It's too early for Sean to come to Dev Morgan's schedule, but he doesn't want to come too late to make his first impression. So did what Kenzo Karrin had suggested earlier. 

Sean came with Mr. Klano. In front of the lounge, they were greeted by waiters who were ready to drive at their desks. However, after learning that the person he met had already come, Sean realized that arriving early at that place was the wrong move.

Dev Morgan seems to meet first with someone who is really no stranger to Sean. The man was Luis, he sat in front of Dev Morgan tensely. 

Unlike someone who both have the same last name, let alone their face and appearance are similar. No one would deny if anyone said they were Father and son.

The voice came from the sound of Dev Morgan's documents being deliberately slammed hard on the table. Sean and Pak Klano who were at a distance of so many meters were so surprised by that, let alone the reaction of Luis who was right in front of Dev Morgan. The young man gasped and full of fear he lowered his face.

“Dad, I promise to return it. I'll do whatever you want!” Luis in front of him replied with trembling words. In fact, the two palms he held above his knees clenched tightly.

Dad? It was proof that their Morgan name was not an ornament. They had blood relationships even more concentrated than ordinary families. Sean had previously alleged that Luis and Dev Morgan were a father and son.

The relationship doesn't look good. Dev Morgan is a successful man who managed to develop Morgan Investment until his name has crossed the international realm, while Luis is a free-spirited young man who is forced to submit to family rules.

“How can a 20-year-old pay a billion well? That's impossible!” With his haughty Dev Morgan raised his chin. His gaze was straight and locked on his son who looked increasingly lowered his head. 

It could be seen Luis biting his lips hard and holding back all his father's rude remarks. However, he still insisted on his goal. “I really need that one billion, Dad.”

Although Dev Morgan appeared to have a cold and stern expression before Luis, both of his eyes seemed to glare at the affectionate eyes of a father to his son. What a pity, the frightened Luis did not want to look at him directly.

Dev Morgan was silent for a moment, his cold gaze melted slowly. “500 million.”

“Ya?” When Luis' gaze was lifted, he looked at his father in an incomprehensible manner.

“Not a loan, but I give you 500 million and no more,” he explained in a tone that was equally flat with the face of Dev Morgan.

Instantly, the entire fear trapped inside Sean's head disappeared instantly. His brown eyes widened with a bright face as if he had forgotten all the rude remarks from the man just now. “Really? What about the remaining 500 million, Dad?”

“You search for yourself! I'm gonna give you one of my shares and go through with it! It is better from now on that you learn to be an independent child,” he suggested.

Dev Morgan seems to have just realized the arrival of Sean and Mr. Klano. His face turned on them so Luis could notice there were other people around his desk.

Luis turned around and his eyes widened as he glanced at Sean. The sensitive talk seemed so embarrassing when heard by people close to Luis, even though Sean did not mind the spectacle.

“Tamuku is here, go!” dev Morgan commands without the slightest bit of warmth as a father.

When the young man steps right next to Sean, Luis stops for a moment. His lips wanted to say something, but only silence existed. Without looking at Sean in the slightest Luis passed away with a complicated expression that carved his face.

In this situation Sean also lost his word. He shouldn't have seen Luis' feud with his father. It can hurt Luis' feelings.

Sean turned to stare at Mr. Klano beside him, “How can I meet Dev Morgan without me? I'll catch up with you as soon as.”

Mr. Klano knows that Sean's presence next to Luis is more meaningful than sitting at a table with Dev Morgan. The man nodded in understanding as if he could Sean rely on for that matter. “Do not worry, I can take care of everything.”

Sean thanked him and soon followed Luis.

In front of the lobby door, Luis was seen going in at the back door of a car that picked him up. Seeing that, Sean ran and went straight into the other door. Now Sean is in the car and sitting next to Luis.

“You ...” Luis stops his remarks when he finds out an intruder who got in his car is Sean.

Sean stared at the watch, as if he was hinting that he didn't have much time.

“I'll give you 500 million,” said Sean who made Luis look surprised.

“What do you mean say that?” Luis doesn't trust Sean. Who does not know the life of Sean who hitchhiked to the Ellinden family. Having 500 million in his account is impossible, let alone giving 500 million to Luis which is the greatest impossibility.

“You need those 1 billion, right? I know that 1 billion you will use to redeem Carla Edena in Canaria. You want to get her life back to how it was without having to work in that dirty place, don't you?” Sean's explanation was so precise that even a necromancer would not be able to predict as well as he did.

Not a mere guess, when Luis told Zavier his findings, Sean accidentally heard the conversation.
