39. Meet Alvin

"Angel?" exclaim Rico then.

Yes, the woman that Rico accidentally hit was none other than Angel. Her ex-boyfriend who left her one day before she got to know Alina.

Angel looked at Rico from top to bottom, the man looked more dashing than usual, it seemed like happiness was covering him. The positive vibes had made Angel a little interested in looking at him, but when remembering if Rico was just an adopted child who was once the son of a pair of helpers, he said, he immediately put his face to his ex-girlfriend. Then hugged the arm of the man beside her. Angel intends to make Rico jealous, but unfortunately the man only shows his flat face.

"Excuse me, I want to pass by" Rico said later as Angel and the man next to him blocked his path. There is no intention to mince words because for him, Angel is not an important figure who must be invited to just say hello.

Angel who was ignored by Rico felt offended, he did not accept being ignored just like that by a man he had left.

"The servant boy is very arrogant" said Angel by raising one corner of his lips. Then he shifted his body slightly, giving way to Rico. 

He hoped Rico would respond to his harsh words, but again it turned out that Rico had ignored him again, as if he had no interest in talking to him. It really makes Angel hot, but rather than having to take care of the maid, he better focus on the bustle next to him. 

Angel was about to invite the storm to find a seat, but the man next to him actually held it and made him amazed. 

"What's wrong?" ask Angel.

Instead of answering, the man next to her took Angel's hand off her arm and walked over to the table currently occupied by Andi and Rena.

"Hi, Ren," the man said to Rena with a meaningful smile. Making Angel and Andi who saw it was made astonished.

"Who is he, honey? You knew her?" ask Andi to Rena.

"That's Alvin" Rena said in a faint voice.

Yes, the man who was with Angel was Alvin, Rena's childhood friend who had been bothering her and making her unsettled.

Since Rico collided with Angel earlier, Rena was very surprised to see the figure of Alvin there. He was silent, until Alvin stared at him and then Rena lowered her head with a racing heart.

Although Andi already knows all the stories between himself and Alvin, but the fear of the man remains on him. Though Rena has been very calm when Alvin no longer bothers him in recent months because of the threat of Alfian. I don't know why they met today.

Andi, who had been focusing on Rico and Angel, did not realize that he was frozen in silence. When Alvin rebuked him and saw himself speechless, then his girlfriend realized that there was something strange about him. Especially when he said if the man was Alvin, Andi immediately sharpened his eyes towards the man.

Andi was about to get up from her seat, but Rena quickly held her hand. The emotion that was seen on Andi's face made Rena afraid that her boyfriend would make trouble there. It's not that he wants to defend Alvin, it's just that he doesn't like what's called violence. Especially if Andi started a commotion, it would be embarrassing for both of them.

Andi tried to hold back her emotions for Rena. She did not want to make her boyfriend afraid, especially Rena had been living far from being violent. He did not want to make his girlfriend uncomfortable.

Alvin who saw it then pulled one corner of his lips. She thought Rena's boyfriend didn't dare with her. Something very interesting, he thought.

"Ren, why are you quiet? Don't you want to say hello to your old friend?" said Alvin when he saw Rena just silent since then.

Uncomfortable with Alvin's presence, Rena pulls Andi's hand and wants to take him away. If Alvin continues to bother him, he is not sure if a fight or debate between the man and his girlfriend will be avoided later 

"I'm sorry, we're leaving" Rena said without looking at Alvin.

"Where are you going?" ask Alvian. He also quickly weaned the arm of Rena who was holding Andi's arm.

Andi and Rena stopped their steps and when they saw Alvin's hand holding Rena's arm, Andi then brushed it off unfriendly.

"Don't touch his body once in a while," Andi said with a sharp look.

"Sorry" said Alvin with a sinless face. "I just wanted to say hello to my old friend" he continued.

"My boyfriend has no male friends other than me. So, don't ever bother him again" Andi said with warning.

Andi took off Rena's hand and now alternately took her hand. Then he invited Rena to continue her steps to go from there. But not two steps they walk, the next words Alvin managed to make Andi and Rena again stop their steps. 

"Rena, don't you remember the first c1um4n you gave me back then?"

Emotions rule over Andi. Although Rena had told him everything, but the words of the man really managed to make his heart hot. Andi was about to release his hand from Rena and make calculations to the man named Alvin, but it turned out that Rena was faster to stop the action that had not begun.

"Please" said Rena, shaking her head.

Andi closed her eyes, trying to hold back the emotions that actually could not be held back. All right, this time he had to be patient for Rena's sake. But on another occasion, if he was to be reunited with the man by a similar incident, then he would not hesitate to finish off the man with his own hands.

Alvin also initially felt that if Andi was provoked by his emotions, immediately smiled happily. But when the couple ignored his words and just left him, he then hit the wind just like that while cursing.

Angel who had just become a spectator and did not understand what was going on could only be silent. Alvin's mood is not okay. He better be quiet if he does not want to get a tantrum from the storm. Although only know one month, but Angel really knows very well what if the man is emotional. If it wasn't for his wealth, he wouldn't want to be close to an emotional man like Alvin.

Shortly after the departure of Andi and Rena, Rico is seen returning from the bathroom. He who sees no one on his desk is certainly made to wonder.

A waiter who was just about to clean the table was approaching.

"Sorry, where's my friend at this table going?" ask Rico.

"They're gone, sir."

Rico frowned in surprise. It is not unusual for Andi to go without saying goodbye to him. What's wrong with them, he thought.

Rico was about to leave the restaurant, but the waiter who was cleaning the table stopped his steps.

"I'm sorry, Mom, here's the bill."

Rico gawked at the piece of paper the waiter had given him. Sure enough, already leaving without saying goodbye, Andi also left the restaurant without paying him first.

"It's so bad for kids" Rico muttered softly.

Actually it's not a matter of money either, it's just that he's upset that Andi just left him.
