THE MY GREAT PAINTER SYSTEM

THE MY GREAT PAINTER SYSTEM
Second Mission

After going crazy for a billion dollars, Sean went crazy again as he thought how to spend that billion.

The young man sat down on his study table while looking at the property's selling site. In fact, he did that until midnight. However, there was not a single house he had chosen.

Buying a home is the only list of what Sean should buy. He did not want to continue hitching a ride on the Ellinden family who had already treated him like a slave. Looking for a new home that is comfortable for Sean to live in with his father is what is expected at this time.

With the 1 billion dollars he had, not only was Sean able to buy a decent house, but he was able to get a car and the things he wanted all along.

"Business?" Suddenly the idea popped into his head.

Sean again considered the decision to waste money. "I can make more money with that. Isn't that a good idea? Do I have to use all my money to do business?"

Although the young man wanted to immediately bring his father to live in a new house, the hasty decision would have a major impact. Everyone would suspect how his father who was just a gardener and himself who was a student had the money to buy it. Could-can be the accusation of stealing the Ellinden family's money really can not be evaded. It is better to use the money inconspicuously.

"Huh, so what should I do?"

[Daily Mission]

[Sell one painting of your work]

The system window that suddenly appeared managed to stop Sean who was thinking. The young man's black eyes glanced at a glance and was again made to think.

This first new system provides a reasonable mission. It's just .. This mission is difficult for Sean. Although Sean's paintings are the most recognized in his university, but who would want to buy a beginner's painting with his cheap paint?

"Ah, wait a minute!" Sean's eyes widened brightly, there seemed to be many ideas lining up inside his head.

***

Sean did not sleep last night, it was visible from the black pouch hanging in his eyes. There are things to be done overnight. He had to finish a painting.

"Finally, done!" Sean raised both hands and stretched the stiff muscles. His tired look shifted on a canvas that was filled with oil paint. A Fauvism painting depicting a girl hugging her mother is Sean's hard work.

The 30x60 canvas is wrapped as soon as the paint dries. This was not a perfect painting and seemed rushed, but Sean had to be able to sell it today to be able to fulfill the daily mission of the system.

After finishing his work, Sean got ready to leave. However, his steps were stifled as he looked at himself in front of the mirror.

True, Sean's right hand is back to how it was, but if it's known Frans, he will definitely find a way to harm him again.

Frans has long been after Sean's fingers. Frans' father was a famous gallery entrepreneur and his mother was a veteran painter. As the child who would inherit the venture, his artwork and observations should be superior to anyone. However, Sean who does not have a great background can actually surpass it.

Frans was unable to let Sean continue to develop so that motive was used to suppress, bully and commit violence.

“It can't happen again. At least I have to pretend to be a cripple in front of him for my safety to be guaranteed.” That's what Sean thought smartly.

Without wasting any time, the young man took out a medicine box and wrapped the bandage on his own right hand. Afterwards, he hurried off with a piece of art.

“How much price do I get for this painting?” sean asked as he handed his canvas to a man in glasses.

The 30-year-old is a curator and also an owner of a small art gallery called ‘Pipe Art Spaces Gallery’. He examined Sean's painting in such detail.

“How? Can I sell it in this place?” Sean asked the question again.

The man in front of him looked at Sean and shook his head. “This painting is not worth selling. Although the technique and color blend are so good, but I can't find a life in it.”

The intended life is a picture of the story of the painting that makes it look alive. A figure of speech that Sean could understand.

Right now Sean could not cover his tangled expression. As a young man who had good eyesight in judging works of art, he also understood that Sean's self-taught painting was not worth hanging in a gallery.

Seeing that, the curator only smiled cheerfully. “You are young, you can still seek experience. Try to find another gallery and .. good luck.”

“I understand,” reply Sean turned away.

“Ah, you ... what is your name?” the curator asked so Sean stopped his steps. However, without turning around Sean mentioned his name.

“Sean Herdian.”

“Ah, Sean. Actually I like your painting. But keep me

practice your talent and come to me after you feel enough,”.

Sean was able to see the business card and subconsciously mentioned the name in it. “Kenzo Karrin?”

The man that Sean had just called out just smiled slightly and waved his hand before leaving. “Good luck!”

***

After going in several art galleries, Sean actually gets a rejection. As a beginner painter who has not completed art education at university, of course the curators give a rough sneer.

Unlike Kenzo Karrin who encouraged him, the curators were more fierce than the thesis testing lecturers who were coming in the month. It was a tough day for Sean.

Sean, who was walking, pulled over on the edge and sat on a park chair. He put his painting on the side and sighed.

“It is absolutely impossible to sell it,” his sigh while leaning his head.

Sean really did not know why he worked this hard with his mediocre abilities. Daily missions given by the system at least contribute. However, because Sean is tempted with rewards in completing daily missions.

The last prize the system awarded was 1 billion in cash, then how many other prizes could it give to win the mission? Can it reach so many billion, or even the number touches a trillion?

However, amidst Sean's broken feelings, it was impossible for him to complete the mission this time. In fact, even until sunset he did not manage to hang the painting in one of the galleries.

‘Byur!’

A car at high speed passed and made a puddle of water on the road splashed on Sean's painting. Not only his painting, but he got wet.

“Ah shit! Why do I keep getting unlucky today!” scan Sean while checking the state of his painting.

Luckily the splash of water was only about the outside of the canvas wrap and not to damage the paint. However, Sean had to release it so that the condition of the canvas is not moist.

Sean's mind went back murky, for what he bothered to do about it. It's late, and the mission completion limit will be over. He failed and the severity of his mood was bad so there was a small thought to throw the thing.

“Om?” A little man pulled Sean's sleeve. “Can I buy the painting?”

The 8-year-old boy pointed at Sean's painting with his little finger, as Sean watched.

“You want it?” asked Sean kindly.

“Don't worry, I'll pay you, Om,” he said with bright eyes while giving an origami bird to Sean. “I want to buy that painting with this.”

There was no hope of selling the painting to the boy. However, the ketibang was thrown away, it was better for the painting to be given to him.

“Alright I'll sell it for you.” Sean accepted the origami and gave the painting to the boy. However, as the size of the canvas was slightly larger, the boy seemed to have difficulty carrying it. “Where do you live? I'll take you.”

Excitedly the boy pointed out the direction of his house. “This is my house, what is the name om?”

“I'm Sean,” Sean replied while giving the painting he was carrying.

“Thank you, Uncle Sean. Today is my mother's birthday and I'm going to give this painting as a gift. I hope he will like it,” he said before entering the house.

Sean only smiled, but before leaving, through the window he could see the boy giving the gift to the mother. His mother looked happy and immediately hugged him. Together they hang a painting on one of the visible walls of the house.

Seeing that, Sean who felt failed now became better. It was unexpected that his painting could bring happiness to them.

[Congratulations! You have completed daily missions]

Sean was surprised after seeing the system window appear. How did he manage to successfully complete the mission today? Or maybe the system again suffered damage like what had happened before.

Come to think of it, Sean did not manage to sell the painting to the gallery, but he sold it to the boy for an origami fee. No matter who Sean sold to and how much he paid, the system kept reading the settlement.

Sean looked at the origami back and smiled. “True, the mission did not explain about the payment I should get. Even though it's just an origami paper, it's my pay.”

[Confirm prize]

[You gained the Dragon's Hand ability]

“Interesting!” Sean smiled broadly at what he had just obtained.
