Runestone, a stone that has rune carvings and powers inside. If one were to destroy the Runestone, the power that was within the stone would be possessed by it. Heroes cannot use them because they have divine weapons that provide their own limits. Perhaps this is Rigel's advantage as a Creator hero who has no divine weapon.
