After a while, the doctor finally came out of the room.
"Where is Qadar, Doc?" ask Handoko.
"Thank God the patient's condition is stable again. It had dropped but only briefly, maybe the patient gave a response to the suggestion given by the person who accompanied him earlier. Even now the patient is awake. But I recommend that you visit it in turn because the patient's condition is still weak, inside must also remain sterile for the good of the patient" said Doctor.
"Alhamdulillah" said those who were there simultaneously.
"Laila wants to see Qadar" he said.
"Yes, we're going to meet Qadar now." Handoko memapah Laila enter, do not forget they use special clothes so that the sterility remains awake.
Sharif and Restu waited outside. They began to feel relieved after hearing the good news from the Doctor.
Qadar turned his head as Laila and Handoko walked into his room.
"Qadar." Laila approached sitting on the chair beside Qadar, holding her sister's hand. A sense of haru mixed with happiness enveloped Laila's heart.
He was grateful that Qadar was finally conscious. Laila was almost desperate when she saw Qadar a few minutes ago.
"Qadar, I'm glad you woke up. Get well soon, deck! Brother is worried," said Laila reviewing the smile even though tears were still on her cheeks. Laila had tried not to cry in front of Qadar but it was so difficult for the tears not to flow on her cheeks.
His feelings were mixed between panic and now happy because Qadar's consciousness had returned.
"What happened to me, brother?" Qadar seemed to have forgotten that he had been hit while chasing after his father.
Laila and Handoko exchanged glances for a moment.
"You got hit by a car. Thank God that God still loves you and you will finally be saved. We're glad you're sober now" Handoko said with a smile, standing next to Laila.
Qadar tried to remember the incident before he was finally in a hospital bed. Instantly flashed a shadow of a person in his mind.
"Dad." Qadar circulated the view even though his movements were limited.
Laila began to worry that Qadar was asking their father Sharif.
"Sister, which father?" Qadar asked again.
Laila turned to Handoko.
"There's Uncle, Qadar heard his voice. That's why Qadar woke up because Qadar heard father's voice," he said confidently.
"Maybe you're dreaming." Laila stroked Qadar's hand.
"No brother, Qadar sure heard it" he said.
"Dad, don't think about the no-no. Now you focus on your healing first so we can get together again." Handoko switched the conversation so that Qadar would no longer ask about Sharif.
Sharif listened secretly to the conversation of those inside. Sharif stood by the door to confirm that Qadar had completely improved.
But he can't go inside. He did not want to make Qadar continue to hope for him to be able to bring Qadar to life with him.
"But we're home now!" bring Syarif.
"Well don't you want to see Qadar first?" Restu was surprised even a little demanding that Sharif meet Qadar before they went home.
"Your mother must be restless waiting for our arrival. He's very worried. Tomorrow we can meet Qadar. Son, you haven't been home for two days, I must be worried about you." Syarif.
"We can chat mom, just tell her that dad found me" said Restu.
"No son, your mother must have been suspicious. You want mom to fight again?" Syarif.
"All right, we're going home. But I'm asking you to go back to visit Qadar. Poor him, he really wants to meet with dad," Pinta Restu.
Sharif nodded doubtfully, he immediately embraced Restu's shoulder leading him away from the place.
Handoko walks out, intending to call Sharif asking him to meet Qadar one more time. But when he saw Syarif walking away with Restu in the corridor of the Hospital, Handoko also undo his intention. It has been confirmed that Syarif does not want to see Qadar again. Handoko looked furious at the behavior of Sharif who seemed indifferent as if he did not care about the health of his son Qadar.
Handoko went back in by bending her face. Laila who saw that could already guess what Handoko saw out there. His father must be no longer in front of Qadar's room.
Laila is further disappointed by her father's seemingly indifferent attitude towards Qadar and herself. How many times must he be disappointed by the figure of his title Father. The pain that had not been healed, even more so every time he met the figure of his father. Laila was tired of all this. Laila can stop expecting her father but what about her sister, Qadar?
It might be harder for her sister to stop thinking about their father. The proof when unconscious only Qadar can feel the existence of Sharif. It seemed like it would be hard for Qadar to accept this reality.
