"One hour later, I arrive at the airport. If you don't mind, papa wants you to come with Brian to pick up papa."

"I have to rest, I just got out of the hospital."

"Rest, in two hours we'll be face to face."

"How is the atmosphere in Manado? I heard there's a lot of good tourist attractions, huh?"

"I don't know. You know, I don't like visiting places like that. If a place to eat or a restaurant is definitely obligatory for me."

They both laughed.

"Get ready for lunch."

"Where's lunch? It's famous for its spicy food, isn't it?"

"Yes, but delicious. If you leave us here together, I'll take you to the place where my favorite meal is now, I'm sure you'll like."

"Oh yeah, there's one thing I want to tell you. I almost forgot."

"Where is Niko, Magdalena?" handoko asked as the woman appeared carrying a glass of orange juice for her.

"Young master is resting, sir."

"Did he ever bring a woman into this house?"

Handoko downed a quarter glass of her orange juice.

"Did she have a boyfriend?" Handoko called, "Brian!"

The man approached. "Yes, Sir?"

"You're closest to Niko. You told me, too, that Niko likes dating a lot of women. Of the many you know the most special Niko."

"It's true that Mr. Niko dates a lot of women, but of the many there is no one who is special about young masters."

"Either who bequeathed that attitude to him. When I was young I focused on only one woman," Handoko shook her head, "When can get married, if all women are considered like toys," she again downed her orange juice.

"Yes, Sir. The woman works at a private bank in the city. He's the one who pulled Mr. Niko out of the car, called the police and paid off the payment at the hospital."

Handoko was surprised, turning to look at Brian with a curious expression.

Brian continued, "You'd be surprised to hear this, sir."

"Say, Brian."

"She's Jefry Tanujaya's daughter, sir."

Handoko.

"Only until now has Mr. Niko not been able to meet him."

"Why?"

"When Mr. Niko came to his senses and wanted to meet him, Miss Wulan had already left without saying goodbye. I've also met her at the office, but they say Miss Wulan took a sudden leave of absence."

"Didn't Niko tell you to go to her house?"

"Already, Sir. Miss Wulan's house said to be out of town that day."

With a big smile Handoko looked at Brian and said, "Now I know what I have to do to make amends to Niko, Brian."

Brian was silent.

"I didn't actually tell Jefry about my coming here. He and I have not seen each other since that incident. But if this has anything to do with Niko, I don't want to have to meet her. If Niko really likes her daughter, I'll betroth her to Jefry's son Brian."

Brian was shocked in silence.

"But you have to keep this from Niko, I'll tell her myself."

"Good, Sir."

At night, in a large, classic dining room, Niko is eating with her father for the first time in twenty years.

The cause that until now has not been known Niko, why the father left her suddenly twenty years ago makes her curious.
