Adam's Anger (2)

"Haha." Brian's loud laughter was heard in one of the private rooms at the wrong night entertainment venue. Inside the same room, there was Marvin, his other cousin.

"I'm thrilled to hear that Adam's new car is on fire. He must be crying over the fate of the car" said Brian.

"That's for sure, Brian. I don't know where he got the money to get that car. Whether it's his own savings, or it's a gift from our late grandfather that we don't know about, which obviously he's now missing the car. I'm sure he won't have any more money to buy a new car" Marvin said.

"You're right, Marv. We don't need to further investigate the source of the money. If we can't take Adam's, we can still destroy him. That way, he would never be able to enjoy the money."

"We still have to investigate, Brian. You said he now looks very familiar with Mr Chess, right? It makes me have a bad feeling. I'm afraid they're doing something we don't know. If we can figure out what they're up to, we can destroy the plan" Marvin said.

"You take it easy, Marvin. I've taken care of everything. I told someone to follow Adam. All the movements of the clutter we can know. So, we can figure out what he's up to now" Brian explained.

Brian was still very upset with Adam. Although he has no evidence that Adam was the perpetrator who set his car on fire, Brian is confident in his gut feeling. He was sure that the one who did this was Adam.

So, he immediately told someone to burn Adam's car in revenge. If Adam wasn't, Brian would have done it. As a form of revenge because Adam had taken the parking lot from him.

Actually, Brian was eager to burn down the house that Adam occupied. It could have left the man dead inside his burning house. However, his men said Adam was not in the house.

Then, if he did that, then a more in-depth investigation would be conducted. Brian was afraid of not being able to remove his tracks well. If that happens, everyone will know that it was he who told someone to burn down Adam's house.

"It's good that you told someone to follow Adam. People like Adam do not deserve to be happy. He could have taken what was not his right. I wouldn't be satisfied if I hadn't made Adam's life suffer" said Marvin.

"Now, do we need to report on the relationship between Adam and Mr Chess which is now getting closer to our father and mother?" ask Brian.

"Why do that? I think we can still handle him. People like Adam will not be able to give us a big fight. Even though the late Grandfather left Adam enough money, I don't think it's more than our money, is it?"

"Then, for your car, you don't have to turn it around, do you? You insured everything. The insurance has also promised to change your car, right? Don't be so sad about your car. We have to come up with a bigger plan to destroy Adam's life" Marvin said.

"Yes that's right. If insurance hadn't changed my car, I'd be sure Adam's life would be gone by now. Lucky he can escape death now," said Brian.

Brian and Marvin looked at each other. The two men had a bad feeling about this. It's a coincidence that their phones ring at the same time. However, since both work in family companies, they think there is most likely a problem in their family company.

"Hallo, Pa? What's up?" asked Brian who was now straightening his back. No more Brian sitting helplessly. His face had also turned even more serious.

"I'm having lunch with Marvin, Pa. What's wrong?" asked Brian who was now looking at his cousin. Looks like Marvin got a call from his dad, too. This made Brian very sure something bad had happened.

"Lunch on! Stop that lunch. Now, quickly get back to the company. We're getting a very serious problem right now" Doni explained.

"Alright, Pa. I'll be right back now" replied Brian.

Not long after Brian hung up his phone call, Marvin was also done with his call. The two men looked back for a moment.

"Do you know what's going on? Why is there such a big problem right now?" ask Brian.

"I don't know either, Brian. The company is fine. All projects are still going well. Nor do we have such a powerful business rival, which could give us big trouble. From my father's tone, I could hear that this matter was quite serious" Marvin replied.

You could say the Nugraha family company is the largest company in the city. They are like the business magnates of this city. It makes them pretty arrogant. However, the Nugraha family was very fond of oppressing those who were weak and afraid of those who were much stronger.

With such an attitude, the Nugraha family always try not to offend other companies that have a position above their family business. From what his father said, the problems his family faced could have involved a larger company than their family company.

"Now, we better get back to the company. We need to see what really happened. Instead of guessing each other and not knowing the truth like how, instead of more fun to ask directly to our parents?" ask Marvin.
