Vol II Chap 45 - Meet the Four Sky Rankers

The next day Lug and the others had gone and passed through the mountain. When they left, there were some things that were a little difficult because there were some terrible demons. They even had time to meet a dark elf who they think the creature managed to escape the invasion carried out by the Lich before.

The four of them barely knew whether it was now morning or night, the sky was covered by dark clouds that stretched as far as the eye could see.

Especially now that they had just arrived in front of a lake that was blood red, it smelled very foul and there were many bones that were quite large– floating on the surface of the lake. The lake is quite large and opposite there is a large stretch of sand.

"Lug, how do we cross this lake?" asked Zephyr beside her right.

Lug thought hard and did not answer the question. He still continued to stare at the goal across the lake, then glanced to his right and left. His face also looked troubled.

Then Lug took a deep breath, then exhaled it. Her breathing was hot because she did not take off her transformation magic.

Zephyr continued to stare at Lug with a slightly frightened look because his transformation was terrifying. So the Zephyr moved away a little out of fear.

"Maybe it's risky" Lug said. "I'll send you back and forth by flying."

Zephyr knew immediately that the plan was risky, as well as Nagisa and Raini. But they seem to agree with Lug's opinion, the three of them are confident and not afraid of what happens even though the plan is at risk. The three of them looked at Lug with a confident smile, Zephyr represented the two women by nodding his head.

Once again Lug breathed out. "Alright, you guys have to take good care of yourself, okay?"

"okay!" answered Nagisa, Raini, and Zephyr in unison.

Lug brought the first Zephyr to fly across the lake. He hugged her tightly so as not to fall into the lake below. While Zephyr's feet were already sweating coldly and trembling because he was so afraid.

"Is this safe, Lug?" zephyr asked as he turned towards Nagisa and Raini who were already very far away.

Lug replied, "Just calm down, it's safe. As long as you don't move so much that I lose my balance."

"Alright," said Zephyr who was still a little restless.

The two of them flew very safely, although Zephyr felt that the form Lug used was too sinister.

When Lug turned his head, Zephyr started asking hesitantly, "Lug, aren't you out of nowhere? Already from yesterday you used that form, isn't transformation using mana continuously?"

Lug smiled and replied, "When in the tent, I let go of this form and recovered my manpower."

Zephyr was surprised. Then Lug flew back across the lake to take Nagisa and Raini. But Zephyr was still confused himself. So ... They were yesterday ... He imagined a no-no, but that was exactly what happened–hehe.

Nothing happened when Lug returned to pick up his two wives. He brought both of them together. They found no trouble crossing, and the three of them arrived safely, and nothing happened to Zephyr.

After successfully crossing, they saw a fairly high hill. There the clouds in the sky were getting thicker and the thunderous lightning was also becoming more and more so.

I don't know, for some reason every time in a demon place like this must be terrible nuance. Unless one of the demons was a main character in a story, then surely the place of the demons was not this scary, the inner Lug was astonished. But it was from Endless War that the world of demons was indeed very terrible as what he witnessed now.

"Let's go to that hill," asked Lug. It might be there ...

They immediately went up the hill. The sand they were stepping on was quite hot and was filled with the skeletons of monstrous creatures.

And when they got on the hill, the four of them saw a floating land. The ground looked solid and the people who saw it would definitely think it was a temple. Because it is a place similar to the temple offerings–ada circular ground surrounded by pillars numbered dozens, and in the middle of the circular land there is something shaped beams, beam-shaped, but it is composed of beams that are not arranged properly.

Nagisa wondered, "The place is quite strange - what is a mere illusion? Or is it really a floating temple?"

Lug did not reply, his eyes were fixed towards the hovering spot, his gaze was really sharp and heed anything around him. "Come on!"

"All right," said Nagisa.

The humans.

Lug had already felt confident that their journey would sooner or later be known to the Sky Rankers living in the demon world ever since his fight against the Lich. He was not surprised by the arrival of these people.

