67 - Scorpion Snake

A giggling sound rang out and made Chu Kai startled. He saw a huge creature writhing within the fog. Chu Kai followed the direction of the figure that seemed to be surrounding himself.

"I've been waiting a long time" the voice of the figure belonged to the woman. His tone echoed as he said, "Dragon Swordsman... Hundreds of years I waited and now you're in front of me..."

Chu Kai was shocked to hear a loud laugh. The creature began to show its form which is a type of scorpion snake with an upper body that has a human form with hair that blends with fog.

"The human soul I've killed so much... Not even comparable to the soul of the Dragon Swordsman. Eating your heart and devouring your soul will make me immortal and invincible. This... What a fortune,"

The creature before Chu Kai was a woman with long black fingernails. His face was pale white with glowing red eyes. He had strange marks on both cheeks and it was the same as the one on his neck. His teeth were jagged and the other half of his body looked like a snake tail with extremely hard and sharp scales.

"So this is your true form?" Chu Kai opened his voice. He held a powerful sword in his hand and still put on an alert stance. From what is clearly seen that the subject before him will be difficult to fight.

"I don't have time, I still have a promise to keep." Chu Kai retorted and then sped up. It was just that he had bounced away due to the aura released by the being before him.

The tail of the snake is large and cannot be hidden by fog. Not only its size, even the hard feel it had on its scales made anyone feel like it would hit a steel wall when it hit the surface of that tail and this was what Chu Kai felt right now.

Long Yang Wang and Chu Kai were struck by Wei Shezi's tail. They hit the ground hard. Long Yang Wang felt pain in his back, just as Chu Kai felt.

Not just one, Chu Kai saw two tails that were just as large and with similar colors. He even watched with his own eyes the figure of a large-bodied animal and with a flick of its tail-fog around it disappeared.

"Which Wang...?" Chu Kai searched for the whereabouts of Long Yang Wang, but the teenage boy did not exist. Only a large fox stood behind him. And as if hearing the sound of lightning within his head, Chu Kai was shocked when he understood the intent of Long Yang Wang's words earlier.

"Which Wang?!" Chu Kai exclaimed and the huge fox before him growled before finally leaping towards Wei Shezi. The fox blasted a blue flame from its mouth and at the same time Chu Kai was completely convinced that the demonic beast he was looking at was now a form of Long Yang Wang.

"His spirit beast is already cooperating with humans. I'll kill you here..!" Wei Shezi changed his entire body and became a huge snake with two horns on its head. He spouted a poisonous mist from his mouth.

The silver fox with a flaming blue complexion was unperturbedly leaping to avoid the torrent of poisonous mist. In the air, he again threw the fox fire from his mouth but the snake he was facing held him back by wearing his large, hard tail.

It was a fight of two gigantic beasts and Chu Kai felt that he should not stay silent. He used the sword in his hand and attacked, helping the silver fox to defeat Wei Shezi.

Chu Kai used the Dragon Breathing Technique with a light puncture attack that was honestly already extremely powerful, even capable of breaking up a rocky hill. But when his attack hit the skin of Wei Shezi's incarnate snake, Chu Kai's attack had no effect at all.
