The Hunter System
Chapter 224 - The House of the Seraphim

...Section 8: To the End...

...☆ ☆ ☆...

'So, you're a great-grandmother?'

'How do you call it?'

The boy laughed when he heard the anxiety about how Alvin should call himself.

But the sound of laughter vanished when he heard another voice from inside the mind of the sweet girl who was kneeling also beside Alvin.

"You are too serious" the Seraphim told Mina. "Now stand. I freed you from restraint magic."

After the Seraphim finished speaking, Alvin and Mina felt their bodies return light and could be moved as usual.

But they still knelt down without daring to raise their heads to look at the Seraphim's face.

"Stand."

Alvin and Mina raised their sights on one and the other simultaneously.

The two were hesitant to stand before the creature they considered to be the teacher's great-grandfather and the teacher's grandfather.

"It's okay. Stand up and talk casually to me or I'll shackle you again.

Saaatttt...

The two stood up quickly at the same time. What they do invites the laughter of the Seraphim.

.........

Alvin looked at the Seraphim with some astonishment.

Unlike what he imagined, the Seraphim in the form of a child was only wearing plain white shorts without wearing any clothes at all.

He also wore a piece of cloth that he tied horizontally on his head as a blindfold, so that Alvin could not see the Seraphim's eyes directly.

His head was bald like the head of a monk. There was a blue crystal prayer beads that coiled and dangled around his neck.

In the distance, at a distance of approximately 50 meters, Alvin saw the angel who had come to them was kneeling with his forehead touching the ground.

'Has his voice sounded a bit far away.'

.........

"I already know what happened to you two and what each of you expected" said the Seraphim.

He looked at Alvin and Mina alternately as if he could stare directly into their two eyes from behind the white cloth of his blindfold.

"But I am not allowed to open the gate at all" continued the Seraphim.

Hearing that, Mina felt riled back, "Then, teacher's grandfather...., what if you contact the goddess Lyn and the goddess Ann?" ask Mina. He did ask, but in a pushy tone.

"We are also not allowed to engage with any other entity. We can only relate to Absolut."

"And don't tell me you want to ask Absolut to send it back" the Seraphim continued when he heard what Mina was thinking. "The foolish things that created beings do have nothing to do with the Absolute."

"Yes?"

"The point is, there must be no connection whatsoever between the world of the gods and the world of exile."

"Then how can you meet my teacher?"

The Seraphim smiled. He even laughed afterwards.

"You have a very critical way of thinking, son. Of course we met before this world of exile existed, while I was still living on the Absolut side and often visited the world of the gods."

After he finished speaking, the Seraphim laughed again.

It makes Alvin and Mina confused until they look at each other again.

'Why do almost all gods and Seraphim also have such a relaxed attitude?'

"Let's come to my house first" said the Seraphim who then turned around. "Build the mountain again and make another guard in it" the Seraphim commanded the angel who was still prostrating without daring to move, in the distance.

After the Seraphim gave the order, things suddenly turned dark.

'We teleported...'

"Welcome to my house" said the Seraphim after sitting on his throne.

Alvin looked around.

There is only darkness and flickering starlight around them without walls, floors, and ceilings as is common in a room.

It was like they were floating in space.

But, even though they were in space that should be empty and can not deliver sound vibrations, in this place Alvin can feel the presence of oxygen that can keep him breathing normally.

Unlike when he just came out of the black hole magic belonging to the Re council first, so he had to be included in the magic protector of the goddess Ann in order to breathe normally.

.........

"Is that the planet we were on, teacher's grandfather?" mina asked as she stared deep into a giant ball that was under her feet.

Alvin followed the direction of Mina's gaze and saw a large planet with a large Moon nearby.

He then turned his gaze to 3 other planets floating parallel to the exiled planet, but with a much smaller size.

Although the four planets appear to be planets in a solar system, they do not orbit anything.

There is no Sun as the center of the solar system. The planets are just floating and stationary.

.........

"You are right" said the Seraphim to Mina's question.

"And you don't need to be confused about why there's no central solar system. His name is also the planet of exile" said the Seraphim addressed to Alvin. He then laughed happily as if what Alvin thought was funny to him.

'How is there day and night if there is no Sun?'

"What's the point of magic?" sahut the Seraphim after hearing Alvin's thoughts again and again laughed afterwards.

Glup...

Alvin looked over and looked at Mina. He used to be very dislikeful when Mina was presumptuously always reading his mind.

'It turns out there's something more terrifying than Mina.'

"What are the three planets also exiled planets, teacher's grandfather?" ask Mina.

"One of the three reserve planets. When the planet you live on is full then the creatures that come later will fill the planets. One planet is where the angels make quest gifts, and the rest is where the wood cultivation and stone-producing places to make a home on the exiled planet."

Mina nodded slowly.

"Is there anything you want to ask me again?"

"Are the gods and angels that perish also sent to the exiled planet?" Mina continued asking when allowed.

"No. The supervisory board of gods, gods and angels will be sent there" said the Seraphim, pointing in a direction.

Alvin and Mina followed where the Seraphim's index finger was pointing, but could not see anything there.

Until a while later, they noticed that there was a void between the flickering stars, only to realize that there was a pitch-black planet there.

"It's a world of nothingness. Those three entities will be sent there after death and they will never be able to return."

"You mean?"

"You guys ever think about Lyn ever repeating a life, right? What you think is right. If the god repeats life, the spirits of the dead created beings will be returned to their original world, but not to a high entity."

"But..., if so, why can the fallen angels who are dead come back to life?" ask Mina again.

Unlike Alvin, Mina who has a lot of curiosity constantly scatters the Seraphim with questions.

"The new spirit will fill their bodies."

"Then why do they repeat their evil deeds? Is not the spirit that fills their bodies different?"

The Seraphim laughed.

"Because of the fate that has been written in the book of the great supervisory council. They will continue to do the same even if they have never thought about it before. Same with your destiny to keep fighting against them."

.........
