Rigel, Ray and Leo decide to return to the Region. They fail to achieve their goal of defeating the Dragon and giving Leo a truly real experience of life and death situations. But at least they did not come home empty-handed. They bring home a partner who may be reliable in the future.

"We'll fly soon, hold on." Red spread his wings and slowly fluttered them to fly through the air.

Rigel, Ray and Leo ride on Red's back and fly towards the Region quickly. Leo and Ray looked at the scene from the sky in amazement as this was their first experience of flying through the air.

Rigel himself was used to the view from a height, but he could feel the difference of seeing the scenery with his partner was much more exciting than alone.

They flew through the clouds and still drove at a steady speed. Red himself seems to also enjoy the view of Leo and Ray who are so amazed to see the view from the sky.

Humans are very attractive, especially those on my back. Haha, I think we can be a suitable partner. Inner Red. After 100 years, Red finally finds a human figure that he can carry flying across the high sky.

"The real view is still you haven't seen, kids! I'll increase my speed, hold on tight!" Red revealed his sharp fangs and flew vertically towards the higher heavens.

"Yeah!" Leo became excited and raised his left fist.

The clothes Rigel, Ray and Leo wore were slightly dampened by the clouds that touched them until they finally penetrated the white clouds. The view of the blue sky is amazing. The plains below them were no longer visible and it was as if they were in a much different world.

"It's really beautiful!"

"I agree with you, Leo."

"Well, if it were night, we could see the moon and the stars rather than this dazzling sun." Rigel created sunglasses for three people so they wouldn't be bothered by the bright sunlight. After being satisfied to see the fresh view from the high sky, Red returned to his previous height.

It would probably cause great chaos and panic in the Region when it saw a Dragon flying across them. Not to mention there is an automatic firing system and magic protector that Rigel has made through Ciel. It's better to set it up now before Red reaches it and Rigel uses his left eye to access Ciel and disable the automatic firing system and qualify Red to enter the Region.

Since the chaos Karaka caused, The region had a lot of damage and Rigel chose to re-improve his security and everything that entered without his qualifications or permission would be destroyed or held back.

It was early in the morning, the residents of the Region were starting their activities to clean up the remnants of the chaos resulting from the demon invasion. They are divided into two groups that have different jobs. The women helped to provide food and drink to the men who did heavy work such as hauling debris, and rebuilding destroyed homes.

Although they get this kind of disaster but it does not make them sad and down. They do their jobs with smiles on their lips. Because Rigel and the others were already trying hard to do everything they could to protect the Region from the attacks of the demons. So at least they wanted to do something that could ease the work of Rigel and the King of the Region, Asoka.

Gaining freedom from the enslavement and existence of the Hydra, there are no words to say but thanks to Rigel for defeating the Hydra and releasing them from slavery. To them, Rigel was not only a Hero, but a Demi-human savior god and a figure who sought to unite them with humans.

"What's that?" Said one of the demi-human workers staring at the sky. Hearing that, the other residents looked at the sky and found something approaching to the Region. Something that was obviously large was red in color and had a pair of wings.

"N-Dragon! it's Dragon!"

"How did he get in here!"

"Everybody is hiding!"

Seeing the Dragon infiltrate the Region everyone panicked and was about to hide to avoid the Dragon. Obviously the Dragon that infiltrated it was no ordinary Dragon, its scales were a little blackish red and its size was very large from the Mixed Blood Dragon in general. It can be ascertained that the Dragon is pure-blooded.

"Wait on! look who climbed the Dragon!" One of the Demi-humans again exclaimed and stared that Rigel, Ray and Leo were on the back of the Dragon.

People who initially panicked and ran hysterically were now staring at the figure on the Dragon's back. Their savior, Amatsumi Rigel and his friend are seen riding the Dragon. The panic slowly disappears upon learning that the Dragon is under Rigel's hands, which means he is not an enemy, but a comrade.

"Mr Rigel is great, he can tame a Dragon! Not to mention Dragons with pure blood!"

"As expected of Mr. Rigel!"

"Is it possible that he wants the Dragon to become one of the guards of the Region?"

"Oh, really, there is nothing in the world that we can offer to you as gratitude."

Everyone starts to call out their gratitude towards Rigel, without ever knowing that Rigel made them and this place a guarantee for Red.

As a guarantee that in the future Rigel will defeat the Dragon of calamity and free the shackles of slavery in the Dragon Race, Rigel wants Red to pay his debt when the Ragnarok war arrives. For that, Red needs something that he can make a guarantee or maybe more fitting in the name of payment, if only Rigel failed to do so.

This agreement is mutually beneficial for both sides. Rigel gets great help when the war comes and the Dragons can be freed from the clutches of the Dragon of doom.

Although the pure-blooded Dragon Race the number is getting smaller, which is around 10-20 thousand. Yet the combat power of a single Dragon tail could be equivalent to four thousand human soldiers. Their contribution during the war would be immense and depending on when they would be brought down, they could reverse the state of the war.

The war will take place on a massive scale that cannot be imagined as to the extent of the damage done to this world. Most likely, the Fairy Race that was originally a Neutral party could change and support humans from behind. Two powerful races help one Human Race, now there is no need to worry about the power of humanity in the future.

