27. Honest Words l (special Rena and Andi)

Five minutes before the time showed nine o'clock, the taxi carrying Rena had finally arrived at the Andi family's office. Rena was silent for a moment in front of the office before slowly walking in there towards Andi's room on the twenty-third floor.

The employees who saw Rena's arrival looked down politely. His relationship with Andi that has been running for years clearly makes all employees there know him. Although Rena's attitude often sucks, but none of the employees there dared her.

Upon arriving on the twenty-third floor, Rena was immediately greeted with a man who became Andi's personal secretary, Raka. Raka who saw his presence immediately greeted him politely, like an important guest of his boss.

"Good morning, Miss Rena. Are you looking for Mr. Andi?" ask Raka.

"Yes, is Andi inside?" ask Rena back.

"Sure, Mom. Mr. Andi has not been out of his room since. Let me drop off" said Raka intended to take her to Andi's room.

"No need. I can do it myself," rejected Rena with her expressionless face.

The expression does not mean his own cuckoo as usual, but the expression symbolizes if he is currently being overwhelmed with doubt, fear, and sadness. His feelings were mixed when he was going to meet Andi, he was afraid that what he would say would actually make Andi angry at him.

His mind was confused, between wanting to continue his intention to talk honestly with Andi or even postpone it until he was really ready. But when can he be ready if not forced right now? As Alina said yesterday, she did not want Andi to hear bad news through photos and videos from Alvin before she herself told him first. She doesn't want Andi to misunderstand her because of Alvin's bad deeds to her.

Rena closed her eyes, trying to convince herself to dare to speak honestly to Andi. After that he immediately opened the door of Andi's tightly closed room. To his dismay, he even forgot to knock on the door first before entering. But fortunately Andi did not bother about it because he was currently no guest in his room.

"Dear."

Andi looks surprised by the arrival of Rena, especially with her appearance that does not look like usual. He approached Rena who was walking towards him excitedly.

"What's wrong? Why are you so weak, you're sick?" andi asked and answered Rena with a headband.

Andi brought Rena to sit on the sofa in the middle of the room. Not to forget he asked one of his employees to deliver a warm drink to his room through a voice call.

"Why, Honey? What's wrong with you? Not usually you like this," said Andi with surprise.

Rena is one of the cheerful women with all her annoying nature. Seeing him quiet like this with a lethargic face, Andi clearly felt that there was something strange about his girlfriend.

"Dear, tell me, what's wrong with you?"

"There's something I want to tell you, Ndi," Rena said in a dubious voice.

"What story do you want?" ask Andi curious.

Before telling the story, Rena again convinced herself in her heart to tell Andi honestly. After feeling that he was ready for it, Rena began to tell the problem that is currently happening with Alvin.

He told Andi everything without anything being covered. Exactly like what he said to Alina yesterday.

Throughout telling of all her stupidity, Rena's tears naturally came out of her eyelids. His chest felt tight when telling that to Andi, in contrast to when he told Alina yesterday who only felt sad. This time not only sad, he also felt very guilty to Andi and also felt very stupid about his fear of Alvin. Her crying even became more so when she said that Alvin had kissed her without her permission.

There he really felt guilty towards Andi. He did not even dare to look at Andi's face for fear that the man would get angry at her. It is true that Andi deserves to be angry, but he is still not ready if he has to accept Andi's anger a second time after his excessive jealousy some time ago.

Throughout Rena's story, Andi did not let out her voice at all. He just kept quiet and became a good listener for Rena. His expression looked flat, not knowing what he was feeling himself.

Andi put her hands on both cheeks of Rena. He led the woman to look at him. He rubbed the tapered cheeks that were taking care of it more gently. It was so heartless to see the woman he loved sobbing like that.

From that cry, Andi could feel that Rena was not lying to him in every sentence she said. He who could not be angry for long with Rena then just shook his heart to see my face.

"Don't cry anymore. I don't like to see you grieve like this" Andi said in a low voice.

The sound of knocking on the door made the atmosphere in the room slightly disturbed. Andi who felt if it was his employees who would deliver drinks immediately asked him to come in.

"Sorry sir, if long. The glass broke, so it had to be remade."

Andi nodded her head without a sound. He immediately asked the employee to get out of there after putting the drink on the table. Do not forget Andi leave a message for his secretary if he is currently not receiving guests to his room. He didn't want anyone to interrupt his conversation with Rena.

"Drink first."

Rena received a glass of orange juice from Andi and gulped it twice. After that he gave it back to Andi and again lowered his gaze.

"Darling, look at me" Andi said as she placed her hand under Rena's chin.

"Why weren't you honest from the start? Why did you cover it from me? Don't you think of me as your boyfriend anymore?"

"I'm just scared, Ndi. I'm afraid you're angry because I once agreed to Alvin's invitation to leave. Especially when our relationship is not good" said Rena with fear.

Hearing that Andi sighed.

"alright. Now forget that guy. Now what about your situation? Did he hurt you?" ask Andi.

Rena shook her head slowly.

"He just pulled my hand yesterday, but it's better. It was fortunate that Alina and her brother came to my aid, I was so grateful to them."

"You're staying at Alina's?" ask Andi.

"How do you know?" ask Rena curious.
