As in previous days, even today during her work, Alina was always accompanied by her husband through a video call on her mobile phone. Her husband is very possessive, always want to make sure if his wife is fine, even though Alina has confirmed if she is fine at that time.

Rico who did not want to continue discussing this that would make his wife's mood worse, then diverted the chat while returning to his wife who was still working on her job in front of the computer.

After two hours passed, Alina's work was completed first. Before Rico picks her up, Rico asks Alina to rest her body in his room. He also asked Alina not to forget to drink water and eat snacks so that her stomach is always filled, although a little goes into her stomach.

"Oh yes, dear. I really suddenly want a matcha cake, yes" said Alina later.

"Kue? You want to eat cake?" ask Rico and be asserted by Alina.

"Darling, are you cravings?" ask Rico with a sparkle. He even ignored his computer screen to wait for his wife's answer.

Since the beginning of her pregnancy, only this time Alina asked for something from her. Something he is aware of that is none other than the cravings of pregnant people.

If the husbands out there are more complaining because his wife is difficult to buy something, then Rico just the opposite. He was very much waiting for that day to arrive and looked excited to be bothered by his wife.

"Who's craving?" alina asked in surprise.

"That's you suddenly want a matcha cake. That's a cravings, isn't it?"

"No, Honey. I don't crave, I just want a matcha cake."

"Just the same, honey. You want a matcha cake when you're pregnant, it's a sign you're craving."

"What's that like?" Rico nodded his head confidently. "It seems not. I really like sweet foods, though I can't eat too much of them, honey."

Alina felt strange about her husband's behavior. He was very surprised why Rico was very insistent if he was craving matcha cake. He is a lover of chocolate cake, but that does not mean he does not like other cake variants.

"Darling, you want the matcha cake now? I bought it, yes" said Rico with his spirit.

Rico was about to close his call to go to the nearest cake shop. But not yet had his hand touched the red button to close his call, the man fell silent all of a sudden. Making Alin raise both eyebrows in surprise. He thought Rico had just realized that he was not allowed to eat sweet foods too often and wanted to undo his intention to go to the cake shop.

"Why, Honey?" ask Alina.

"Darling, I forgot."

"Forgot what?" alina asked curiously. Don't tell me if Rico will really undo his intention to buy matcha cake for him.

"My work is not done. What if I finish my work first, then after that we can go to the cake shop together?"

Hearing her husband's words, Alina breathed a sigh of relief. He could hardly eat chocolate cake.

Because she felt that her husband was busy at this time, Alina also tried to understand to wait for him to finish work, then after that they went to the cake shop to buy matcha cake Alina's wishes.

"Darling, I want that one," pointed Alina at a medium-sized matcha cake on the display case inside the cake shop they were visiting at this time.

Before confirming his wife's request, Rico asked the waiter there first.

"Excuse me, does that matcha cake have a mini size?" rico said, pointing to the cake his wife wanted.

The waiter looked at the cake that Rico had pointed at, then confirmed it. He walked over to one of the storefronts in the middle and gave Rico a piece of matcha cake that was exactly what Rico had pointed out earlier.

"This, Sir."

Rico grabbed the cake and handed it to Alina.

Alina was silent to see the matcha cake in her husband's hand that was one piece in size. Had her husband fallen into poverty, to the point of not being able to afford a medium-sized cake.

"Darling?" said Rico who broke his wife's daydream.

"Aah?"

"Why are you daydreaming?" asked Rico in surprise.

"Em, sorry. Honey, why did you buy this cake just a piece?" ask Alina later. She still had not received the cake from Rico's hands because she felt that her husband was not serious about the cake in his hand.

"Honey, you can't eat sweet foods a lot, so I deliberately bought a small size. You are also pregnant at this time, what if your disease relapses in this state? I don't want to look for it just because I follow your cravings" Rico explained.

Alina also who had thought that Rico had forgotten his illness now had to obey her husband's will. Even though a little more he can eat matcha cake as much as at home. But again, all things do not always go according to his will. He plans, but God determines the way.

But it's okay, Alina tried to think positively with what happened. Perhaps in this way God wants him always in his protection, with Rico beside him as an intermediary, as a reminder of his selfishness. Selfish because not thinking about the fetus in his stomach for the sake of his n4psnya that makes him forget himself.
