Chapter 229 - Farewell
Miyuki was jolted by the appearance of Anna who had just teleported right before her.
If Miyuki alone could be as shocked as that, Thomas was of course much more surprised. Surprised by Anna's appearance, he jumped back and almost ran away.
"I told you not to like to show up all of a sudden!" yuki cursed while giving an annoyed look to Anna.
"Sorry..."
"You always apologize but keep repeating."
"..."
"Here you go, quickly find her whereabouts. The wedding will start in 20 minutes."
Anna laughed awkwardly. He then watched the room for a while, then went up and sat on Alvin's bed.
Since his arrival, Anna could already feel the magic energy that felt very faint on top of the bed and she finally saw there was an ultra-micro hole that no one could see even Miyuki have super vision.
"Meet."
"Yes?"
"There's a magic gate here."
"Is it possible that he got lured into it?"
"That's possible. But it seems like a god or an angel has trapped him. There was no way they would close the gate if they wanted to finish him off directly."
"He's really fucking shit."
"I'll pick him up."

Alvin and Mina were still casually walking down the riverbank that would lead them towards the village of Korda when the figure of a teenage girl suddenly appeared before them.
The appearance of a beautiful and elegant girl who did not emit an aura of her existence certainly made Alvin and Mina very surprised to almost attack her.
He is the most powerful fighter on Earth who Alvin and Mina say shouldn't have died so soon.
"Anna?!"
"Yup. I'm coming" said Anna with a bright expression that always adorned her pretty face.
"W-what are you doing here? Are you..."
"He's a demigod," cut Mina.
"What?!"
"You're lucky. He seemed to have found the location of the gate's opening in the castle."
Anna stared in admiration at Mina who could guess how she could get to this world of seclusion.
'Well, of course Miyuki can guess.'

Alvin swallowed his saliva, he just remembered that Anna was a demigod. The creature that the goddess Ann asked the Vu board of trustees to create from her DNA.
"You really can't come here because you're dead, can you?"
"I won't die soon."
After answering Alvin's question, Anna looked up at the sky, noticing a white dot that had just appeared there. He then waved at the object as it waved at him first.
"So he was the ruler of the world of exile?"
"Yes?"
"He's up there."
Alvin and Mina looked at the direction where Anna was waving her hand.
"Why didn't the teacher's great-grandfather come down here?"
"He only came for a moment to say hello" said Anna. He then lowered his gaze, watching Alvin and Mina alternately.
Anna then smiled bitterly and then spoke while looking at Mina, "I came to pick her up."
Mina nodded slowly, "Thank you for coming."
"Luckily Rin.., I mean Rimi, invited Miyu to her wedding. Otherwise I wouldn't have known that he disappeared."
Mina nodded slowly. She actually sanctioned Miyuki for coming and she was grateful that Miyuki in this age was different from her when she was that girl.
"You know you're gonna have to split up, right?" Anna asked as she looked at Alvin and Mina with a serious expression.
"Yes" said Mina, ahead of Alvin who seemed reluctant to answer the question. He then looked up, looking at Alvin with a gentle smile.
"Mina..."
"Then come with me. The gate's not far from here" Anna cut.
Anna could hear what they were thinking. He knew that the two were not willing to separate. That is why he tried to mediate between the two.
Anna knows that Mina can't come back to Earth while Alvin can't be in a world of seclusion because he's not dead.
"I can't leave the gate open for long. And your wedding is about to begin."
Alvin bowed his head and did not listen to the last sentence Anna said because he felt he could not bear to leave Mina in this world of exile.
But, he also has to immediately meet Cyntia who may have misunderstood him for days because he has disappeared on their wedding day and must immediately explain what has happened.
"Will the wedding be starting soon?" Mina repeated Anna's last sentence.
Both his eyebrows were cringing. The awkward sentence Anna had just said made her a little confused.
"Yes." Yeah."
"What is today... on Earth is still the wedding day?"
"Hnnn? Ah.yep, yeah. Here has a time ratio of 1,000:1 with time on Earth."
"REally?!" mina's expression turned cheerful for a moment.
He looked at Alvin again and grabbed the man's hands and held him tightly.
"You're not too late! If the time comparison like that means only a few hours have been missed on Earth."
Alvin finally realized what Anna had just said. But, oddly enough, he seemed less happy like Mina when he was the one who should be more excited.
"What's wrong with you? Hurry up or you'll be late. When I enter this world, the wedding will take place in 18 minutes" Anna reminded.
Alvin didn't listen to Anna. He was still staring at Mina and their linked hands.
"Okay, we'll see each other again" Mina said, letting go of their hands and embracing Alvin instead.
Alvin still did not say a word, including the moment he sensed that Anna had moved them near the gate by teleportation magic.
Being in the arms of Mina made her think back to her struggle to become a powerful hunter with her help.
Also the times he feels fooled when he finds out that Mina is actually just disguised as a Hunter System and has 'taught it' until she finally gets stronger and better by the day.
It is precisely this that ultimately makes them become so close that it makes them not willing to separate.
But he also remembered that there was a life that he had to go through if he wanted to live in a world of exile with normal like other residents.
If he lived in this place as an intruder, he would naturally trouble Mina a second time.

Alvin finally let go of their embrace slowly and looked at Mina's two eyes fixedly.

"certain. But don't be dead, ok?"
Alvin nodded slowly. "See you later, Mina."

With Anna following, Alvin finally went towards the gate.
But, when Alvin was one step away from the gate, Mina suddenly called out to him.
"Wait a minute" said Mina, as she ran towards Alvin.
"Here, your wedding present," Mina handed over a beautifully carved wooden box containing a pair of rings she had forged using her magic energy secretly throughout the night before they fell into the magic gate.
"This..," Alvin stared at the pair of beautiful rings with a sense of haru, "Thank you."
"Congratulations on your marriage, ...Alvin's."
Alvin took his eyes off the ring box that was in both of his hands and looked at Mina's two teary eyes.
Just now was the first time he had heard Mina mention his name.
"Thank you..."
Mina then pushes Alvin's body as he hugs her again, causing him to bounce inside the gate, before asking Anna to close the gate immediately.
From the narrowed gate, Alvin saw a row of ten that suddenly appeared on Mina's head, after Rimi, who had been asleep in her subconscious, had been active again.
"He's..."
"You really are like a mother and a child" Anna said slowly. He could feel the content of both of them from what he could hear from inside their minds.

"Alvin!" Vina ran over to Alvin after seeing her sister suddenly come out of the gate and fall into the wall of the room.
"You better get it ready soon. There are only 10 minutes left before the two brides say the wedding vows" Anna reminded.
"Y-yes... Alvin.. Come follow me."
As Vina pulled her hand to stand up, Alvin initially flinched. However, before long, when he looked back at the beautiful carved box in his hand, he finally stood up and went to follow Vina into the dressing room.
'We'll meet again.'
