The New World Behind the Door

Adam then groped the door that was in front of him. However, still he could not find a way to open this door in front of him. When touching the door, Adam's hand accidentally hit something sharp enough. It made Adam's hand bleed a little.

Adam saw his blood on the door in front of him. Then, a change was seen on the door. The door that was originally dark black suddenly changed color. The black color seemed to fade and slowly turned into a golden color.

Adam widened his eyes to see what was happening in front of him. He had not expected this door to change color after being exposed to his blood. A thought suddenly appeared in Adam's mind. This door is an unusual one.

The man who often read comics and fantasy novels directly connected the door in front of him with a magic relic. Usually such relics require one's blood to be activated. Just like this door in front of him.

“What is this magic door? What will happen after this? Is this the real legacy Grandpa gave me?” ask Adam to himself.

The man knew that his late grandfather loved him very much. He did not believe just like that if his late grandfather only gave this almost collapsed house as an inheritance, while his other cousins were given a lot of property.

Not far from where he stood, Adam could see the presence of a crowd center that looked like a market. Quite a lot of people and transactions that occur. Shouts for the sake of screams Adam also heard around him. Although it was already night, but the market where Adam was now had no signs of going deserted.

Adam saw the buildings around him now look like buildings in medieval Europe. The material of the building was dominated by rocks and wood. The lighting also looks very traditional, only using a torch.

The clothes of those around him also looked ordinary. They mostly wear the same clothes. The men wear shirts and pants. Then for the women, they wear dres whose skirts cover their entire legs.

Adam then turned his body, he wanted to see the existence of the hallway he had previously passed. However, the man did not see the existence of a passageway or such a building behind him. What Adam saw at this time was a gate with carvings that are quite unique. Adam remembered that the door in the basement of his house also had carvings like the gate.

Adam thought he was going back in time. However, the existence of carvings in the gate that looks unique makes it get rid of these thoughts. Not only that, the words of the person who had asked to stay away were still clearly remembered in Adam's mind.

The man said that Adam needed to get out of the portal so as not to block the way. A portal. As short as Adam knew, a portal was something that could help one move from one place to another so quickly.

Most likely now Adam is in another world that could have something that smells of magic or something like that. If not then a portal like this would not appear.