Rigel asks Red to land behind the royal castle grounds and upon his arrival, hundreds of warriors, Asoka, Misa, Ozaru and Merial are on standby due to the appearance of the Dragon. Ozaru may have sensed that Rigel was behind the back of the Dragon but it did nothing to be wary of.

"Well, it doesn't seem like a warm welcome." Said Red while staring at the weapon that the soldiers were holding with interest.

"Rigel?? So you're behind this, whether this Dragon is your friend or..." Ashoka was wide-eyed and unable to understand what was really happening.

The Merial and Misa look the same as Asoka who is confused about what is really going on here. They never knew that Rigel kept a dragon or befriended him. Not to mention that the Dragon in front of them clearly had pure blood because it could speak like a human.

If this Dragon is a friend, then it will be very good, but if otherwise, it is a disaster. Rigel let out a tired sigh and stood beside Red while leaning on his feet.

"No need to worry, he's on our side. I just met him a few hours ago and we made a certain deal so that he would stay in the mountains of the Region."

"My name is Red, the Larval Dragon. No need to worry, I will never eat humans like you or hurt you, unless what your Hero promises fails." Red snorted and let out white smoke from his nose.

"promise? The accord? I don't get it. Can you explain it to me in more detail, Rigel." Asoka.

"Let me hear it. I'm also a little interested in these flying lizards." Ozaru.

"Oii, what do you mean by a flying lizard, a moron monkey." Red looked at Ozaru with slight annoyance.

Rigel is surprised that Red guesses correctly that Ozaru is a monkey, which should be seen clearly he looks more like a human now, because the tail and feathers in his hand have been cut off. Ozaru should now look more like a man than a half a monkey.

"You, how do you know he's a monkey?" Ask Rigel with a little curiosity.

"Well! it was clear that he had the scent of a monkey. Even so I know that this Ape is at least almost comparable to you, Rigel. I'm a Dragon, there's no way I'm misjudging someone." Said Red arrogantly.

I see, the aroma. Rigel doesn't understand what he means by Red smelling Ozaru's ape scent. It is possible that the Dragon species has a special smell or something that can see the character of a person from their invisible parts. For example, Ozaru's outer appearance looks like a human, but Red can see his inner look that sees Ozaru half a Monkey. Maybe it was some kind of inner eye belonging to a Dragon or something.

"Before I explain it to you, we'd better introduce Red to the people so that they won't be surprised to find out that there's a Dragon on the mountain."

It is trivial, but if Rigel ignores it will cause unnecessary worries in the hearts of people. Not to mention, who knows there are people or children like Riri who play into the forest and are surprised to know the presence of a Dragon. It would be better to tell him as soon as possible.

"Yes, I don't want to scare them either. At least I wish I could be friends with one of your people and listen to his story." Red had a gentle look.

It seems like Red is really interested in the life story that humans have. Rigel is convinced that Red has lived for over a thousand years and has witnessed various eras of human life. Dragons have a long life span, in contrast to humans who will not be able to live more than a hundred years. The era of the Dragon's destruction was at least about 400 years before the birth of the previous generation's Hero and roughly Red had lived for about 1400 years. The older a Dragon is, the stronger it is because of the wisdom in using the great power it possesses.

No one rejected the offer to introduce Red to the Citizens, so Rigel and Red would fly over the city while making the announcement.

"Then, just go straight to Red. We'll fly over the capital and introduce yourself." Rigel jumped up to Red's back.

"Well then, introducing yourself won't hurt anyone." Red began to flick his wide wings and flew into the air with Rigel.

"Call System: Ciel..." Rigel starts to access Ciel and asks him to activate the speakers that have been installed throughout the region and thus Rigel does not need to painstakingly shout to be heard by everyone.

"Well, everybody, here I am, Rigel. I have a few things I want to tell you, about the Dragon you saw before." Rigel's voice spread throughout the kingdom and people stopped doing their activities to listen.

"This voice is really Mr. Rigel!"

"You're right, this is Mr Rigel! his voice seemed to echo all over the place!"

"I see, I finally understood the strange thing that was installed in many of those places, this was what it was for."

Everyone seemed amazed by a strange object called Speaker that let out Rigel's voice to various places. Even Red himself was very curious about her and had never once seen anything like it. Rigel chose to explain it later, the sun still has not reached the peak and is hot enough if exposed to the light for a long time.

"You don't need to worry about this Dragon you see, he will become our new friend and will be nesting in the Mountain Region. He's a pure-blooded Dragon, the larval Dragon Red. Don't worry, he won't hurt, instead he wants a friend to share the story. Who is familiar with him." Rigel turns to Red.

"Do you want to tell them something, Red?"

"That's enough, clap your hands if you understand." Rigel spoke again through the Microphone and before long hundreds of applause rang out from all over the place.

Red seemed relieved because of his existence in this country. Otherwise, then it would be no different from him who lived in the mountains before and frightened the merchants and adventurers passing by. He hoped to at least find someone else like Rigel who was neither afraid nor daunted before him.

"Region is a place where everyone can laugh freely, regardless of race, lack or caste. No exception for Dragons like you, I hope you're comfortable, Red." Rigel explained the meaning of the Region itself.

He learned it from a girl who led the desperate to crawl up from the abyss of darkness to reach for the highest heavens. The girl he admires and the girl he has to save.
