Chapter 76 Healing to Bali (2)

In the morning Dimas, Arya, Steven, Elena, and Celine had breakfast together at the hotel while discussing today's itinerary. Arya plans to take them to her shop and introduce her staff to them.

Arya also plans to rent a car so they can go anywhere they like because during the day they plan to tour to some nearby places. In the afternoon, Arya wants to invite Dimas and Steven to surf while watching the sunset on the beach.

When they arrive at Arya's store, after being introduced to the staff, they go around looking at the items in the store while Arya looks at the store's bookkeeping along with Laksmi, who is in the process, the only female staff in the store.

Elena had observed Arya who was talking to Laksmi. It looks serious but relaxed. All the staff in this store looked familiar to him, like with a close friend. Then, as if knowing that she was being observed, Arya also looked towards Elena. The color of his eyes was gray as if hypnotizing. But before long Elena turned her gaze in another direction.

'It's not mine and it's never mine' Elena's mind was sad. For that he will make a decision tonight. Then Elena observed Celine who was looking at Steven with admiration. Elena became sad to see him. He didn't want to hurt Celine, but he had to make a decision.

After spending time in the store, they then went for a walk until late afternoon. On the way, they saw the locals holding a traditional funeral ceremony called Ngaben. Then they decided to stop and come see the funeral procession.

Arya did not waste the opportunity to photograph the moment. Then Dimas approached himself.

'Yes', are you thinking about what I think?"

"What about Tev, Dims?"

"Yes. If he wants to be cremated with Jade maybe like this time huh?"

"Dims.... "

"Yes, I know I can't think like that because Tev is going to get well, right?"

Arya could not speak anymore. They just look at each other with sadness.

In the afternoon, the Tough Trio tried to surf, after a long time did not do it because of their respective busyness. At first, Dimas and Steven still look stiff, except Arya which is every month to Bali must always take time to surf.

Elena and Celine were just observing from the shore. Then Dimas started to go back to the beach for a drink.

"Where are Elena and Celine? Cool to see us surfing?"

"So actually Dimas here just want to show off?"

"I'm here to drink... Uh but I'd like to show off a little bit too... Hehe... "

Elena and Celine just smiled hearing Dimas say.

"You want to learn to surf too?"

"Gga ah, I'm afraid of drowning and I don't have a diving suit anyway"

"It's easy, you can take it from Arya's store. How's it? Want ga?"

"Where, Cel? You want a ga?" Elena asked Celine for her approval.

"Gga ah, I'd like to take a look at the accessories over there. It's up to you to come with me or Dimas' mas"

"I'm coming with you anyway, I'm not very good at swimming" said Elena.

"Yes, if so I went back to Arya just like Steven used to. Hye!"

"Bye" Elena and Celine said.

Elena and Celine then had a chance to look at the accessories that Celine wanted to see, but when the day began to twilight they returned to the beach to see the sunset.

Dimas, Arya and Steven were sitting on their surfboard while looking at the sunset. Usually Dimas position in the middle, but this time Steven is in the middle, flanked by Arya and Dimas who each hold the right and left shoulders of Steven.

"I don't know if this will be the last time I see the sunset in Bali"

"Tevs... " Dimas and Arya call Steven's name together with the intention of reprimanding Steven so that he does not think of anything.

"Yes... Da... I-i know..."

"Tev, you actually know that Celine likes you?" Ask Arya

"Geez, Tev... Not very sensitive!" Dimas was anxious so he wanted to snap Steven's head.

"I like Elena, so focus on that" Steven said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Listen Tev, before we go back to the hotel, I'm just as Dimas there's a plan to take you and Elena somewhere so you guys have some privacy for both of you. So we're gonna take Celine away first"

"Okay, I'm following your plan. Now we go back to the hotel. My legs are starting to cramp."

"Yes yuk"

Then together with Elena and Celine, they both returned to the hotel.

After bathing and dressing, Dimas and Arya tell Steven that they will go out first to pick up Celine. After they had actually come out, Steven had just picked Elena up to the room.

The plan has gone perfectly, currently Dimas, Arya, and Celine are at the cafe for dinner while enjoying live music there. Celine asks Elena and Steven, but Dimas says they're coming because they're currently buying Elena's grandmother and grandfather's souvenirs.

Steven and Elena head to the restaurant Arya booked on a rented motorcycle. Steven can't rent a car because it's all out. Steven hadn't ridden a motorcycle in a long time, so he was a bit clumsy the first time he rode it again.

Elena began to laugh as Steven rode his motorcycle faltering, but over time Elena became nauseous. Steven's face immediately panicked because he could not bear to see everyone vomit. Fortunately Elena was just nauseous but not vomiting.

When Elena was nauseous, Steven stopped his bike on the side of the road. But as they were about to continue on, Steven was confused. They were in a quiet place and he didn't know where. Looks like they're lost. Then Steven contacted Arya and asked for directions to the restaurant.

After circling for some time, they finally arrived at the place they were headed. They have been late for 30 minutes, but fortunately the seats that have been booked can still be occupied and have not been taken by others.

The romantic atmosphere with appetizing food made Steven ventured to ask for answers from Elena. Then Elena answered him by giving Steven a birthday present. Steven immediately opened his card which turned out to be a glass snowball that when played will emit beautiful music.

At first Steven did not understand the relationship of Elena's gift and the answer Steven was waiting for from Elena, but after Steven observed the snowball, he saw a small doll inside with the inscription yes.

"Yes? Does this mean....?" Steven didn't dare to expect more.

"Yes means yes, ko. I love Koko. Not because Koko is sick, but because I'm comfortable with koko"

"really?"

"Yes, right. But... I have one condition, ko... "

"Is that the condition?"

"I want Koko to keep our relationship a secret from Celine because she also likes Koko so I don't want her to be sad"

"Is that so? I didn't even think about it"

"I'm sorry I overdone it, ko"

"It's okay, Elena. I understand and I agree to your request"

"Thank you, ko"

After that they celebrate by ordering all the sweet desserts. Of course Elena and Steven couldn't spend it all, so they asked the waiter to wrap it up and share it with the people on the street.

Celine begins to get suspicious of Elena and Steven's absence. Because the night was getting late, Celine finally contacted Elena somehow for the first time. When Elena finally picked up the phone, she said she would come to the cafe where Celine was.

Fortunately on the way home, Elena and Steven did not get lost again. By relying on GPS, they finally arrived. Celine then asks if Elena and Steven got what they were looking for. Then Elena lied that the item they were looking for was no longer there because it was so rare.

As Steven started to look tired, they finally decided to return to the hotel. Arya decides to ride a motorcycle that Steven rents. Dimas takes the car with Steven, Elena and Celine.

On the Sunday morning after breakfast, they plan to take a walk to the tourist attractions for a full day. After being around for a whole day, they finally returned to the hotel in the afternoon.

In the evening they had dinner together at a restaurant located on the beach with an outdoor atmosphere, so they could feel the scenery on the beach. After dinner, they return to the hotel and start packing because tomorrow morning they have to go back to Jakarta.
