Adam looked at the solid road in front of him. Then people and horse carriages were seen on the streets. Currently, Adam was in Vredeburg City, one of the business center cities in the Guerio Continent. This city was much larger compared to Red Stone City, where Adam first started his business in the Guerio Continent.

Adam felt, his trade in Red Stone City did not experience any significant development. The man realized that Red Stone City had already given him quite a bit of income.

However, the number of nobles who remained made the sale of Adam did not experience significant sales. Therefore, Adam chose to move to the City of Vredeburg which is a shopping center city.

Jason leads Adam to Duke Arnold's auction house. The auction house is quite large. This was almost equivalent to a building belonging to a Merchant Guild. There are five floors in this building.

Adam immediately follows Jason to enter the auction house. The line to get in is not too long. It made Adam get to the entrance faster. However, just as Adam was about to enter, one of the guards there confronted him.

"If you want to enter, you must have at least ten thousand Kyra gold" the guard said.

"Eh, we have to show you our money? Why didn't you ask the others for that?" ask Adam.

During the wait, Adam did not see this guard asking other auction house visitors to show their money. However, when Adam's turn came, this man asked him to show his money.

This is unfair according to Adam. How could this guard treat him like this while the others were welcomed?
