A Mate is Never Wrong
Frustrating.

The male voice from the direction of the door made everyone stifle. Angelina, Handoko and Niko were the first to turn their heads.

"Deril," said Niko. The flat expression on his face changed with such great expectations. An invisible smile was immediately visible on his handsome face.

Ulan's pissed. He looked at Deril and Niko in turn. "Who's that, you know him?"

Niko doesn't budge.

Handoko's reaction was the same as Niko's. His smile was not seen, but his day was so bright. Although she does not yet know the purpose of Deril's arrival, Handoko believes the man is God's messenger to save them.

Unlike Niko and Handoko, Angelina was curious to see the figure in front of her.

So did Jefry, he moved closer to the man in anger. "Who are you?!"

Deril stepped closer to Jefry. Arrogantly he said, "I'm here to throw you in jail, Mr. Jefry Tanujaya."

Everyone's eyes and mouth were wide open except for Niko and Handoko. Their curiosity grew when two men in uniform came in and handcuffed Jefry.

"What is this?!" jefry snapped, refusing to be touched. Fear mixed anger into one. He looked at Deril, "Who are you?! On what basis are you doing this, huh? I don't know you!"

"I'm Deril, Robby Lamber's son."

Hearing the name Ulan, Angelina and Jefry were stunned. It was then that Angelina felt her heart overwhelmed with happiness.

Angelina wants to meet Deril, but she forgets to talk to Amanda.

So did Jefry. He cursed himself for neglecting such a small thing. Jefry never failed to achieve his goal. However, this time he had ignored Deril, who he knew would never come to sue him.

Jefry objected. Despite the nervousness surrounding her, she emitted an angry expression as if she did not understand what Deril meant.

"What does that have to do with your dad, huh?"

Jefry's question clearly made Deril cluck his tongue. "Don't pretend not to know, Mr. Jefry Tanujaya. Here a lot of people, do you want to embarrass yourself?"

"Come, sir," Deril said to the police on duty, "take him, I don't want this killer on the loose."

Jefry muttered as the police were about to touch his hand. He hit Deril with one punch and then fled.

"Pursue him!"

Everyone is screaming. Niko, Darius and the two policemen rush after Jefry.

Ulan's furious. "Niko, where are you going?!"

Niko doesn't care. He ran with all his might, chasing after Jefry who seemed to have difficulty running because of his shoes.

"Catch her!"

Jefry ran towards the parking lot. He found the driver and immediately ordered the man to open the door.

"Come on, we're getting out of here!"

Tang! Tang!

Two shots were fired at the driver's leg. Jefry. He looked to see who was shooting.

Tang! Tang!

Jefry was shocked when the pain hit his chest twice. His mouth opened and immediately fell to the ground.

Niko, Darius and the two policemen who had been chasing after Jefry were immediately shocked. They saw a black-clothed figure standing not far from Jefry with his hands holding a gun.

Angelina, Handoko, Ulan and the invited guests appear.

Hysterical ulan. "No!" he ran up to Jefry, "Papa! Papa!"

"Papa wake up, Papa! Papa's awake! Papa don't leave me, Papa!" Hysterical ulan. He looked at the man, "You! You killed my papa! You're a murderer!"

"That's a fair reply. Who told your father to kill my father."

Ulan. He remembered the mysterious message of the time. "You ... Are you Robby Lamber's son? Did you send me that message?"

Deril appeared, approaching the man. "Devon, why are you here? I didn't tell you to come, did I?"

"I won't be happy before I see this killer dead, brother. I want him to feel what you're feeling."

Speculative comments emerged from the mouths of the invitees. Handoko, Angelina, Darius and Niko understood what was going on.

The police immediately approached Jefry to check on him.

Ulan. "Don't touch my papa! Don't touch my papa!"

One of the officers checked Jefry's pulse. "Sorry Miss, your papa is dead."

Hysterical ulan. "No! Papa can't die! Papa's awake! Papa's awake! Don't leave me, Papa! Don't leave me!"

Angelina approached. Instead of being angry, Angelina smiled and said, "It's worth what you did."

Ulan looked at Angelina with a face full of tears.

Angelina. "You think I don't know what you and your father did to Wulan?"

Ulan surprised.

"I've been quiet all this time doesn't mean I don't know. I know everything about you, Ulan. Your papa's plan was to disconnect Wulan and set the flight schedule even I know."

Ulan protest. "If that I don't know, Mama. I swear, I didn't know about it. I was surprised myself when papa said___"

"Don't defend yourself" Angelina said, "you think I don't know your rotten plans with Viona, huh? You deliberately made Wulan hurt, so she decided on Niko. I see, right?"

When Ulan wanted to retaliate, Handoko immediately approached Angelina.

"Come on, let the police handle them."

Ulan's furious. "You ... You're all bad! You made my papa die! You killed my papa! You're all killers!"

A few policemen who had just appeared instantly secured them. One of the two policemen had secured Ulan. The other directed the other to handle Jefry and Devon's driver.

Deril approached Handoko. "I'm sorry I accused you."

"What's really going on?" ask Handoko confused.

Angelina and Niko followed.

"Yesterday the police called me, they asked me to come this morning and ask you a few questions. They asked me about my involvement with Jefry. From the evidence I gave them they were sure Jefry did."

Deril explained about his conversation with Robby before the man died.

"Papa did ask me to avenge Jefry's actions. However, at first I thought it was all for nothing, my papa would never be able to live again. The police's description of your freedom by Jefry Tanujaya infuriated me. I finally decided to tell papa and Jefry's attachment to the police."

Handoko nodded for a moment as if she did not mind Deril's actions.

"But, son," said Handoko, "based on just a description the police will definitely not believe."

"Devon demanded that the hospital show CCTV footage they were hiding. Devon said before the incident happened, outside and inside the room there was indeed CCTV. Turns out to be true, Jefry had paid an insider to get rid of the object to remove the trail. One of the nurse-dressed ladies came in after you got out. He had injected something into papa's body before."

Whether to be happy or sad, Angelina was truly grateful for what happened today. He looked at Deril.

"I'm Angelina, Wulan's mother. Last night I went to your house. I wanted to see you, but your mother really needed me last night."

Deril smile. "I've seen you. I'm also sorry I didn't approach you. Last night the woman who injected poison into my body came up to me and apologized. He admitted his mistake and wanted me to put him on trial."
