have to go to this world. Now I feel that it is no use to me” said the Snake Old Grandpa.

Xiaozi then kept the scroll back and said goodbye to go meet his two friends waiting in the cave outside.

Shan Mui and the anxious Chen Yan looked delighted upon seeing the appearance of Xiaozi returning from within the cave.

“Shan Mui, we have to go to Lushan mountain first. Do you know where Mount Lushan is?” xiaozi asked Shan Mui

“Mount Lushan is separated by the Yingze River opposite Mount Wushan. It is located to the east of this Ancient Pine Forest. Mount Lushan is in the central region which is the territory of the animal clan” Shan Mui said

Xiaozi mused in memory of Tuo's grandfather's message to meet his elder brother at Mount Wushan. But now he has to go to Mount Lushan first to help the old grandfather snake.

Xiaozi then took out a few piles of gold that were inside the storage ring of the snake old grandfather that was given to him.

“This is a gift given by the old grandfather of the snake to us for being willing to help him” Xiaozi said flatly.

“Let's leave immediately for Snake Kingdom!” suddenly Chen Yan's face turned excited after seeing the pile of gold in Xiaozi's hands.

Shan Mui held her forehead looking at Chen Yan's behavior which instantly glared at the pile of gold.

“Good. If it's decided. Let's go to Snake Kingdom” Shan Mui said expressionlessly

“Any. I heard that Shan Mui is always rigid and not easy to accept the opinions of others. Especially about the direction of travel. Why is she this easy to follow my direction?” xiaozi thought

Shan Mui looked outside the cave, it looked as if the rain had subsided. Then he invited Xiaozi and Chen Yan to immediately leave the Ancient Pine Forest and cross the Yingze River and then continue on towards Mount Lushan.

The Snake Kingdom on Mount Lushan was actually divided into two regions. The outer region that is outside Mount Lushan and the inner region that is inside the cave on Mount Lushan. The Serpent Kingdom Palace was in the inner region.

When he arrived at the small town of the outer region of the Snake Kingdom, it appeared that the inhabitants of the various beast clans were in the region.

The moment they arrived at the small town, the entire eyes of the beast clan looked towards their arrival

“Monster” hunters whispered one of their fellow friends

Shan Mui who was leading in walked in front immediately headed for the resting place to buy food.

“Ah, I least like the food from the beast clan region” Xiaozi muttered considering the food menu of the lizard clan back then.

As they sat at a table, Shan Mui called the waiter and ordered fruits.

“Fruit? We can order fruits and not menus from them?” xiaozi asked Shan Mui

“I don't like the menu of the beast clan. So I always order fruits from them” said Shan Mui

Xiaozi's face turned blue considering the food menu of the lizard clan in his mind.

“AAhh.. I think we can only order food according to their strange menu” Xiaozi said regretting the incident in the lizard city.

“If you want, I can order for you” Shan Mui said again.

"Ah, no... no, I better eat the fruits of course” said Xiaozi who immediately rejected it

Chen Yan who from earlier looked around them then whispered his head closer to the two of them.

“What are your plans to get Mustika Snake?” whispered Chen Yan

“We went into the Snake Palace and took it” Xiaozi said slowly

Chen Yan's face became annoyed at Xiaozi's reply because the plan was too simple and sounded easy yet difficult to implement.

“We first collect information about Snake Palace. Just headed there to see” said Shan Mui

“How do we collect information about Snake Palace?” whispered Chen Yan both with Shan Mui

The faces of the two of them approached and whispered to each other to devise a plan asking for information about the Snake Palace.

“Kakak, where is Snake Palace located?” suddenly Xiaozi asked directly at the snake clan servant who had come bearing fruits.

“Sshh... The Snake Palace was inside a cave that was a region within the snake kingdom. You can enter through the cave behind this small town. Ssshhh...” sahut serpent clan servant was relaxed.

“Thank you big brother” Xiaozi told him

When the servant of the snake clan left, Shan Mui and Chen Yan were stunned looking towards Xiaozi with a look of disbelief.

“Se.. As easy as it is to find information about Snake Palace?” Chen Yan was surprised

The two of them had been whispering for quite a while devising a plan to find out the whereabouts of the Snake Palace, yet Xiaozi only asked the servant directly to get the information.

“Why are you guys looking at me with such a weird look?” xiaozi asked as he picked up the fruit in front of him and then ate it.

“I have a proverb afraid to ask astray on the road. So it is better to ask directly than we get lost while searching for the Snake Palace” Xiaozi said calmly as he chewed the fruit of his mouth.

“Good. After eating enough, we immediately set off towards Snake Palace inside the cave that has been shown” Shan Mui said as she chewed the fruit she picked up.
