THE MY GREAT PAINTER SYSTEM

THE MY GREAT PAINTER SYSTEM
Digging Memories of 'Third Eye'

“Enable Brain Memory,” said Sean so softly that no one from Bu Irma or Kenzo Karrin listened to him.

[Brain Memory]

[The ability to remember graphic shapes in great detail]

[Ability can only be used 10x as long as it is tied to the system]

The system window popped up and re-confirmed Sean.

[Do you want to activate Brain Memory?]

Sean looked at the writing on that transparent screen and seemed to be considering his decision a little. “Ya.”

Although he was unwilling to lose the count of 10x for the use of Brain Memory, he had no choice but to remember all the places he would visit. Sean must be able to repaint one of the places Elmi Carens used to visit.

[Brain Memory enabled]

[Brain memory usage only 9x left]

With the ability activated, Sean can remember the places indicated by Ms. Irma. However, there is a place that makes Sean interested.

When Ms. Irma took them to the northern part of the tea garden, a small river flowed beautifully. On the bank of the river was a wooden bench where when Sean sat, he could see the beautiful scenery in that place.

“When I was little, I loved playing water in the river. Besides being shallow, the river is clear and sparkling when sunlight falls on its surface. Several times I saw her painting and accompanied by her husband by the river.” Miss Irma's explanation made Sean seem to think hard. He narrowed his eyes and looked around again.

There was only a stretch of tea leaves against the background of the mountains that fused with the blue color of the sky. In the river there are small stones that can break the current and make a soothing gurgling sound.

This scene looks familiar to Sean. His memory goes back to A landscape painting from Elmi Carens hung on the wall has similarities to the background photo in the album that was shown by Ms. Irma.

“Now I understand,” Sean said suddenly. Kenzo Karrin's eyes were on him.

“Today you're really acting weird. What is really on your mind?” Kenzo throws his protest at Sean, but again Sean shakes his head and hides what the young man has in mind.

“Let's bet.” Sean's sudden remark made Kenzo Karrin step up and immediately looked at him. The man looks set to turn down a bet from Sean, but Sean shows a stubborn side of his head so Kenzo can only listen to what Sean wants. “If I can't make a painting that Elmi Carens wants, I'll give you one of my collection of paintings. You remember my painting was worth billions of dollars, a price high enough to move the saliva of a curator like you. But if I win this bet .. what painting can you give me. Are you ready to lose ‘Blood of a Patriot’?” satir Sean chuckled. He knew that Kenzo Karrin would not give his painting because it was the only painting he had.

“You want it?” Kenzo watches over Sean's unpredictable expression, but he can tell that Sean's desire to get the painting is greater than his gamble. “No will! I would never give that painting to anyone, including you.”

Sean seemed disappointed at Kenzo Karrin's rejection. However, Kenzo again began his negotiations. “In exchange, I'll give you another painting of my work.”

“Other painting? You have it?” Sean doubted Kenzo Karrin's remarks.

The young man had already found out in advance about the identity of the man. Kenzo began to learn painting from his mother as a child, but all of his paintings sold without any residue. There is no trace of Kenzo painting anymore except ‘Blood of a Patriot’ which is the only work in existence.

Kenzo Karrin put his lips around Sean's earlobe. He began to whisper softly with the corner of his lips raised. “I'll replace the thing I'll bet on. Another painting of my work. Even this painting has a higher value than the 'Blood of a Patriot' you wanted." Apparently, the provocation of Kenzo Karrin successfully made Sean curious. Sean looked at Kenzo Karrin meaningfully, but no words came out of his mouth.

Kenzo continued to say to Sean. "I have another painting that I never showed anyone else, but I will give you if you win this challenge.”

With bright eyes, Sean nodded and he was completely lulled over Kenzo's offer.

The two men reached an agreement for a bet that was difficult to predict his victory. They immediately returned to the villa and Sean did not want to waste any more time. The young man rushed to finish his painting.

In one of Elmi Carens' empty spaces, Sean stared straight at the white canvas in front of him. Before long, the palette knife in his hand moved and paint colors were affixed on the surface of the canvas.

