Chapter 113 - Dungeon Rank S
Alvin and Cyntia had certainly seen the shape of the plains and the state of the Moon from the videos they had seen.
Such was the atmosphere within that S rank Dungeon.
The very dark sky, as well as the plains filled with arid land, made them feel as if they were on the Moon.
The difference is, they can not see the Sun in that place. However, there was a faint moonlight, which came out of nowhere, illuminating the Dungeon environment they were in.
The neighborhood is very quiet. There was no sound there other than the faint sound of the wind gently rustling through their bodies and the cold sand beneath their feet.

“The magic aura is really bad,” Cyntia said half-whisperingly. The very quiet circumstances made him very careful including in maintaining the volume of his voice.
If he who is SSS-ranked alone can feel uncomfortable, let alone the hunters in front of the gate who are still A-ranked down.
“Ya.”
“I hope we can survive,” said Cyntia again with a bitter smile.
“We must return safely," Alvin said as he forced a smile.
Alvin opened the Dungeon map and saw there were 30 locations where monsters existed, with separate locations in 3 parts.
10 Monster locations are on the left, 10 in the middle and 10 more on the right.
In addition, there are still 1 large point that is very far away. Alvin guessed that it was the area the Dungeon boss was in.
"Let's go," Alvin asked after finishing looking at the map.
“Oh, by the way.. we do not carry a detection tool.”
Cyntia only realized they did not bring a monster location detection device because they were too focused on admiring her costume and dagger.
“I know the place.”
“Ya?”
“Let's go,” says Alvin. He then stepped away towards the location of the monster's existence.
“How can you know its location without detection device?”
“I just guessed it.”
Cyntia stopped her footsteps.
“You're serious? What if we get lost and don't know the way back?”
“…”
Cyntia suddenly smiled, “Already. Let's go.”
“Ya?”
“No problem. Come.”
“Good..”.
The woman smiled again.
“What's up?” ask Alvin curious.
“Missing with you, I don't think it's a bad idea" he said slowly. He then walked ahead of Alvin while sometimes stopping and dancing to one of the dances of the idol girl group Alvin.

They finally arrived at the first location of the monster's existence.
Because the Dungeon had an environment like a vast wilderness with no trees, hills or anything else to hide away from, so they immediately came face to face with the monsters when they arrived at that place.
Alvin noticed the form of a monster that looked very foreign. He had never seen at all the image of such a type of monster that now stood before him both while studying at the Academy and on the Association's official website.
Cyntia also tilted her head, feeling alien to those monsters.
They have a jet black skin color that is very shiny as if their body is formed from asphalt liquid.
Their bodies were only slightly taller than the height of an adult man. They also have two arms and legs that are very proportional in length to their bodies.
The difference between the monsters with humans, in addition to skin color, is that they do not have a nose, earlobes and hair. But, they had a short horn sticking out of his forehead.
The monsters also had a pair of black wings sticking out from his back and a long tail wrapped neatly around his waist.
‘Monster what is this?’
[“I don't know,”] said Mina, making Alvin shocked.
‘You don't know?’
[“Monster is not in Rimi's data base. They are not in the future. Just be careful, I can't give you an idea of their weaknesses yet. For sure they're just S.” rank monsters]

Alvin has been confused about that. The jet-black monster did not move at all, just staring at them with its pair of red eyes.
They are certainly not statues. Alvin could see faint up and down movements on the bodies of the creatures, which indicated they were breathing like humans.
Alvin and Cyntia looked at each other, astonished that the hundreds of monsters were just staring at them in silence like they had no intention of attacking at all.
After only looking at each other for a few minutes with the legume black monster army, Alvin finally activated his costume form and pulled out one of the grasshoppers and ordered him to approach the monster.
The grasshopper flew and went around on each monster's body at Alvin's behest via telepathy, but the monsters still didn't move at all and seemed undisturbed by what the grasshopper was doing.
Alvin finally ordered the locusts to attack.
Although the grasshopper was a Tank-type fighter, it had a strong enough attack to instantly knock down an A-rank hunter. Thus, when the mantis attacked with its long and powerful hind legs, one of the black monsters hit by its attack was pushed back until it collided with the monster behind it.
Alvin ordered the grasshopper to keep kicking one of the monsters until it fell on its back.
Strangely, the monster was also still motionless as if it did not feel disturbed even though it had just received a series of attacks. He did not even intend to get back up.
The herd of monsters also seemed unperturbed even though their comrades had just been attacked.
“I don't know why they are silent but let's attack them,” Alvin told Cyntia.
Alvin used spider webs, snared all the monsters in the front row and crushed them all in one jolt.
Cyntia darted away to the monster line at the back to finish them off.
Not until two minutes, hundreds of jet-black monsters were killed.
After finishing killing all the monsters, Alvin and Cyntia looked at each other again.
“Didn't you feel weird?” ask Cyntia.
“This is really weird. There was no way a monster from an S rank Dungeon could be defeated this easily."
Cyntia nodded.
[“They are not dead.”]
‘Ya?’
[“You don't feel like you've got experience, do you? Also check your Dungeon map.”]
Alvin reopened the Dungeon map and saw many red dots where he and Cyntia were standing, among the corpses of monsters. He also did not get the experience point that would normally be directly absorbed into his body after successfully killing monsters.
“Alvin, see their bodies..”.
Alvin turned his gaze to the corpses of the monsters that had suddenly melted away.
“Away.”
Alvin and Cyntia jumped away from the place where the monster corpses were scattered to observe the condition of the corpse that had suddenly melted.
They saw all parts of the monster's crumbling and decapitated body turned into black mucus resembling liquid asphalt.
Their bodies eventually reunite and form their respective bodies as before, ranging from the legs to the head.
The hundreds of monsters that had recovered stood up straight again, staring at them as before still motionless.
Alvin ensnared the monsters again and crushed them with spider webs.
Cyntia also helped by decapitating the necks of the monsters in the back row.
As before, the bodies of the monsters crumbled due to Alvin's webs and their necks being severed by Cyntia's dagger. But, the body that has been crushed and decapitated melted and then reunited.
After repeating the attacks like before, Alvin used his flame skill to burn them as the bodies of the monsters melted away, but that action did not hinder the unification of the monster body at all.
He also tried to freeze the melt of the monster body with ice dew but his efforts were equally futile.
Alvin had also used a thunderbolt, but none of his efforts could prevent the monster's body from reuniting until it finally stood up straight as before and stared at them expressionlessly.
“What the hell is this?!” oceh Alvin while looking at the monster that looks like playing with it with a feeling of gouging.
Cyntia also could not help giving out any information. His experience in doing many raids was also useless as he had never met a monster of the same type at all.
Let alone Cyntia, even Mina who came from the future had never seen this type of monster.
Perplexed, Alvin finally approached the monsters. He watched them closely and fumbled at the skin of his body.
“The texture of the skin is very supple like rubber.”
[“They have muscle tissue and blood.”]

Alvin held onto one of the monster heads and passed the poison skill on to him, then observed it again.
Still, nothing happened.
“What?!" Alvin was really surprised to know that. If the blood of those monsters was poisonous, it meant that Cyntia who was not wearing a solid costume like hers would probably be exposed to poison.
Alvin turned his head towards Cyntia and immediately ran up to her when he saw Cyntia's facial skin that was not protected by the helmet was starting to blacken due to the poison.
