Vol II Chap 23 - Nio Plan

Nio had reached the city of Pertus and himself along with his colleagues was entered into his restaurant. It actually took them three days to pass through the Sulfur Forest. Their journey into the city was very safe, they arrived at the restaurant right at midnight. In front of Nio's restaurant page, everyone starts to split up, except for Nio himself and Romeo.

"Romeo, I want you to have your own business. Those who bear the name Vlamera should have a strong background in terms of economics" Nio said.

Romeo nodded in understanding. "Nio, I think I've heard the name of this restaurant of yours" he explained.

Nio was surprised to hear that. "really?"

"Yes, in the memory of Peter and Petro, your restaurant is very famous. They know that in this restaurant hides great power, therefore some of the higher-ups in the Tigerion kingdom Ranker association do not like it, they are always looking for information about this Vlamera restaurant," explained Romeo.

Romeo is guarding Cleo's bar.

At the meeting, they all discussed about the background of the newest members of the Vlamera.

"What if Romeo enters the military in the city of Pertus?" ask Cleo.

Nio replied, "Military is a world that is too vast, he must quickly have his own community, which means his strength can grow bigger. I still don't trust the Romeo completely."

Vernando nodded in agreement. "Even if I help, maybe only two of my members will give up to help him" he said.

Then they think of something else.

Shortly after, Nio thought of a very interesting job for Romeo. "What if we hire Romeo in a temple?"

Everyone there was shocked to hear it.

"Well, don't you not like those god worshippers?" ask Leonardo.

"Yes, Leo has a point too" Cleo chimed in.

Nio smiled hearing the others bewildered by his opinion. "We have not never sent anyone into the temple of the gods. I want to put Romeo in it so that we can more easily master the temple. Cleo, I also want you to control it, don't let it go" she explained.

Cleo nodded. "So that's it, huh? All right, on request," he said.

And it is true that they had several times put their members Vernando into the temple in the city of Pertus. Even Johan who worked at his restaurant Nio also worked as a priest at the temple, he did not work as Johan, but other identities. It is rumored that there was a demon worshiper in the temple who made the identity of the other Johan die.

But in the end, all agreed that Romeo would be placed in the temple. Cleo doesn't really trust Romeo either, only she knows she's liked by him.

Nio soon meets Romeo with Cleo at his bar, while Vernando and Leonardo take care of him at his temple.

After meeting with Romeo, they chatted in Cleo's private room long enough to convince her. It was actually quite easy to convince the man, but there were times when he did not notice what was being talked about, Romeo instead noticed Cleo's embarrassed face being noticed continuously.

"How, Romeo? Do you want to?" ask Nio

Romeo was silent and thought for a moment about the offer from Nio. "Why can't I just work at this bar? I want to be with Cleo all the time" he said.

Nio patted his eel. "You need a strong back screen, can't just work as a cleaning worker at this bar. As a person with the name of Vlamera, you must have a strong background."

"Well, I'll work in that temple as a priest. But can I still meet Cleo?" ask Romeo.

"We have a plan to destroy the temple and the people inside. After we destroy the temple, you will be set dead by everyone" Nio explained.

Romeo was a little surprised to hear it, while Nio allowed him to digest the plan he just called it.

"Why can I be set dead?" ask Romeo.

"Because inside the temple, there was a very strong demon god worshiper. Actually we did not want to cause a commotion, but our other plan was to make the temple collapse. Besides, we all plan to leave this city after the destruction of the temple" Nio explained.

"Lho's? Get out of this town? Why?" ask Romeo again.

Nio shook his head and replied, "I can't answer it yet. Until the temple is destroyed, I'll explain all the plans."

Romeo nodded in understanding. "All right."

Then the man went along with Nio to the temple in question just now. Cleo did not come because she was already in the bar, surely many people might look for her if she disappeared again.

Arriving at the temple, Romeo was immediately assigned as a priest with a new identity, namely named Theo Alvarus. He was designated as a newcomer, or rather as a parish. All his affairs became very easy because there were at least five people of which Vernando was employed in the temple.

Now Romeo is officially appointed as the new priest.

Just a day after the matter was inaugurated, many people were shocked to hear it. It became the talk of many people because it is very rare there is a parish designated as a new priest.

But with each passing day, they no longer talk about it. Daily communication and topics were completely controlled by Nio and Cleo. They were both really very influential in the city of Pertus.

Now that Nio was in his private room, Alice was also there. They talked about the illness that Nio had suffered for days. The man also said that he still has frequent headaches. In recent days, Johan is the one who takes care of all the business of restaurant– even often submit some renovations on the decoration on the front page.

"Alice! Sakiiiiiit .. " said Nio in pain.

After which, Nio placed his head on his thigh on Alice. The girl was surprised to see him.

Alice's face flushed red to the point that it was like it was emitting smoke from her hair. At first the girl sighed because her thighs were amused by Nio's hair. But in the end, he ventured to gently wipe her hair.

"Well, a good fiancee is like this" Nio teased.

"Hmmm!" Alice turned her face away, but her hand still stroked Nio's head. "Shut-j-don't tease me anymore!" yells.

And the man in her lap laughed at her. His smile once again fascinated Alice.