After finishing finishing, Sean dried the painting using a hair dryer. However, he had to be careful not to change the texture of his painting. It was impossible for a painting with dry technique to be completed in a day. However, Sean's time was limited so he was forced to do that.

“Succeeded,” exclaimed Sean who after 5 hours sat in front of the canvas.

Sean painted in the same painting style as Elmi Carens. He deliberately chose a dry technique to obtain contours. The reason for that was because Elmi Carens did not have normal eyesight so she was able to reach out to the painting to find out.

In the room of Elmi Carens, Sean shows the painting he has made. Not only that, Kenzo Karrin, Ellian and Alice who were curious about Sean's work also came to take a look.

“I named it .. ‘Mata Third’. Do you like it?” Sean's statement about the name of the painting made everything in the room go uproar. Kenzo Karrin, Ellian and Alice. Because the name of the painting is overlapped with the concept of memories from Elmi Carens.

Unlike the three people, Elmi Carens made a stiff expression where her blank gaze highlighted the source of Sean's voice

“Ma-third eye? W-why did you choose that name?" His gray eyes were filled with tears and soon the water droplets rained down on Elmi Carens' cheeks.

Seeing the expression of the old woman made Sean even more convinced that Elmi Carens had an attachment to the name of the painting he had made.

Sean lifted his eyes. "The reason is none other than that 'Third Eye' is a memory of yours that means so much."

At that place, Ellian and Alice looked at each other. They both did not understand Sean's words. However, Kenzo Karrin began to be influenced by Sean's remarks. He turned to the young man with an expression that was hard to explain, as if he also realized something that had been missed.

“I can guess that you have a visual impairment not after the death of your husband, but it's been almost 30 years that you've experienced it." Sean's words were absolutely horrendous. The calm atmosphere became chaotic, but not on Elmi Carens. The old woman looked more emotional.

"That's impossible! Before that my grandmother could still paint. How can a person with visual impairment do this?" alice made perfect sense.

Sean tried to calm down so as not to enter the sea of emotions in that place. "Not so Alice, actually your grandfather helped your grandmother do that."

"What do you mean?" Alice asked again.

"Your grandfather described the scene he saw and from every word and your grandmother could describe the object without having to see it. Is that so, Miss Elmi Carens?" Sean's gaze turned to Elmi Carens.

"How did you know?" Elmi was curious.

"You always use wet techniques, but suddenly switch to using mixed techniques. I can guess that's when you had a visual impairment for the first time. In the end your painting turns to dry technique. You do it so you can go back to seeing your painting even by tasting it." Sean's explanation made everything in that place understand. They did not expect it to happen to Elmi Carens during her career as a painter. However, they were more likely that Sean could think so.

"Grandmother, is that true?" Alice went back to making sure to the person concerned.

Elmi Carens confirms the truth of Sean's words and hugs him with mixed feelings.

"Thank you! Thanks you! Thanks!" The old woman was unceasingly grateful to Sean.

"I won the bet" whispered Sean who made Kenzo Karrin a little distracted. He just looked at Sean reluctantly.

"I didn't think you'd make it. As a painter, what you've done can prove that you're worthy of being my disciple" said Kenzo Karrin.

Indirectly, the bespectacled man wanted to devote all his admiration to him, but he wanted to keep all those compliments so that Sean's head didn't expand greatly.

"So ... What painting would you give me?" sean was curious.

"That's confidential. You'll see it as soon as we get back from here." Kenzo Karrin's words did not satisfy Sean, but he re-thought what had disturbed his head.

"May I ask you something?" Sean asked, but the person he asked just nodded uninterestedly. "If I lose this challenge, what painting would you ask of me?"

Sean's words made Kenzo Karrin grimace for no reason. "I chose 'Cursed Chain'. I'd burn that damned painting if I'd won the challenge."

Kenzo's words just now Sean never thought. He did not choose a high-value painting, but wanted to eliminate the 'Cursed Chain' with that bet. I don't know how big Kenzo Karrin is in Sean's eyes.
