"That's Fane and that rich lady!" Ivan jerked.
This was not the first time he had met the two of them.

The woman who went with Fane earlier must have been the same rich woman who went to the auction

"Fane spent so much money to buy that big house, so obviously he was eager to see it for himself. Hehe, this is the same as when you just got married to a beautiful woman. Aren't you gonna be excited to sleep with her?"
"Yes, that's right! Especially for poor people like him. He was poor all his life. Now that he was rich, it would be strange if he was not excited to see the house he had just bought!"

Ken clenched his fists and said, "Fane, that bastard! He actually used Miss Tanya's purchase of the villa against you, Ivan!"
