GREY MARNI

GREY MARNI
Caught

Today Rudi is carrying a considerable amount of money in his jacket pocket. He headed to the market to hand it over to Dimas.

"This is the money" said Rudi

"Hahaha, when I thought you'd take longer to sell everything"

"I'm expert. Is there any more stuff?"

"Some, I'll get it for a second"

Dimas entered the market, long enough he took his goods. Until Dimas came out with a black bag that looked big enough to make Rudi surprised.

"This is three times from yesterday Rud. I deliberately prepared you not to come here too often" Dimas said as he put the bag he was carrying.

"Three times from yesterday?"

"Yes? Hows it? Able?"

"Well, what about my part?"

"Three times your previous allotment and there will be a little extra money.”

"Well, the price is as usual, right?"

"Yes"

"OK"

Rudi carried the black bag and immediately left Dimas. Starting from Rudi began to feel an anxiety that made him slightly realize that what he did now could cause him to end up in prison.

But Rudi can only keep doing it, he feels that he still needs to run his new business. It was quite beneficial and enough to stop the headaches that he always suffered every night.

Rudi got in front of his boarding house, he walked down his head and hoped that no one would say hello.

"Rude! Where's it?"

Rudi looked for the origin of the woman's voice, he saw Laura sweeping and waving her hand as if she was calling him.

"Awhile..."

Rudi answered him by walking quickly to his room. After reaching the room and putting the goods, Rudi went back down and met Laura who was waiting for him in front of the house.

"What's the matter Ra?"

"You just got home from work?"

"Yes, why?"

"Now you've been home a while. Whether that's how I feel or not"

"Hahaha, that's just your feeling"

"You want coffee?"

"Can"

Laura went into her room and made Rudi a cup of coffee and for her, she made white milk ice in a large glass.

"I should have asked for milk ice as well" said Rudi while stroking his throat.

"Hahaha, it's wrong to ask for coffee"

"I accept everything with a chest"

"Hahaha, make it yourself if you want ice."

"Not necessary"

"Oh yes Rud, the black bag you brought earlier what was it?"

Rudi looks confused looking for answers to questions given by Laura. The man was silent for a moment while thinking about what he was going to say in response.

"Oh that... That's a tool for real buses"

"Oh, just equipment"

"Yes"

Chat between friends with each other's secrets does not make their chat awkward. Instead they were getting protracted until that afternoon began the evening.

"Oh yes Rud, have you met Marni again?"

"Yes not yet, I also almost forgot about that woman"

In Rudi's heart he had just realized that he had not met Marni for a very long time. It was as if Marni was swallowed by the ground and earth. Women seemed to disappear instantly from Rudi's life until Laura reminded herself.

"Yes yeah! It's been a long time since I've met Marni" Rudi added.

"Don't you still keep the address given by him?"

"It looks like I'm still keeping it"

......................

The conversation ended with a discussion about Marni and some discussions about the weather that lately began to be erratic.

Rudi went back to his room, he had held back his desire long enough to just make Laura unsuspecting.

Rudi began his ritual as usual, a ritual that left him immersed in silence. That night went by so quickly, all the thoughts he was trying to bury slowly disappeared into the ground.

The moon passes, the stars pass, the night passes and the sun greets all life on earth. The flowers, wet with dew, slowly began to bloom and spread their fragrance and beauty.

Rudi woke up in a fresher state than usual. He cleaned his whole body in the bathroom. Wearing clothes and picking up some marijuana he just got from Dimas.

Rudi came out of the room and locked her up, walking slowly with the jacket she was wearing. Rudi walked out onto the highway and rode the angkot as usual.

After a few minutes of travel, Rudi got off at a place still far from the terminal. In front of a small alley, Rudi turned to the right and left and then he entered the small alley.

Rudi walked a few steps until he reached a small house with blue walls. From inside the house came a teenager who was already wearing a school uniform.

The teenager held out a few pieces of money and Rudi gave her the item.

There was no chatter between Rudi and the student. Rudi immediately turned around and exited from inside the alley.

An unlucky fate that Rudi never expected. Two people in black leather jackets suddenly embraced themselves in full force.

The two men immediately put handcuffs on Rudi's hands without saying anything.

At that moment, Rudi realized what the two men were doing. Believing in disbelief, Rudi's heart skipped a beat. He could not believe that he was being arrested by the police.

Rudi tried to rebel and tried to escape, but the two policemen had enough power to stop Rudi. Moreover, both hands that have been handcuffed, Rudi began to surrender to the circumstances he suffered that morning.

Rudi stopped his attempt to rebel and a black car stopped in front of him. Rudi was held up and forced into the black car.

The two policemen were quite good because they did not do the slightest violence to Rudi other than the pain on both sides of the ring due to handcuffs that were too tight.

The car took Rudi somewhere, Rudi just kept quiet and enveloped himself with some regret and thought about what happened that day.

Rudi was framed by the police by using a teenager who had just ordered marijuana from him. At that time Rudi also felt very eager to hit his head against the wall.

The regret came too late, could not be denied anymore and could not turn back the time to handle it.

Rudi just kept silent in the embrace of the two policemen. The car drove without turning on the siren. Overtaking and overtaking until stopped in front of a police station.

Rudi was dragged out of the car and escorted into the police headquarters. Inside the police station were several other policemen who looked at him and shook his head.

Rudi didn't know anything about the attitude of those cops. Then Rudi was told to sit down okay one of the police who detained him.

Rudi sat with his eyes facing straight ahead right where an empty chair and a table full of several files.

Rudi looked around, he scanned the whole room and found a white board with his picture there. The photo was taken in a place that was very familiar to him.

The photo was only a day ago when he sat with Dimas, but strangely there was only a picture of him without any photos of Dimas there.

Rudi is still trying to digest what really happened to him. Why is there no picture of him in there and there are only pictures of him? Was it framed? Question after question began to come out in Rudi's mind.

Not long after, a policeman with a thick mustache and a distended stomach sat in the chair in front of Rudi.

"So you've been selling marijuana to underage children?"

I was shocked by the police statement. Selling to an age-carried child? Didn't I just sell it to a minor this time?

The more questions that are in Rudi's brain.
