Fiona then took out another 50 thousand dollars while smiling.
"Thank you, Mama!" Xena cheerfully thanked Fiona.
Fane ignores them and approaches Andrew. "Dad, I told you that I can heal your legs!"
"Can you really do it?"
Of course Andrew hopes his legs can recover.
Now that Fane had reassured him again, his overcast eyes were shining brightly.
"You're a false hope giver, huh? Even the head of the orthopedic hospital had already examined my papa's legs and said that there was nothing he could do. How could you possibly cure him?"
Ben walked over and said, "I remember, you used to be the delivery boy before you served in the military, right. After being in the army for five years, now you know how to cure a disease? Could it be that you actually joined the medical team to treat the wounded soldiers?"
"It is fitting that he made it out alive after spending five years on the battlefield. He was not a front-line soldier at all. His job was to only take care of the wounded soldiers!"
Xena crossed her arms in front of her chest and said cynically, "I thought she was a hero, but she was just a spare soldier, haha!"
Fane ignored both and
said to Andrew, "Dad, Dad,
don'worry. You are a father
Selena, so you're my dad too. I will never let you down!"
After hearing Fane's sincere words, Andrew was touched. He agreed to try it.
"Huh, that might have to be proven first. You've been making us experience hell for five years. Five years! Just imagine the number of days and nights we had to pass!"
Fiona reminded Fane sarcastically, "If your medical skills are not much and eventually even worse my husband's legs, there is no hope for my husband!"
"Uh..." Andrew began to doubt.
If Fane's skills don't meet his standards and worsen his foot's condition, it's over his hopes of a cure.
"All right, let's try. Since it's already in this state, it can't possibly get any worse, "can it!"
Andrew sat on a stone bench in
next to him and rolling his pants. He let Fane check his legs.
Fane examined Andrew's feet closely, fumbling for a moment, before finally taking out a small box with a long needle inside.
"Is that enough, stabbing Papa's leg with a silver needle? Doesn't that require medicine or something?"
Seeing what was going on, Ben finally asked Fane.
"Can that prick damage my leg?" Andrew was a little worried.
"Don't worry, it's acupuncture, a method in ancient Chinese medicine. This is amazing. After this, I will massage your feet and smooth the flow of blood. You'll be cured in a few days!" Fane smiles. He's very confident.
Although the Taylor family always underestimated her and couldn't wait to get rid of her, Fane realized that she was the one who got Selena pregnant. Their families were evicted from Taylor's residence and forced to live in this slum.
He is responsible for all of these things. If it happened to anyone else, they would definitely blame Fane as well.
After all, they were all Selena's family, so Fane didn't want to ruin the relationship with them.
Andrew's feet became that way because of an event involving him. Fane felt more guilty.
As Fane treats Andrew, Fiona gets a call.
After hanging up the phone, he
started jumping around in excitement.
"Great news! Butler
taylor's family called. Dad asked us to come to the Dorsett Hotel for lunch with all the Taylor family members! He said there was something he wanted to celebrate!"
