The Kuba Hill complex is a luxury estate on the west side of the city where Sean can see the mountain scenery on the other side. 

After getting off the taxi, Sean stared at the clock on his phone screen, still at 6, too early to meet someone at home. The journey needed to this place is not close so Sean gave a stretch of time so as not to be late, even this is too early to say too late.

It wouldn't matter if Sean waited until 8, it's better than having to fight with the documents in the gallery like Hendri is doing now. However, there was not a single suitable place for him to wait. Darren Ellizer's mansion is surrounded by a high fence so Sean can only stand staring at the end of the fence wall in front of him.

“Who are you?” Behind Sean, a man asked and as he turned around, Sean was able to see the oriental face of the man who seemed to have just finished exercising outside.

The oriental face of the 26-year-old man was filled with sweat and occasionally he rubbed it with gasping breaths. His name is Kai Ellizer who seems to be one of the residents of this house.

“My name is Sean Herdian and I am looking for a man named Darren Ellizer,” Sean said full of manners, even he uses eastern customs by lowering his body.

Despite having introduced himself as best he could, Sean did not get a good reception either, Kqi Ellizer looked at Sean full of vigilance.

Not only that, Sean's appearance that did not match his goal made Kai Ellizer's suspicion points increase. Previously he had never seen a person visit his place just by using casual clothes, usually they use expensive suits when not neat shirts are an alternative.

"I'm an assistant curator of Ellinden Gallery sari" Sean said. The haughty man really did not want to listen to Sean. It was obvious her abandonment and she nonchalantly opened the gate. As he was about to enter, his steps immediately stopped. 

A 50-year-old man appears to be blocking Kai Ellizer's path. The man was sitting in a wheelchair right at the door.

"I heard a little commotion outside, who do I think. It's you." Those were the man's words when Kai was already before him. Seeing that someone else was behind Kai, the man looked up and smiled as his eyes met Sean's. "There's a guest, why don't you bring it in, Kai?"

"But, dad! He-" Kai tries to dodge, but his words come to a standstill.

"Kai, it's impolite to let a faraway guest come to our place, leave without entering first." Criticism from Darren Ellizer makes his son silent do not dare to refute him anymore.

Kai Ellizer turned back and expressed his frustration at Sean and forced to let him in.

By pushing Darren Ellizer's wheelchair, Kai escorts Sean in the living room where the room is large in size and wide glass with views of the mountains.

"I'm going to introduce myself, my name is Darren Ellizer" said the man who made Sean wake up from the daydream.

"I was an assistant curator, Sean Herdian," Sean replied afterwards.

Sean immediately reveals his purpose about a painting called 'Speak with Vagia' that is being hunted by the Ellinden Gallery.

"Just tell your boss that my father rejected him" Kai continued, unfriendly.

Darren Ellizer who saw the irreverence in his son's speech apologized. However, he also agreed to those words. Indirectly he rejected his participation for the Ellinden Gallery.

The rejection made Sean curious. "At least give me a reason why you turned him down?"

Just then, it was obvious Kai wanted to bark, but his father pressed his hand and shook his head not allowing. Seeing his father's command in the eye gesture, Kai kept silent again and gave only a sharp look at Sean.

From here, Darren Ellizer looks to take over the conversation. He sipped tea in front of him and said.

"Ellinden Gallery is the only large gallery. But he was only displaying paintings for money" complained Darren Ellizer, lowering his gaze.

As a painter, Darren Ellizer has high self-esteem. He did not want his work, sold only commercially, at least he wanted someone who got his painting to understand the soul of the painter who was embodied in the picture, while the Ellinden Gallery did not have such a culmination.

"What if my arrival in this place is not as an assistant curator of Ellinden Gallery, but as one of the Vase Art Gallery?" Sean's question managed to make the eyebrows of the two men in front of him furrow.

As Kai and Darren Ellizer looked at each other with complicated expressions, they finally shrugged each other in a clueless manner.

"I've never heard that name before" Kai told his father.

Darren Ellizer seemed to question the same hall and the man glared at Sean.

"The Vase Art Gallery? Can you tell me the details?"

Sean is a little satisfied with the interest of Darren Ellizer. "As a differentiator from other galleries .. Vase Art Gallery not only hangs the famous painters but everything depends on the value of the painting."

Sean showed the names of the painters who would join his gallery and of course none of them had a name in the art world. Sean did not hesitate to show their works through the gallery on his phone and it was enough to make Darren Ellizer interested.

However, Kai next to his father gives a damning argument to Sean. Although the works of the painter had value, the painter who had no name would also have an impact on his work.

"There is no need to worry because Vase Art Gallery also has other collections that are not commercialized." This time Sean was more confident to speak and left the two people in front of him flabbergasted. "Works of Elizabeth Chang, Najwa Wong, Elmi Carens, and .. KK."

The eyes of the two men compactly glared upon hearing the initials of the name of Kenzo Karrin mentioned, especially on Kai who made exaggerated expressions.

"Vase Art Gallery really has it?" kai Ellizer asked Sean.

Sean was calmly smiling. "Of course I don't brag with that."

Sean's hard work at least got results. Darren Ellizer tries to consider it again and he promises to send someone to Sean's place to preach it.

After Sean gave his business card, he walked out of the Ellizer residence with a satisfied heart. Seeing the expressions of the two people, Sean was so sure that they could not possibly refuse his offer.
