GREY MARNI

GREY MARNI
Final Decision of Salsa

The sky started to cloud and the air started to cool. Rudi got up and put down his guitar, went to the bathroom and cleaned his whole body. It looks like it's going to rain today, and there's probably going to be some tears. His wait and struggle seemed to be almost over, he would soon return home with a very glittering diamond.

Rudi prepares to head for Salsa's room, she is ready for everything even if Salsa refuses her goodwill. There is no doubt for Rudi to accept Salsa no matter what the circumstances and the thing that Salsa is most worried about is the fear of not being accepted by her family is not something she needs to think about. Rudi's family couldn't have been so stupid as to humiliate or not consider Salsa a proper daughter-in-law for her child.

Rudi started walking towards Salsa's room, apparently Salsa was also relaxing on her bed. Rudi knocked on the door of his room and heard Salsa hastily move on and long enough to open the door.

Salsa opened the door and raised her chin as if she was asking, "What's wrong?" He did not make any sound out of his mouth. Rudi ignored him and went straight into Salsa's room and then invited Salsa to sit next to him.

"Sa, just go straight to the core." Rudi opened the conversation.

Salsa just kept quiet and waited for Rudi to continue his words.

"Yesterday Laura told me everything"

Rudi took a swing to start his serious conversation.

"So gini Sa, I came here it was all with the consent of my parents, they gave it all to me. About how I choose and who I want to make my partner, they will not interfere let alone not accept my choice. My parents were two good people who never had a petty nature in their life. They also understand very well how difficult a struggle is..."

Rudi increasingly becomes in explaining how the family, environment and anything about himself with his family. Salsa just kept quiet and looked at Rudi. Not smiling not even winking. Really like a good listener.

Rudi told me long enough. Salsa was completely silent. Rudi began to feel like he was being played, but he chose to continue the story.

"... He was a guard at an angkringan stall near my house. Where my father used to coffee every morning..."

Rudi had not finished telling her everything, but suddenly Salsa stood up and...

"Aren't you tired of talking? Not drinking, is it?"

Rudi just nodded silently and was shocked to hear Salsa offer a drink. It seemed like the Salsa from earlier was indeed just toying with her and pretending to hear her story.

Salsa went to the kitchen and returned with a glass of water and gave it to Rudi.

"Drink first, the throat is dry"

".... Ba... Ik... Lah!"

Salsa sat back down and then held Rudi's hand. Rudi was slightly startled by Salsa's sudden behavior holding her hand.

Salsa held onto Rudi's hand and played his fingers, bending and stacking Rudi's fingers and then squeezing them very hard and suddenly. Rudi was in pain and flapped his fingers while occasionally blowing them. Salsa just laughed at Rudi's silly behavior in pain. Between pain and pleasure, Rudi looked back at the sweet smile of Salsa's tiny red lips without any dye. Rudi then smiled and again drank a glass of water brought by Salsa.

"Rud, save your story for a better time. I'd be so sorry to know all your stories today." Salsa wants something.

"Sa... I need a certainty from you!"

"Concert about what?"

"Do you love me?" Ask Rudi suddenly.

"Do you love me too?" Ask Salsa back.

"I love you so much"

"Are you not afraid if I just want your treasure?"

"You're not that kind of woman"

"All right hug me"

Rudi was stunned to hear the last word spoken by Salsa, Rudi did not immediately embrace her until Salsa gave a second signal for Rudi to embrace her. Then Rudi approached Salsa and began to hug Salsa tightly. Rudi stroked Salsa's head and slightly ruffled her hair.

"I told you to hug me instead of ruffling my hair"

"Hahaha maap lord of the king, servant of deliverance"

"Based on the servant who is never grateful!"

"Hahaha, I want to hold you for longer"

"Don't wait, someone's gonna see"

"We've got it out, right?"

"Hahaha all right"

It is the intimacy that unites their hearts and minds. The tighter they cling to each other, the tighter the heart they intertwine.

It's been a few minutes and they haven't let go of his embrace. It was like there was a deep longing between them, even though they just did not meet and chat for two days.

Rudi began to let go of his embrace and took Salsa up and chatted in front of Rudi's room and Salsa agreed to Rudi's request.

Rudi moved out of the room and Salsa followed him from behind. They sat on the front floor of Rudi's room cold and without any reason. Rudi picked up a guitar to accompany their warm talk.

"What do you want me to call you? Rudi or Doni?" Ask Salsa.

"Whatever, call baby no problem either"

"Okay my dear"

"Hahaha, my dear this isn't cold?"

"No, my dear, I am strong!"

"Haha... Like simulating being husband and wife"

"Haha..."

Rudi began to play his guitar while Salsa confirmed his sitting position and leaned his head on Rudi's shoulder. Rudi began to quote after quote slowly, a symphony of warmth began to spread inside the bodies of both of them. The rain began to fall, the wind began to get more and more irregular. They ignore everything and just sit back and enjoy the togetherness that is created.

"Don't ask me anything more, I'll trust you to death"

"All right.." Rudi answered briefly.

...****************...

...Lean on your shoulder as if I missed all my burdens...

...Dealing with you as if all my darkness...

...If the bees understood your fragrance...

...If the fish understood your freshness...

...There will be no more flowers that run out of juice...

...There will be no more salty seawater by your filth...

...****************...

"Sa, it's been quite the night, you didn't go back to the room?"

"You kicked me out?"

"Hahaha do you think so?"

"Today I sleep in your room again"

"Emmm... Alright"

They both went into Rudi's room. Rudi started cleaning his mattress and preparing a blanket for Salsa. Salsa immediately broke her body and Rudi just looked at her.

"Rud, hug me from behind!"

"But strange?"

"Can't!"

Rudi slept next to Salsa and used her Blanket to cover herself and Salsa. Rudi hugged Salsa from behind tightly and Salsa had already started to fall asleep.

Tonight everything is resolved, and the flowers of hope that once only grew, have now begun to bloom. The relationship between Salsa and Rudi is now not just a relationship between friends, but more convincing. Continuing on as a very promising story of happiness. Will they continue like that until the next day?