It was just that the three people behind him were surprised to see those four silhouettes.

The four of them were people who had previously observed a huge explosion at a headquarters where the Sky Rankers lived. And the four of them looked quite strong when viewed from his appearance.

The leftmost ranker was a silhouette with eyes that emitted a red radiance whose hair was as flat as ever, he was wearing a mask that covered part of his face. Next to him was a Ranker whose eyes had two colors at once, namely orange and sky blue, his face looked extremely cold as ice. Next to her was a female Ranker with grinning lips and her gaze was extremely enthusiastic. While the far right was a man with an extremely large body, he carried a gigantic hammer that was almost half the size of his own body. The four of them wore armor of different shades, accompanied by a varied red line.

"Well, young man, how can you be in this horrible world?" asked the female Ranker, she was named Vienna Roxleyn– her last name was from one of the distinguished families with high rank in the kingdom of Yon.

The ranker with the biggest body chimed in, "You shouldn't be here, come back!" This great man was named Viordan Welminson–a family with a fairly high rank of the kingdom of Tigerion.

But the Ranker who had eyes of different colors was looking at the transformation used by the Lug as if it had been worn for a long time. "Son, aren't you worried that your manpower source will dry up?" he asked with a terrible voice, but his tone was flat. He was named Axlon Quint– cousin of his teacher Nagisa, Pholine Quint.

Lug grinned and replied, "I can be ashamed of letting go of this transformation. Because now I'm naked."

The female ranker named Vienna Roxleyn suddenly stuck out her tongue as if looking at a delicious meal. "So-why don't you show me your fresh body? Are you ashamed?"

"Do you think I'm a shameless animal naked in front of his neighbor?" asked Lug in an unhappy tone. He sighed bitterly because he felt he got harassment from the question asked.

Vienna still showed a seductive facial expression. "Ah, no. I was just kidding ... After all, you'd better go back to the human world alone," he said in an increasingly seductive tone. He also did not hesitate to listen to the sound of his erotic sigh.

Lug lowered his head not paying attention to Vienna's words, he exhaled a breath that had deep meaning. "You're going to stop us in a situation that's almost beyond help like this?" ask with a sharp look. He released a very powerful killing intent.

Suddenly there was a bubble ball that locked Lug inside. And on the surface of the bubble there are many chains that bind it. It's just that Lug is still acting calm.

It was an action done by Axlon, the crystal ball in his hand was emitting a dim light the moment the bubble appeared. "Fix that tone of your voice! I suspect you as a demon if your tone is still as challenging as that! Come back! Besides, what do you mean by that?!" exacting.

"Axlon-don't be rude to that little boy!" exclaim Vienna in an erotic tone again while glancing towards Axlon.

Lug without the slightest hesitation and fear, he touched the surface of the bubble.

"What?!"

Axlon was surprised to see that her bubble magic was on fire when touched by Lug. Even the chains faded very quickly.

"We don't have bad intentions, why did you stop us?" ask Lug with a flat face.

Then Axlon stared at the restless looking Zephyr as he stared at Lug. "Hey!" Axlon calling. "You're a boy from the Azamuth family, aren't you? How did you get here too?"

Zephyr was silent, but his gaze suddenly calmed down after being questioned.

"You don't need to know!" exclaim Lug with a tinge.

Vienna continued to be patient with the cold attitude of the boy who was using the transformation magic. "Son, I ask you one more time. What is the reason you came to this demon world? You shouldn't endanger yourself until you barge in here!" clearly with a friendly tone.

"Go back, boy!" tell Ranker that his eyes are red. He was named Maxleen Clark, himself from the kingdom of Tigerion, his family was the highest rank in the kingdom, his elder brother was a king in the kingdom of Tigerion. Now he took a step forward to exert a hint of pressure, let alone plastered a cold and hideous expression from his face.
