"Miss? Who are you calling miss?" screeched at the woman as she looked at Lula's Porsche. Then, he added, "How do you want to be responsible for this?"
..........................
"You want me to do what?" Lula sighed, as she knew the cost of repairing a Porsche would cost her money.
Warren Watson glanced at Lula and said, "You must take full responsibility. There are more important matters for me to do, so I don't have time to argue with you. You can pay me 30,000 dollars, or give me a new car in exchange."
"That's called robbery! How could it be 30,000 dollars? Our car just nudges your car slowly."
Silvi's expression changed drastically upon hearing Warren's remark, as 30,000 dollars was not an affordable amount for people like them.
In addition, even though Lula was driving, the accident would not have happened had Silvi not embraced his arm.
The impact of the collision on Porsche was not so severe. There was only a small dent, and a little peeling paint.
"Old woman, do you know what this car is?" jeered Warren while pointing to his car. "This is a high-end Porsche 911! Even if I want to fix it, I can't do it here! You think asking for 30,000 dollars is too much?"
"But 30,000 dollars is not a small amount. Can you consider it again?" Lula knew the asking price could actually be considered cheap for such a good car. Still, he could not help but grit his teeth.
"Why? You can't pay for it? All right, then." Warren took out his phone with the intention to call the police because they could not personally resolve the matter. "Just wait. When the police come and evaluate, the price will be over 30,000 dollars!"
Two people emerged from the sidewalk just as Warren was about to call.
"What's wrong? Did you hit the back of the car?" Luis noticed the spot of his collision, and his gaze landed on that Porsche. "Only the rich drive this car. Rarely is this car in Malatam" he thought.
"Lula was just a little careless while driving earlier, and she was unintentionally ..." Silvi approached Luis while explaining.
Silvi does not know Luis' background, but she knows that the man is rich. The 30,000 dollar indemnity fee might be a huge sum for Lula and himself, but it was only a small matter for Luis.
"Silvy!" Lula's expression became gloomy hearing Silvi accuse him of being careless.
"This collision wouldn't have happened if Silvi hadn't hugged my arm!" Lula grumbled in her heart.
Silvi hurriedly continued as she did not want to let Lula explain, "Lula must have been exhausted after visiting the car show from the morning. I was wrong. I shouldn't have asked him to accompany me for so long."
"Well, looks like Lula's really tired." Luis laughed a little. Even though his life was ordinary, he was still skilled at reading the atmosphere.
Tin!
Two other sports cars stopped near them, and two young men in expensive clothes got out of the car with unfriendly faces.
One of them was getting ready to take the weapon from the trunk, but it was stopped by the others.
"What's the matter, Miss Watson?" ask one of them while walking toward Warren.
"Serist as it looks,” replied Warren as he spread his hand uncaringly.
Actually, 30,000 dollars was nothing to Warren, but he was not willing to let this matter pass him by.
"Why? You don't want to take responsibility for your actions?" The pony young man sneered as he looked at Luis and the others.
Lula hurriedly waved her hand and replied, "No, we didn't say that. We just need a little time."
"Stop your bullshit. If you want to pay, do it now. Otherwise, we'll call the police" Warren said impatiently.
"We will definitely pay .." Luis said.
"Urus is your own business! You have no right to speak!" Before Luis could finish speaking, Davis Shaw, the man who had wanted to take a gun out of the trunk, interrupted him and tried to grab Luis by the collar.
"It's not good to talk with your fists." Luis frowned as he gripped the person's wrist.
"You!" Davis' eyes were shocked.
Although not professionally trained, he had fighting experience while still in school. Like it or not, he has a bit of fighting ability in him.
But at that moment, he felt as if his wrist was attached to Luis's hand. No matter how hard he tried, he could not let go of his hand.
"Boy, don't be so emotional. Not good for your body." Luis smiled as he pushed Davis aside. "Watch yourself lucky because I'm the one you met today. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll lose one hand."
"Great as you."
Warren looked at Luis with interest and asked, "Are you a fighter?"
Luis shrugged his shoulders. "Not really, but my fighting ability should be more than enough to deal with a little thug like him."
Davis's face became dark. "You!"
Just as he was about to attack Luis, Warren rebuked him, "Back here!"
"Miss Watson, this bastard ..." Davis's eyes were filled with anger.
No one dared to talk to Davis that way before.
"Why? You don't want to obey my orders?" Warren said coldly.
"T-no. Definitely not." Davis hurriedly waved his hand.
They were both young and rich, but clearly Davis' status was not comparable to Warren's.
"intriguing. You don't mind showing off your skills, do you?" Warren smiled as he asked Luis.
"Say the price you want." Luis frowned as he could not bear to deal longer with Warren.
Suddenly, a red Ferrari stopped not far from them, and a man came out carrying a stick in his hand. After approaching Warren, he asked worriedly, "Warren, are you okay?"
The young man wearing Armani from head to toe had a serious expression on his face. With a stick in hand, he looked intimidating.
"Samuel, you're finally here." Davis ran up to Samuel happily and told him what had happened.
Although Davis was also born into a wealthy family, he was only a snot child when compared to Samuel.
"God! I never thought there would be anyone in Malatam who would dare to act so insolently. Don't worry, Warren. I'll take care of this guy!" Samuel Wijaya let out a laugh and swung his wand in the air.
"Relius ..." Lisandra looked at Luis anxiously. These people before him did not look friendly at all.
"We'll pay, okay?" Lula hurriedly said.
"Ha! It's too late now!"
