Chap 46 - Hunting Test

The next morning, Lug and Nagisa come to a place with the other students. They both realized that the disciples who were there were all chosen ones. There were no Wilson, Phieri, Qei, Anni, Evan, and several other children Lug's age. It's just that Zephyr joined him.

The place they came to was a forest that was to the east of the royal city–village Nedhen was to the south of the royal city.

"Sister," suddenly Nagisa called out. "Where are we going?"

Lug turned his head, then answered what he knew, "If it's not wrong we're being included in the hunting test, but I don't know what I know?"

Nagisa nodded.

Shortly thereafter, a burly man appeared who only wore shorts with a dark color. Her skin was a burning brown color that was coated by sweat which made her body shiny. The man was very tall, even Lug was only as tall as the man.

Zephyr looked at the burly man with a strange application, as if they knew each other but were not familiar.

Then the burly man introduced himself, "My name is Brock, Brock Edelweiss."

Instantly Lug knew what was the reason why Zephyr was staring at the burly man.

Brock began to explain what the disciples were going to do by coming all the way out of the royal city. "After this you will hunt the wild animals around here. Take it easy, you will not be told to hunt individually, but in groups. You'll be given a value every time you kill a."

The man's tone sounded very firm and loud, it was because he was one of the military with quite a high rank.

Brock stared at Zephyr for a moment, and then his gaze turned to Lug and Nagisa. The couple wore their respective emblems on their right chests and made Brock instantly know who the two of them were.

"Hey, you two," call the burly man. "Dust of Stars, Hexagonal Stars, come here!"

Lug and Nagisa turned towards Brock, then walked over to him. Lug asked, "Yes? What's up?"

"I just want to say something" Brock said.

"What's that?"

"The two of you are not allowed to be in one group" Brock explained.

Nagisa looked at Lug with a doubtful look, but her brother nodded with confidence. Their gaze returned to the burly man before them and nodded in understanding.

"And again" said Brock not finished while pointing at Nagisa. "The Hexagonal Star will be together with the Blue Arm in the same group, for the Star Dust, you will be able to choose your own group."

The Blue Arm is the Zephyr. He had brought up the source of his soul a few months ago. The source of his soul was a blue light that formed a half-transparent arm with long fingernails, and the arm was glowing.

"Hexagonal Star, you can go straight to the Blue Arm" Brock said.

Lug stroked Nagisa's head first and gave a warm smile. The girl replied with a happy smile, then immediately went to see Zephyr. But Lug is still not welcome to leave. After that, Lug immediately headed into the forest, he traced it to the very depths. The forest is as far as 800 regrites from the royal city walls. Then Lug immediately went to hunt wild animals again so that the next day he already had a lot of value.

Turning to Nagisa, he was now together with Zephyr to build three wooden huts. He built the three cottages with a similar concept to small houses that were separated and formed a triangular pattern. And in the middle of it was a bonfire ready to be lit.

In Nagisa's group there is a noble girl who has the last name Lawrence.

"Hey, you!" zephyr exclaimed angrily at the girl who was busy taking care of her fingernails by sitting on a large log. "Help us a little, you have not contributed at all."

Instead of feeling guilty, the girl scoffed at Zephyr, "You two should be grateful that I want to join this group of yours, you damned child!"

Zephyr sighed, he raised his eyebrows. "To be honest, I'm a little offended by your words."

Nagisa was puzzled, she thought how could such a lazy brute girl join the hunt examination?

Even so, Nagisa did not bother about it. It was just that he was worried about Zephyr, seeing his friend continue to be booed like that made him furious and was about to hit the slack girl's head. But Zephyr who knew about it immediately blocked Nagisa. The man smiled casually, as if his face said, don't mind it, you'll only make this matter worse.

The rough girl who was lazing was named Sintya Lawrence. Now he stood up and entered the cottage that Zephyr and Nagisa had made without any hesitation.

Sintya has long black hair, visible several strands of red hair tucked between other black hair. Her eyes were not wide, and her mouth was quite tiny. The girl was quite short and had reddish-brown irises.

As Sintya had entered the hut, Zephyr and Nagisa looked at each other and smiled cunningly.

"You ready?" asked Zephyr whispering.

Nagisa nodded, then approached Sintya's cottage. "Do you want to hunt?" ask the girl inside the cabin.

From inside the cottage, Sintya replied, "I'm lazy, later!"

Nagisa looked back at Zephyr with the same smile. "Well then, rest as comfortably as possible" he said. But this girl still did not leave Sintya's cottage. "Are you sure?" ask again to make sure.

Sintya who was inside the cottage felt annoyed. "YES, I AM SURE! IF YOU WANT TO GO HUNTING, GO AHEAD!!!" snapped it. It sucks!

Then Nagisa immediately ran slowly, and chuckled with Zephyr. Then the two of them left Sintya in her cottage alone. They hunt without the lazy girl because it feels much better than being a burden in the group.

"When I still want to tease him, haha," Nagisa said halfway through.

Zephyr also laughed, "Hahaha, yeah, you should have teased him again, that's really funny."

And a few moments later, there was a noise from a distance. Zephyr and Nagisa immediately examined him, but when examined, no animals were seen. It was already very dark, accompanied by a towering tree tree very high, although it was still afternoon but in the forest it felt like it was already pitch black.

And the same noise was heard again but from above the trees. Zephyr and Nagisa couldn't see clearly what was up there. The silhouette of a tailed animal jumps from one tree to another. And up there is not only one, but there are dozens.
