In the Maxwell family fortress, Alan Maxwell was busy informing the Association's leaders in 5 cities as a glittering red light crossed and split a small part of the fort's walls.
Meanwhile outside the castle, Sam Maxwell who was training the young hunters in the barracks field, bounced away as the magic aura of the reddish light coming from the crystal gate crossed him.
Since the red crystal gate was no ordinary magic gate, its magic aura alone was already too terrifying.
Sam could see the effects of the magic radiation only from the many young hunters who died due to the contamination of the red gate magic energy that more worthy of being called a magic wall.

Sam looked around and found that C-rank hunters were also killed by the influence of gate magic.

Alan did not wait for Sam's answer. He immediately took his brother, Arthur, to go to the garage so they could arrive at the bunker before the monsters came out of the gate.
"But... What about the workers and the inhabitants of the fort?"
Vernon who was walking behind the group turned away. He looked at Sam and shook his head before going after Alan and his entourage.
Sam turned his head and looked at the young hunters who had been training with him and were now lifeless.
"Dam. All the hunters who were below B rank alone were instantly killed. Especially the family workers," muttered Sam lamenting the situation.
Sam then goes to the dying B-rank hunters to help them get to the trucks and buses owned by the Maxwell family.
Together with Brooklyn, the two manage to save dozens of the hunters and take them all away from the Maxwell family fortress.
"Tian Sam, let us take them. You and Brook go pick up Uncle Marco" said one of Sam's subordinates, an A-rank hunter.
"alright. Please take them all to our bunkers safely."

"The aura of magic is very terrible," said Alvin quietly.
"Hopefully there are no low-ranking civilians and hunters who happen to be in the path of the gate" Cyntia said expectantly, although he knew that his family's territory was on the left side through the giant gate.
Alvin turned to the left, then made a friendship map after finding out if the gate was passing towards the Maxwell family fortress.
