Chapter 54 Unexpected Things at KL (1)

Steven and Emily finally arrive at Sam's cafe with Redi who arrives shortly afterwards. Steven chooses Sam's cafe so that Emily and Redi can freely talk in the VIP room at Sam's cafe with Steven keeping an eye through the camera connected to Sam's private room.

As Redi promised, he did not provoke a debate with Emily. They both really talk to each other. After Redi finally understood, he finally apologized to Emily. Their relationship improved a little, but still could not go back to what it used to be as a couple.

Still traumatized, Emily decides not to open her heart to any man. Although such thoughts are not agreed by Steven, but Steven must still respect Emily's wishes while hoping that Emily's perspective can someday change.

The next day, before leaving for work at his office in Simmons Corp, Steven took the time to stop by Dimas' office. Steven certainly told me about Redi who met Emily yesterday. Dimas was of course shocked, but he wouldn't do anything about it because Redi had made peace with Emily, so he assumed it was over.

Dimas was actually busy today. In addition he had to catch up with his job due to the Diva case, tomorrow he had to travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. And next week he will have to travel to Sydney again for observation of the opening of a new branch office in Sydney.

Arya is out of the office with Redi for a meeting at another company. It is likely that the meeting will also be completed by late afternoon. So later after the meeting he will go straight home, not back to Loekito Corp again. So did Redi.

Arya was so tired today. Coming home from the office, he immediately put himself in bed without taking off his work clothes. Just as he was about to sleep, there was a knock on the door outside.

"Get in, the door's not in the lock!" Usually he opens the door, but this time he really does not have the energy to get up. The one who knocked on the door was his mother.

"I'm sorry, I'm so tired I didn't open the door."

"But you're okay, aren't you, just tired?"

"It's okay mom, just tired" Arya said with a smile to reassure her mother.

"Your phone is dead? Mom's phone number, she said there was a need to be important to you."

Arya checked her phone. Right, it turns out that his phone is dead.

"Yes dead mom, I forgot the battery charge earlier. I borrowed Mom's phone first for Dimas' phone."

"Yes, just wear it. After the phone you immediately change clothes and eat yes, baby"

"Yes ma'am" Arya kisses her mother's cheek after which she starts calling Dimas.

"Hello, Dims"

"Hello yes'. Your phone is dead, right?"

"Yes, I was so tired that I didn't get to check HP."

"Duh, I'm not good because I want to ask for help tomorrow"

"Seek what, Dims?"

"Tomorrow I have to go to the immigration office to take care of the same documents to Sydney to the Aussie embassy to take care of the visa. You know for yourself that it can't be represented"

"Yes too. What time is the flight to KL?"

"The next day at 8. I know it's sudden, but I don't have a choice. Elena doesn't know about this either, so I'll ask you to tell her that I'm sorry for not attending."

"I'm gonna have to study the meeting files, Dims"

"Yes, I know. The file is on me. Tomorrow Mr. Dharma pick you up at the airport and hand over the file to you. I've also booked a ticket for you tomorrow"

"OK on"

"Thank you, yeah'. I owe it to you"

"Yes, it's nothing. Then I'll get ready for tomorrow."

"Okay ya', bye"

"Bye"

After that Arya changed her clothes to house clothes and then had dinner. After dinner, he then prepared various necessities for tomorrow with the help of ART and his mother.

Elena started to worry. Dimas hasn't shown up yet. Then someone appeared and sat down on the chair where Dimas was. Elena was shocked because it turns out that the one who came was Arya, before the plane took off.

"Sister Arya? But how...?" Elena could not continue her question because she was so nervous and surprised she saw Arya.

"Hello Elena" Arya replied casually

"I replaced Dimas because suddenly he could not go to Kuala Lumpur because he had to take care of the paperwork to go to Sydney next week"

"Oh... Why didn't he tell me?"

"Maybe he didn't get it"

"Yes God... Loincloth... The plane will soon take off!" Elena started to feel short of breath.

"What's up Elena? You okay?" Arya started to worry about seeing Elena's pale face. Elena couldn't answer Arya's question. Arya was supposed to call the flight attendant on the plane for help, but she spontaneously kissed Elena instead.

Elena who was shocked by Arya's actions even became distracted by her fear of boarding a plane or aerophobia. He unknowingly kisses Arya back. The kiss lasts for approximately one minute until the take off time is complete which usually takes about 20-30 seconds. A slight bump made them flinch and stop their kiss. For a split second, Arya and Elena just looked at each other without knowing what to say.

"Elena..." Arya who finally first started the conversation.

"I... I'm going to go to the toilet" and then he rushes to the toilet to freshen up.

Elena had been in the toilet for quite a while, and Arya was worried about fear of anything happening considering that her face was pale. He felt guilty for his actions. Then he walked to the toilet to catch up with Elena. Not until he knocked on the toilet door, the door was open. Elena's face immediately bowed to see Arya.

"You okay, Elena?"

Elena was unable to answer or look into Arya's face. He simply replied with a nod of his head after which he returned to his seat. Arya then catches up with Elena.

"Elene... "

"I can't talk to you right now. Please, can you come later after arriving at the hotel?"

"Well if that's what you want"

They did not talk to each other until they arrived at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Arya helped carry Elena's suitcase without speaking at Elena's request. Upon arriving at the hotel they check in with the next room.

After entering each room, Arya was worried. He wanted to talk to Elena but he didn't want to interrupt Elena's break. So he decided to check his phone. There were several messages on her phone, but what caught her attention was the contents of a message from Dimas who had just told her that Elena was afraid of boarding an airplane. Arya didn't reply to Dimas' message, but he called Dimas immediately.

"Hello yes'. How's flight? Smoothly?" But instead of answering Dimas's question, Arya talked about the others.

"What are you doing, Dims, why didn't you tell me from the start that Elena was afraid to get on a plane?"

"Sorry yes, I forgot. I thought I told you before, apparently not yet. How was trus? You're asking for help, aren't you the same officer on the plane?"

"Uh... Yes, I asked them for help" Arya did not dare to tell the truth because she had to talk to Elena first.

"What's your file, Dims? It's done?"

"It's done, yeah'."

"Thank God then."

"Yes, then you rest, you must be tired. We'll talk again later"

"OK deh. Nye"

"Bye"

After ending the conversation, Arya decided to take a short break, but in fact she fell asleep instead.
