As soon as the door handle opened Jefry stared with a smile. He saw Niko coming in with a dead red face. The man looks very emotional.

"Welcome, my son-in-law."

Niko didn't budge and came closer. He pulled and gripped Jefry's shirt so firmly. "Say, where did you hide my papa?"

Jeffrey was surprised, but not afraid. He chuckled with an arrogant expression. "You're challenging me? You forget who I am, I can send you to jail if I want."

Niko wasn't intimidated. He tightened up the Jefry shirt until the books in his hand turned white.

"Of course I don't forget" he said with emphasis, "You're Jefry Tanujaya, you're the one who killed Benny Irawan."

Jefry's face turned pale. Had it not been Handoko the person he ordered to do so, perhaps he could still have defended himself.

Jefry regretted having told Handoko that. Had he known Handoko would have told Niko that, he wouldn't have told her why he got rid of Benny.

Niko fell silent. Jefry was right, he had no evidence to reveal that truth.

Niko clenched her hands. "You deliberately don't want me to marry Wulan, so that your property is not taken? If I marry Wulan, obviously all your property will be taken over by Wulan and you will get nothing."

Niko looked at Darius. "Jefry. Jefry Tanujaya ordered people to kidnap papa. But you don't have to worry, he promised you tomorrow he'd give you back to me."

Darius is a little bit loose. "What about Miss Wulan, has there been any news from her?"

Niko went out. "From now on I'm no longer his girlfriend."
