Zhen's regret

The next day, in a restaurant, Zhen was enjoying a meal he had just ordered with Lyan beside him.

They enjoyed the meal quietly. Sometimes Lyan would offer food and then feed Zhen, Zhen reciprocated Lyan's treatment by bribing him back.

The act of bribing each other between them, making people around him feel envious. But it did not last long, for a young man came to them.

"Hi beautiful lady, who is this beautiful lady?" the young man asked Lyan with a smile.

"Go you base of bullies." shouted Lyan in annoyance.

"It looks like you want to feel my punch" Zhen said with a gloomy face.

Hearing Zhen's words, the young man showed an ugly expression. He then pointed at Zhen and shouted loudly.

"Damn it.., how dare you.., do you know who I am." shouted the young man loudly while pointing at Zhen.

Everyone who saw the incident, looked at the disgusted young man. They began to whisper to their neighbors.

Zhen who saw all that, felt angry. His face, increasingly more gloomy.

"How do we know, if you haven't told me your name yet, you fool!" said Lyan still with a regretful expression.

"what are you saying, how dare you say I'm stupid." cried the young man turned to point towards Lyan.

Zhen who saw that, felt furious. He took out his sword quickly then slashed at the young man's hand, making it detach from his body.

"Arrrggghhh." cried the young man in pain.

"That is the result, if you dare to point at his direction with your dirty hands" Zhen said as he looked at the young man with a sharp gaze.

Instantly everyone fell silent, before a man among them shouted loudly.

"In.di.di.he cut off his hand." shouted the man loudly.

Instantly, the atmosphere of the place became chaotic. Zhen felt dizzy hearing the commotion, he clasped Lyan's hand and walked out of the place.

Before leaving, Zhen threw a bag of gold coins at the reception desk close to the door.

Arriving outside, Zhen inhaled a breath and then exhaled back. He tried to calm his anger.

Zhen walked away from the place while clasping Lyan's hand, making Lyan walk after him.

Zhen continued walking without paying attention to his surroundings. Lyan who walked with him then asked where they were headed.

"Zhen, where are we really going?" asked Lyan while looking at Zhen.

Zhen who heard Lyan's question stopped his steps. He did not know where he was going, he just kept walking while trying to forget the incident at the restaurant.

Zhen then looked around, he saw a jewelry store not far from where it stood.

"We're going there" Zhen said, pointing to the jewelry store.

Zhen then clasped Lyan's hand, then walked towards the jewelry store. Just as he stepped foot, five young men blocked his path.

One of them, holding a fan covering his face.

"Keep away." said Zhen annoyed.

"You step aside, and leave the woman here" said the young man, pointing at Zhen with his fan.

Feeling extremely annoyed, Zhen took out his sword then brandished it forward towards the young man.

"Because you won't get out of the way, I will slash you with my sword" Zhen said angrily.

"What!!!, how dare you.., you attack him." shouted the fan-faced young man loudly.

The four youths who were with him immediately took out their weapons, they then jumped towards Zhen while shaking off his weapon.

Zhen leaped backwards dodging their attacks, he then spun in place then swung his sword.

"The circular slash of the wind lord." Zhen shouted loudly.

A bright blue light shot out, smashing into the bodies of the four youths making him flung in all directions with the scars of sword slashes engraved on his chest.

One of the young men was thrown near Lyan. Seeing that, Lyan took out her sword then swung towards the young man's neck, leaving his head separated from his body.

Lyan felt nauseous seeing that, she then turned to turn her gaze elsewhere while covering her mouth with her hands.

"You okay Lyan?" asked Zhen worriedly.

"It's okay, I'm just a little nauseous" Lyan replied with her hands closed.

Just as Lyan finished her words, a red light struck Zhen's body, sending him flung.

"Zhen." cried Lyan.

"Hahaha.., how does it feel hah, hahaha.." said the fan-fed young man with a loud laugh.

Zhen rose to his feet and stared intently at the man. He then ran at high speed, then jumped up and slashed his sword towards the fanned young man.

"Double slash of the wind lord." Zhen shouted out very loudly.

A bright blue light shot out from Zhen's sword towards the fanned youth. The fanned youth who was still laughing loudly did not realize that, so the bright blue light penetrated his body making him split into pieces.

The three young men who were still alive, were intent on escaping. They looked at each other and nodded their heads. They then turned around and were about to run before a bright blue light passed through their bodies making it cut into pieces.

"Heh. heh. heh.., it seems like they cannot avoid the slash of my sword" Zhen said as he kept his sword.

Zhen then approached Lyan and hugged her tightly. Until a moment, Zhen let go of his embrace.

"Alright, let's go there" said Zhen again pointing to the jewelry store he appointed earlier.

"Hm." Lyan nodded her head, then hugged Zhen's hand.

They then set foot in the jewelry store. Arriving at them in front of the shop, Lyan's face immediately reddened. Lyan was surprised, seeing the shop that Zhen pointed to was a jewelry store.

Zhen then wrapped his hands around Lyan's waist, then stepped into the shop with Lyan in his arms.

Zhen then looked around the shop, then headed to where the clothes were hung. Zhen then told Lyan to choose the clothes she liked.

"Please look for clothes you like" Zhen said with a smile to Lyan.

"You also have to look for clothes" Lyan replied to Zhen.

"I'm not very good at picking clothes" Zhen said as he scratched his head.

"I will choose it for you" Lyan said with a smile.

"All right." Zhen nodded his head.

Lyan then chose clothes for her at Zhen's side. A few minutes passed, Lyan had yet to find any clothes that interested her.

Lyan continued to search aided by Zhen who had a bored expression on his face. A few hours later, Lyan found an outfit that attracted her interest and showed it to Zhen.

"Zhen these clothes are so good right?" asked Lyan to Zhen.

"Hmm, yes I think that outfit really suits you" Zhen replied.

"You can pick up some of those clothes, if you like them." Zhen continued, smiling.

Lyan then took out a few more pieces of clothing that were exactly the same as the one she showed Zhen.

He then looked for clothes for Zhen. It didn't take long, Lyan had collected some sheets of clothing that Zhen was perfectly suited to wear.

Zhen then held Lyan's hand, led her to the place where the jewelry was placed and told Lyan to choose the jewelry she liked.

Shortly after, Lyan already got the jewelry she liked. They walked to the table of one of the servants and showed the goods they had chosen to the servant.

"How much does everything cost?" asked Zhen to the servant.

The waiter began to calculate the price of the item they had chosen.

"Everything.., 1700 gold coins sir." said the waiter with a smile.

Zhen then gave the servant two bags of gold coins, then took the item he had paid for.

Zhen then wrapped his hands around Lyan's waist, hugged her tightly, then walked out of the shop.

"Let's go back to the inn" Zhen said with a smile looking at Lyan.

Lyan nodded her head in reply to Zhen's words. They then walked towards the inn where they had restrained before.

When they arrived in front of the inn, they just went in and went to the room they had ordered. After arriving in the room, Zhen put the items he carried on the mattress.
