You Buy a Building?

"What's that?" There are nothing else but title titles in the box, and there are dozens of them. Luis quickly opened up one of the titles and made sure that they were not fake. After counting for a while, he realized that there were a total of 64 units.

As if he suddenly thought of something, Luis threw the box aside and pulled out the black phone he had bought. He was sure that his cards were not stolen, but in truth, he had only achieved the legendary midas touch.

"Dad, ma'am, you can't bear to see me suffer anymore so you've sent me a gift, huh?" Luis almost cried looking at the phone.

After he turned on the phone, he went straight to Shopagan and clicked a one-fifty dollar round. He saw that every choice in the passage turned gray. No matter how hard he clicked, he could not choose any item.

Luis immediately turned on his other phone and began searching about the Blackmon Hotel. It is a five star hotel in Durbaine. Standing tall on 14 stories, it has a total of 424 rooms.

"Why do I feel like something is missing? Well, it's impossible!" Luis's thoughts.

He then looked up about Valentino. As a top luxury brand, it has an estimated market value of 9.8 billion dollars.

"30% of it will be ..." Luis started to do the calculations.

Suddenly, he felt that the title deeds beside him were worthless. If he had another chance, he would not have chosen that building.

Residents of Regal are located in the prima district near the elementary school and several large shopping malls. Transportation in this area is very convenient, therefore the building is popular. The price of each unit inside the tower costs about 15 thousand dollars per square meter.

Especially because of its location, many people want to buy a house there. However, not many of them could actually afford to.

Luis went on to look for Regal Towers' phone number and was easily removed.

"Hello, this is the award manager. May I know who's on the phone?"

This call was immediately picked up by Kellly Wheeler, a woman with a sweet voice.

"I'm Luis Nardo" he answered proudly since he built their building.

"Hello, Mr. Nardo. How can I help you?"

"Well, here's the thing, I have a building in Treas Regal, and I was wondering if you guys could help me set it up" Luis said.

There are 64 units in the No. 5 building, so there's no way Luis can stay in the building himself.

"Mr Nardo, is this some kind of joke?" Kelly's expression changed drastically, but she was still trying to stay calm.

"Did he even know what kind of rental place that place was? It costs about 15 thousand dollars per square meter, yet he has the nerve to claim that he owns one of the buildings? What joke!" He thinks to himself.

The price of one building in Trear Regal is at least 60 million dollars. Even if there were a lot of rich people in Mapleton, no one would casually spend a lot of money to buy a building.

This is not the best time to invest in property. It doesn't make sense for someone to put in 60 million dollars.

"I'm not kidding"

Kelly hung up the phone without a second thought. "Is that guy an idiot? How many times did he call me just to waste my time."

"What's wrong?" The Sylvia fellow who was next to her couldn't help but ask.

"A man just called and said that he had a building in Treas Regal. What the hell? How dare he pull a joke on me?" Kelly complained.

His partner chuckled in disbelief. "What joke. Not only could anyone in this world have a building in regaltowers."

"She must have just come out of a mental institution."

"Maybe he forgot to take his medicine today," said another Coleeague who snatched in it.

"You own the building in Treas Regal? Don't ask me to be with me. With popular demand, you won't be able to buy one Wennta even if you have the money. The whole building, my legs," Kelly thought.

"Kelly, what did you just say? Did the man say that he owns a building in Treas Regal?” The sound came from a small office near them. As everyone turned around, there was a woman wearing black office clothes, wearing a pair of glasses. He looked both smart and elegant at the same time.

"Md. Veyrons. " Kelly quickly reached his feet. "Do you believe in this? You know how expensive Regal Towers are. It's almost impossible to buy a unit, let alone an entire building!"

"Tell me, what's the guy's name?" Lucky to ask coldly.

"He said he was Luis Nardo .." Kelly replied shyly. He wasn't the smartest, but he could tell that he might get into trouble.

"Definitely your lucky day." A cold smile flashed across Lula Veyron's face. "Someone just bought a building, specifically building No. 5, from the headquarters. Coincidentally, his last name is Mr. Nardo."

Kelly felt as if her brain had just exploded. "How could there be such a coincidence? How did such a dramatic event happen to me?" He wonders.
